Episode 6 part I - The balance of the web of life - A conversation on The Kingdom of Hawaii with Loke Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele-Keanaaina
In this episode I have the privilege of talking with Loke Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele-Keanaaina as she shares about the story of The Kingdom of Hawaii, the impact of one of the world’s longest running illegal overthrows and what forgiveness could even mean in such a complex situation.
Loke shares poetry written by her late husband Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele known as ‘Bruddha Kei’. Loke is honoring his indigenous knowledge through publishing his stories in Tales of The Lost Hawaiian.
