In this interview, Susan Myers shares her journey with the carnivore diet. She talks about how she struggled with digestive issues and mental health problems for most of her life, and how she tried different diets before finally discovering carnivore. 

Susan also talks about how she retired at the age of 57 and found YouTube videos on carnivore which inspired her to give it a try. She explains her experience with the diet, her meals, and how it has changed her life for the better. Susan is now a 60-year-old woman who has been following a carnivore diet for the past few years. She explains her experience with different diets, including paleo and keto, and how she found the most success and health benefits with carnivore. She talks about her approach to the diet, including how often she eats and not weighing her food, and how it has helped her improve her health, including her hair loss. 

STANDARD AMERICAN DIET = 
FAT, unhealthy, 5 meds and tons of supplements for 25 years, no energy, no strength, no muscles, no flexibility, no mobility, sick all the time, not much of a life.

MEAT BASED DIET = NOT FAT, healthy, no meds and no supplements for 14 years, full of energy, strength, muscles, flexibility, mobility, maybe one cold a year Living My Best Life and more to come!
