Week 42: Truth, Justice, and a Better Tomorrow

Clayton Episode 42

Send us a text

First introduced to the world in 1938 in Action Comics #1, Superman has historically stood for "Truth, Justice, and the American way!" Then, in 2021, DC Comics changed the iconic catchphrase to "Truth, Justice, and a Better Tomorrow." This change may have been controversial, but the controversial change is not the topic of today's episode. While we will be sticking to discussing the current catchphrase for this episode's sake, we will ask: How does the Bible define truth, justice, and a better tomorrow?

Join us as we dive through the following passages of Scripture in today's episode:

  • Isaiah 65:16
  • John 1:1-17
  • John 14:6
  • John 10:35
  • John 17:17-19
  • Deuteronomy 32:3, 4
  • Isaiah 40:13, 14
  • Psalm 33:5
  • 2 Chronicles 19:7
  • Romans 9:14, 15
  • Matthew 6:25-34
  • Philippians 4:6, 7
  • Jeremiah 29:11-13
  • Isaiah 41:10
  • Proverbs 3: 5, 6
