CTA Podcast
Critical Therapy Antidote was established in 2020 as a response to the rapid, uncontested and systemic encroachment of Critical Social Justice (CSJ) on the psychotherapy field. The purpose of its establishment was to provide a platform where those concerned about this ideological takeover can challenge these ideas in articles, share resources and find a network of likeminded professionals and laypersons. In March 2023, the CTA Podcast was launched by clinical psychologist, Jaco van Zyl, and marriage and family therapist, Christine Sefein-Wolk. The CTA Podcast aims to critically analyse the tenets of CSJ, to provide diverse alternatives to this ideology, and to reestablish the healing ethos of psychotherapy. Welcome to the CTA Podcast. We hope it will both stimulate and challenge you.

CTA Meets | TheTinMen
In this episode of the Critical Therapy Antidote (CTA) Podcast, Dr. Michael Olan sits down with George, founder of the "TheTinMen" (@TheTinMenBlog ) George discusses his journey into men's advocacy, the complexities surrounding issues of male violence, mental health, and the societal perceptions of masculinity.
He critiques the feminist movement's historical context and its impact on men, explores the red pill movement and incel culture, and emphasizes the urgent need to address male suicide and the misconceptions surrounding it. George argues for a more nuanced understanding of men and boys, specifically the importance of recognizing the unique challenges faced by men and boys in society.
