Regardless if your setting is made up, based on a real place, or something in between, it should be richly layered and vivid while also being concise and smooth so as not to mess with your story’s pacing. In this episode, we share strategies to help you achieve all of this, as well as ways to make sure you’re describing the setting through the eyes of your character.
