I discuss whether you should buy a house now or wait until 2026. I have thought out points for my reasoning.

From a purely financial standpoint, and uncertainty, you should probably wait. The housing market is uncertain, and no one NEEDS to buy a home. However, I still think there is room to justify buying a home in Colorado Springs now, and this video covers those points.
