Quench your spiritual hunger. Give the food that lasts forever here on the soul food podcast. So Hi there. May the God of the Bible bless your life. Envy is the rottenness to the bones. Envy destroys people's lives. Today we have the story of these ladies Susan, who suffered envy from her sister we are going to play her story in a few, her bad experience, and also have the case of Chelsea. These ladies also suffer from the root of sorrows that is envy. But before we go into the stories, let me show to you exactly what envy is all about.

Speaker 3:

Because of envy, your life has been like rotting fruit, slowly decaying from within. It has eaten away at your happiness, leaving you in a constant state of longing, comparing and regretting Fading away rapidly. You watch as everything slips through your fingers Friendships, opportunities, moments of joy. The weight of loss is unbearable, heavier than you ever imagined. You never thought you'd have to face such painful realities, but here you are, standing in the wreckage of what could have been Envy is the rottenness to the bones.

Speaker 2:

The scripture says you see now on your screen, envy is the rottenness to the bones. Now imagine what envy does to the family, health, finances, love, life. That's why I always say don't share your business with nobody. You are buying a house? Don't share it. You are buying a car, you are on a trip, you are going on vacation, you are going to travel Don't share it with nobody at all, because they become so envious of you and the envious person will never say, hey, I am envious of you or I hate you or I want to kill you. They don't say it. What do they say? They give you some good compliments, they give you compliments and their compliments are poisoning. Let us watch now the story of Susan over there on the big screen. Your name, Susan. Tell me about this envy in the family.

Speaker 4:

Well, when I was younger, I didn't grow up in a very good situation and my family ended up getting separated, me going into the foster care system and my siblings having to stay with a relative as a foster parent. And when I came back home after my father had passed away, I came back home and my sister she was very upset with me. Is she older or younger than you? Younger, but even though I was the one who was the mostly, I guess, abused in the situation, for some reason she was envious of me and when I had my child, she was pregnant, I had my child and she would claim that I was trying to kill her. She'd say that I tried to chase her with a knife.

Speaker 2:

You, had a child your baby and your younger sister was also pregnant. Now she was eight years of you.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, and so, therefore, I ended up getting. I ended up having to leave my mother's house because my mom said that my sister was in danger, that her child was in danger, because my sister claimed that I tried to kill her.

Speaker 2:

The sister was envious and because of envy, destroyed her life. When a person is envious of you, they cause problems in the house, problems in the family, somebody that's always watching you, and due to envy, people even die. That's right. People die due to envy because the envious ones hates you and wants you to be in the tomb, wants you to be dead. This is what the envious ones do. We are going right now to watch the story of this lady. Celci felt something following her. She would see people watching her. Her family members died due to witchcraft, as I just said. I said it kills, steals and destroys. She was mistreated due to trauma from witchcraft. So witchcraft is the root of sorrows. Let us now, together, watch her story.

Speaker 3:

You've tried nearly everything.

Speaker 1:

Now is the time to see how strong prayers work.

Speaker 5:

Ever since I was a child, I always see things, people. I think that's there. The people's not there for real. After I look back, if I walk and I'm crossing my hallway and then I look to the side of my kitchen, and then I will start seeing ghosts, shadows. Sometimes I feel like it's following me, sometimes I feel like it's watching me. So I told my sister. She told me that it's nothing. She told me that it's just like clothes or probably, you know, because of the dark. You know, sometimes in the dark you think it's something that's not there. But I will see these things even in daylight and it will make me paranoid. So I told my dad. My dad told me it's nothing. The same thing. They thought I was overreacting, but I didn't feel like I was overreacting. I felt like those things were really there. Sometimes I heard them talk and when I look back at them they don't talk no more.

