Dr. Anthony Chaffee emphasizes the importance of listening to your body's hunger and satiety signals, rather than relying on strict calorie counting. Anthony Chaffey is a doctor who give us some amazing thoughts on how our body functions. We can understand our biochemistry to take care of ourselves. Carnivorous diets replace carbohydrates and fiber while addressing the root cause of issues such as autoimmune diseases. This type of diet helps with Crohn's. The panel discusse the benefits of a carnivore diet and how it can improve overall health. They also touch on how a carnivore diet can help with specific health issues, such as nutrient deficiencies, bone density, and inflammation. They advise against taking supplements unless there is a known deficiency and suggest getting nutrients from animal sources.
