Tara Lehman of Netwomen joins Don to discuss the need for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the modern workplace. She will look at the benefits of considering DEIB for companies in recruiting and retaining talent in today’s competitive labour market and available resources for introducing a DEIB company culture.
Tara Lehman is Netwomen's division director for Transport and Trucking in Canada and the USA. She previously managed Haldex's Canadian Distribution Centre. After 23 years of working in the trucking/transportation industry, Tara joined Netwomen to promote the value of DEIB in this male-dominated industry.