Speaker 5:

I was with my father and my grandparents and my aunt and my uncle. So my house was very toxic because my grandfather and my dad and uncle they drink a lot. So with the drinking came just like verbal abusive, like my grandfather mostly when he drinks he turns into like a whole other person. He just he. He's just very verbally abusive and like toxic things that he'll say to my grandmother or things that he'll say to me or or things that he'll say to me or like my dad and just pick at us. So it was always like a fight inside of my house. So my family does not do any type of witchcraft. My grandfather speaks a lot against it and how it's not right. I personally feel that he don't like it because it traumatized him Because he had his mother and he had a lot of kids and a lot of her kids. He's the only one that survived, the only boy. His brothers died because of witchcraft People doing witchcraft on his brothers and stuff and they're dying at a young age. So I feel like he just became really hurt and he never understood how to deal with that pain. So he takes it upon like us.

Speaker 5:

I Found out about the universal church because of my best friend. She's been going to the universal church at two for like two years now. She's been going since we was in high school and People around our age millenniums. Nobody goes to church like that. I didn't grow up in a church household. Nobody I knew went to church. Nobody I knew went to church like that or even talked about God or spirits and stuff. And she used to go to church on Mondays, wednesdays, and sometimes she was going on Sundays, I don't know. Every 7 pm she'd say she was going to church. I knew not to call her at 7 pm. She kept talking to me like Chelsea, come to church on Sundays, talk to come to church on Sunday, come, come, come.

Speaker 5:

One day I decided to come and everybody was so nice, you know, the pastor was nice, the assistants there was one assistant in particular. She sat down, she talked to me and stuff and I was like wow, this church is very friendly. I've never been to church and everybody usually is about their business Okay, service is over, go home, go eat and then go watch your day. So when I saw it was a little different, I was like you know what, let me come. The pastor said come on Monday. I came on Monday. He was like you know what, come on Wednesday too. So I came on Wednesday and ever since then I've kind of been stuck. So I've just been following the days. I didn't miss a day since.

Speaker 5:

So Friday is the day of deliverance. I recently started to come on the Fridays, and the Fridays do actually work for me, because sometimes I'm an over thinker. I did receive a strong prayer. I received prayer from my family and I even made my aunt come. She comes on Fridays. I feel like she's been getting a little more peace on Fridays. My sister come.

Speaker 5:

My sister used to be someone who's very, you know, depressed and stuff like that. Ever since she started coming on Fridays, she's been feeling better Without any job. I don't see shadows no more. I feel more peaceful. I don't get angry or as irritated or as affected to things people do to me like I used to. I'm able to just be in my own space a lot more comfortable without feeling like I'm isolating myself from everybody. I even encourage. I got a better relationship with my best friend. You know we got even closer Us two being in the church together. You know doing the youth group being a part of that, helping, you know, other youths being a part of that. So it really helped me a lot and a lot more happens for me when I pray, so I'm happy.

Speaker 2:

Strong prayers work, and this is what I'm going to do right now. A strong prayer. Witchcraft came to kill, still destroy your life. I have my water over here and I want you to raise both your hands to heaven for this prayer of deliverance. Close your eyes. In the name of Jesus. O Lord, I bless their hands and disperse.

Speaker 2:

That is a victim of witchcraft, jealous envy. Right now, in Jesus' name, we rebuke this evil. Open your eyes, place your hands upon your head. Everybody do that. Close your eyes.

Speaker 2:

The spirit of envy that destroys the family, that rots the bones of this person, this person feels shaking inside of the house, inside of the cell, inside of prison. Somebody that has done witchcraft to see this person dead, somebody that is doing some thing to harm this person. I undo it in the name of Jesus. I rebuke it right now, in Jesus Christ's name, and I say all evil to get out. Do that one more time. You need to place your hand upon your head and you have to say all evil in Jesus' name. Get out right now, be set free. Be set free, be blessed in the name of the Lord, jesus Christ. The Lord frees you. The Lord sets you free. Get, please, your cup of water. Close your eyes In the name of Jesus, o Lord, let this person drink this water and be washed. Wash away the effects of envy. Yes, the effects of envy, yes, the work of envy. Wash it away. And those who are sick in prison. Let's dispose a drink of this water and receive, oh yes, healing, receive power. In Jesus Christ's name. I bless this water together in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name, amen, praise God. Amen, drink your water, it is blessed. Amen, praise the Lord, you are blessed.
