Await & Arise: A pause for the soul
Await comes from the root meaning to be silent. Silence that comes from a posture of praise that is so complete we find ourselves in awe of the presence of the Lord and without words. Await & Arise; a pause for the soul to be refreshed and refilled by the presence of the Holy Spirit and his work in us.
In this podcast I hope to encourage you, to cover your heart in scripture and to just give your soul a moment of pause to Await on the Lord and be in awe of what He has done and what He will do in and through your life. Await & Arise!

This teaching focuses on God's patience and his rebuke. When all the nations are at war and God finally says enough...Psalm 46:10 is a picture of God calling "Enough" to all the nations "Know that I am God."
But following that is we dive into Psalm 48, 76, 87 and 122 and we see this beautiful progression of God saying enough, to God opening an invitation to all the world, even those who have made an enemy of God, to come and to worship and be at peace. To acknowledge He is God.
A beautiful look at God's sovereignty throughout history and his sovereignty and plan into the future.
