SPEAKER_02

That was a good one. Alright, now it's time for the most educational part of the show.

SPEAKER_03

We have weird science facts. The tallest waves ever recorded were over 100 feet high.

SPEAKER_02

Whoa. That's one of my like secret fears. Like I'll have a bad dream every now and then, and it's a giant wave. And for some reason, when I was a kid, that was like a tidal wave was like a massive fear, along with uh quicksand was also something that I thought I would encounter more in my life. Never have seen it uh in real life. So there it is. But people, they're gonna be feeling like they're a hundred feet high over a wave. People might be waving at them as they blow out their cake, candles, and eat their cake and ice cream. Because it's their birthday! Nobody today. No, there was nobody yesterday, but tomorrow. David Gill and Maddie Hatfield. It's your birthday. Happy birthday tomorrow. Happy birthday. Flip it up, sing a song, do a dance. God gave you life. What a thing to celebrate. Whoa. I was I was coming back at us there. Alright, now it's time for everybody's favorite monkey. We have Bible with Mick.

SPEAKER_04

Good morning, Mr. Allen! Today is Fresh Food Friday. Oh, that's my favorite of the days. I believe there will be some fresh fruit and veggies to sample at lunchtime for everyone. I hope they have bananas. Eating fruits and veggies are really good for us. It made me think of a time Daniel was training to work for the King Nebuchadnezzar. The king provided quite the royal feast. But Daniel didn't want to eat anything that was unclean. So Daniel requested that he and his friends be allowed to eat only vegetables and drink water instead of consuming the rich food and wine provided by the king's court. Daniel trusted in God's provision. The guard agreed to a 10-day test to see if they would lose too much weight. And after 10 days, the young men appeared healthier than those who ate the king's food. God provides wonderful food straight from his creation. In fact, in the garden, no one ate meat, only plants. Genesis 1:29 to 30 says, And God said, Behold, I have given you every plant, yielding seed that is on the face of the earth, and every tree with seed and its fruit. You shall have them for food, and to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the heavens, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has breath of life. I have given every green plant for food. And it was so. Eating fruits and vegetables are really good for our body because they give us lots of vitamins and nutrients that we can't get from chicken, nuggets, and french fries. And they're so pretty on a plate.

That's a great reminder of God's provision. You know, this this week. We're looking at God's word and our deep thoughts verses. Today's Deep Thoughts verse is from Proverbs 13.4. It says, the soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied. This is a great proverb. Because it reminds us not to be lazy. There are so many things that can take our attention away from the task that we're supposed to be doing. Maybe it's a a video game. Maybe it's this can happen. It's always good to plan, but sometimes we get so into planning to do things and making lists that we never actually get anything done. The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing. So we don't want to be like the sluggard. We want to be industrious. We want to be a hard-working people that have our mind about our task. Rest is not bad when it gets to be the evening. Go to sleep. Don't stay up. On Sundays, rest. Use the Sabbath. But outside of that, be working. Be about your business. And you'll be richly supplied. So let's pray to God and thank him for his provision. Heavenly Father, we thank you. We thank you for these bodies that you gave us. Lord, help us not to be sluggards. Help us not to be tempted by the distractions of this world. But God, let us be industrious. And Lord, we thank you for this word to remind us to use every good thing for your glory. Even our effort. It's in Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Alright, you have an incredible day ahead of you today. You have Bible, science, spelling, history, English, social studies, and a whole lot more. But remember, today is gonna be a great day.
