This past Sunday we looked at Zechariah chapter 11. This Old Testament prophet ministered during a time of great upheaval and amid a search for identity for the people of God following the exile to Babylon. Zechariah was a prophet who both ministered to his generation and who ministers to his future readers as he prophesies concerning the Messiah and the coming age.
This week's sermon looked again at Zechariah 11:1-17 and made two points which were --Hear the judgment on false shepherds; and Honor the Good Shepherd.
