Katharine loves variety and recently embarked on a fourth career as a thriller writer but her heart, for the past 22 years, has been in coaching. While she was an external executive coach herself, her research interest has always been internal coaching. She says: “I am so full of admiration for people who coach on top of their day jobs. Internal coaches are very special.”
