I’ll note that many organizations are "flying blind" and not looking at the right numbers or not sharing the numbers with their team. Emphasizing that measuring success goes beyond revenue and profit and that sometimes the numbers aren't even known or accurate, stressing the importance of sharing KPIs and holding specific individuals accountable for them. And noting that accountability is always and only one person's responsibility and that educating the team on KPIs is crucial for success. To build a successful team, everyone needs to understand the right numbers and their impact.
