The Isaiah 43 Podcast
The Isaiah 43 Podcast invites you to behold the God who says, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine” (Isa. 43:1). Each week, we walk slowly through the Scriptures, combining careful exegesis with the rich truths of Reformed theology. These reflections on the Holy Scriptures aim to ground your faith, comfort your heart, and lift your eyes to Christ—our great Redeemer, Shepherd, and Friend. Whether you come weary, searching, or eager to grow, you’ll find a steady place to rest in the promises of God.

Week 137: Chosen & Held Fast
In John 10:22–29, Jesus gives His sheep a promise the world cannot shake: “My sheep hear my voice… I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.” In this episode, we rest in the breathtaking truth that before the foundation of the world, the Father chose a people (that includes you!) and the Son now holds them secure.
This is not a call to strive by our own efforts but to rest in Christ. Not a burden of performance, but a gift of grace. Even when we stumble, even when our hearts are prone to wander, Christ never lets go. He holds His own fast.
Join me as we trace the Shepherd’s voice through this passage, and let your weary heart find assurance in the One who has chosen you and who will never release His grip.
