In this episode I have the pleasure of talking with Metta Legita, an Indonesian musician, composer and educator based in Cambodia. Our collaboration through the pandemic resulted in the development of meditation songwriting as a process to make sense of our experiences of the global crisis. Metta shares her personal journey of apology and forgiveness and the impact of songwriting to carry her and others through challenging times.
I also re-connect with my dear friend and TV presenter, Finn Aberdein. We touch base about my journey so far and specifically discuss moral injury, and, how this can impact not only our core beliefs but also the heart and soul of an organization.
