Featuring: Euan Gray, Kan Pich, Yung Lady and Bouyheak Lim
In this episode we reflect on the power of finding our heart and soul songs and consider how songwriting can support our life journey’s and help us navigate the complexities of apology and forgiveness.
I will be talking with Euan Gray, music producer, music director of the Sound Initiative and co-founder of Songkites, a therapeutic songwriting project we ran together which resulted in a wave of original songs from the hearts of a new generation of artists. 10 years later I meet one of the artists, Kan Pich and explore how the song he wrote still supports him today.
Euan and I created a Sori workshop focusing on songwriting and apology and forgiveness and I had opportunity to also interview Yung Lady and Bouyheak Lim about their experiences. I hope you find their thoughts and wisdom inspiring as we explore how songwriting can support us in the journey of forgiveness.
