Ms. Karen Mullen McPhail, RN, BSN, MSN, LALFA, CCM, CDP, is the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Eldementals LLC, a care management organization in the DC Metro area. She is a professional care manager with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has been working since 2001 as a private Healthcare Consultant, Care Advisor, and Care Manager in the DC Metro area.
Her specialty is managing complex care needs and providing concierge-style care
management for private clients. As a care manager, clinical aging expert, and an aging life care professional, she has been educated in the various fields of human services, including case management, psychology and mental health, medical / surgical, oncology, transplant, and critical care nursing, and gerontology.
She is trained to assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and provide services for older adults, those with complex care needs, their families and care partners, with advocacy for older adults being her primary focus.
