It’s timely because Gradient Health has been growing revenue and customers over 100% YoY for several years and will soon reach profitability (again) in an era when AI has become the capital incinerator extraordinaire. I talk a lot about the AI Bubble on this pod and how so many big AI startups are not sustainable, so I wanted to flip the conversation to a positive perspective and talk about a type of AI startup that is sustainable and has a clear path to profitability and thus to liquidity. After all, that’s what this show is about, informing founders, operators and investors about both the pitfalls and the opportunities of the innovation economy. (interview recorded 4.3.25)
