Headlines deal with the usual nonsense. Stupid criminals and politicians (it's getting more difficult to tell the difference), and the usual mishigas.
And I end with a tribute to a baseball player who was incomparable. So, take 45 minutes of your hectic day to have a laugh and take solace in knowing that as bad as things get there is always excellence in our midst.
