CTA Podcast
Critical Therapy Antidote was established in 2020 as a response to the rapid, uncontested and systemic encroachment of Critical Social Justice (CSJ) on the psychotherapy field. The purpose of its establishment was to provide a platform where those concerned about this ideological takeover can challenge these ideas in articles, share resources and find a network of likeminded professionals and laypersons. In March 2023, the CTA Podcast was launched by clinical psychologist, Jaco van Zyl, and marriage and family therapist, Christine Sefein-Wolk. The CTA Podcast aims to critically analyse the tenets of CSJ, to provide diverse alternatives to this ideology, and to reestablish the healing ethos of psychotherapy. Welcome to the CTA Podcast. We hope it will both stimulate and challenge you.

Post-Feminism: Men Need Us to Listen | with Georgie Jarmolkiewicz
In this episode of the CTA Podcast, Michael and Christine talk with Disruptive Marketer, Georgie Jarmolkiewicz, who shares her personal transformation as a "radical feminist" to a disruptive marketer working in men's advocacy. The conversation highlights the complexities of gender narratives and the importance of addressing men's issues. The discussion delves into popular cultural rhetoric that often overshadow men's issues, barriers to men's advocacy, and the challenges faced by men in speaking out about their experiences. They discuss the transition from feminist perspectives to men's advocacy, the importance of statistics in discussions about gender issues, and the shared humanity in trauma. Georgie delves into the complexities of men's mental health, the scrutiny of feminism, and the societal incentives that drive content creation.
