Welcome to the night show except in the morning or radio edition over coming at you sort of live and kind of on your radio each and every morning. It's Tuesday, August 11th, 2026. We have an incredible show for you today. We have announcements. And a whole lot more to buckle. Those seat belts, don't touch that die. Because remember, today is gonna be a great day. Let's kick it off with some announcements.

There's a volleyball scrimmage tonight versus Hampton in Gym 1, and JV plays at 4.30, varsity at 5.30. Come on out and support the nights. But now it's time for the dicey section of the show. We have weather with Rick.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, weather today, high 87, low 67, peaks of sunshine, and thunderstorms in parts of the area in the morning. Watch for strong thunderstorms in the afternoon. That was a little more detailed. You like that, Mr. Allen? That was good. A heard of cows escape from their field today. Witnesses described it as utter chaos.

Whoa, that's some strong acid. If you've ever thrown up. It doesn't taste good. Not good. And but God made our body so amazing that he knew we needed to digest food, but he didn't want us to digest ourselves. What an incredible design from the Lord.

Now it's time for people that are gonna be using all that stomach acid to digest cake, ice cream, candy, and all their favorite things because it's their birthday! We're gonna do some more summer birthdays. These are July 7th and 13th. We got Im McCoy, all number seven, Fowler, Chandler, killboard, happy! Oh, and it's a birthday. Today, Jonathan Nichols, it's your birthday. Move it up, sing it so it's your birthday.

God gave you life. What a thing to celebrate. What a miracle. Sometimes we take it for granted, not here on the night show, but now it's time for everybody's favorite monkey. We have Bible with Mick.

Good morning, Mr. Holland. Yesterday went so well. I really think it's gonna be a great year. I saw kids walking in nice straight lines, and everyone seemed to get straight to work as soon as the bell rang. That was a lot to remember for sure.

Yeah, like who knew you were supposed to wash your hands after you use in the bathroom?

Um apparently everyone except you.

I don't see what the big deal is.

But at least now that you've used soap, I won't have to avoid sitting by you.

Please tell me you use soap. Give yourself another soap. Okay, Rick. You're having a hand washing lesson. Come here. I just so happen to have soap in a bucket of water right over here.

Of course I do. Monkey scalps are always prepared. Now rinse your hands in the bucket. Now here's some soap. Rap that in your hands for twenty whole seconds. Can you count to twenty?

Well, yeah, rather than that. This reminds me of a time when Jesus had to teach his disciples how to wash them.

What comes after eight?

Nine. Only they didn't forget to wash their hands. They needed their feet washed. Back in the Bible times, there wasn't as many paved roads, and the shoes didn't cover all of your foot. You wore sandals. So feet got pretty nasty. And it was the tradition to have a servant wash everyone's feet before they came to a feast. But this night, for the Passover feast, no one had washed their feet. They didn't even wash their own. But Jesus stood up and tied a towel around his waist and began serving them by washing their feet. No, said Peter, you shall never wash my feet. Jesus answered, Unless I wash you, you have no part with me. Then the Lord Then the Lord Simon Peter replied, Not just my feet, but my hands and my head as well. I'll clean it.

Yep, all squeaky clean.

Unless I wash you, you have no part in me. Jesus still washes us clean today. Only now he washes us in his blood. Now your hands are clean, but all of us can have clean spirits through Christ.

That's a great lesson. What a blessing that we are washed clean through the blood of Jesus. It is from 2 Corinthians 5 17. It says, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he's a new creation. The old is passed away. Behold, the new has come. We are made new in Christ. We're not the same. He transforms us and he keeps changing us. Let's say you might be like, Mr. Hahn, I became a Christian last year. And I changed, but I keep sinning. Well, God keeps forgiving you, He keeps transforming you. It's called sanctification. So every day God's mercies are new each morning. So let's say your first day of school was a rough day, and it didn't go the way that you wanted, and you didn't do the things that you wished that you had done. Today's a new day. God's mercies are new each morning. You're a new creation in Christ. God's gonna keep transforming you throughout your whole life. Till one day, when Jesus returns, he's gonna make us all new. And we're not gonna have the desire to sin anymore. And God's mercy will continue to transform us. What a blessing that is. So today, let's make good choices. Let's choose the good. Let's choose the beautiful. Let's choose what is lovely. And let's praise the Lord today. Let's pray to Him. Heavenly Father. Thank you so much for not leaving us how you found us. Thank you so much for making us a new creation. Thank you for daily transforming us. But no matter what our choices were yesterday, Lord, today we can make new choices. So help us to do that well. Help us to choose what is good and live in your freedom here at Province Academy. It's in Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Alright, you've got an incredible day ahead of you today. You have Bible, science, spelling, history, English, social studies, and a whole lot more. But remember, today is gonna be a great day.
