Stephanie Taksel and Becky Beck from DeafLEAD discuss Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), its foundation in evidence-based research, and how it empowers survivors and supports healing after experiencing trauma. They also discuss how TCTSY can benefit staff at domestic and sexual violence advocacy organizations and their hopes for making TCTSY available to advocates, survivors of violence, as well as in ASL to the Deaf community.
