Honor Solomon is SVP and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EMEA, and Head of EMEA Retail.
She is an award winning leader, mentor and D&I advocate. She is also a 3rd Dan Karate Black belt, so although one of the nicest people you could meet, you don’t mess with this lovely lady.
She has gone from working in a clothing store to investment sales to sales management to UK CEO of EMEA of one of the leading investment companies in the industry.
Honor was previously at Legal and General Investment Management as the head of retail and CEO of its unit trust business for six years.
Before that, she was a managing director at BlackRock (and its predecessor company Merrill Lynch), where she worked for nearly 15 years in London, Paris and New York.
Honor is someone I have a lot of respect for and have known for many years, she has worked her way up to the top through good leadership, superb communication and relationship building skills while still always remaining a kind-hearted can-do attitude.
