Negativities. This is what affects many people's lives. Words have power. Those who speak show the words. And you who hear, you reap the fruits of those words. That's why we are here today in this paranormal activities series to show to you the ten signs of spiritual oppressions, ten symptoms. You can go back to your tablet. Those who watch me from prison, we have many episodes, actually nine. The first one was about depression, undiagnosable disease, suicidal thoughts, constant headaches, paranormal activities, insomnia, fear, addictions, anger issues. That was last week, and today we are talking about negativity. Let me go ahead and show to you what a spirit, by the way, the evil spirits are very negative.

The negative things in your life, when left unchecked, begin to root themselves deep within your subconscious. Unconscious of their presence, many unknowingly invite the force of negativity to take residence, shaping thoughts, emotions, and decisions, creating a deep cycle of depression that feels endless. Over time, the weight of unspoken pain, unresolved trauma, and persistent inner conflict can trickle down into destructive coping mechanisms. Not as conscious choices, but as desperate attempts to numb the noise within.

Today we are going to have the story of Tessa, this lady that suffered in life before I even try, I'll always tell myself I'm going to fail. You say I'm going no air, I amount for nothing. I cannot make it. This is what you have. This paranormal activity. Let me tell you something. If this person or that person say bad remarks about me, it can uh impact my life or not, affect me or not. It depends how I hear and let it come inside of me. She can tell, bad mouth me, she can be negative, that's their opinion, their problem, not mine. However, when I say negative stuff about myself, now you start having these uh spiritual attacks because you attack yourself when you say I am not good enough, I am ugly, I am not uh intelligent, and people even call themselves names, ugly names. This is what negativities are all about. This lady used to say, Before I even try, I'm going to fail. So she was failing herself. I want you to watch her story.

My name is Tessa John, and today I have the mind of Christ. Okay, before receiving the Holy Spirit, I lacked confidence. I was unable to make decisions on my own. I was very shy. I was at one time, I was like, um, I would actually say depressed. You know, I had some issues with my family, and um it started, you know, it caused me to doubt myself and the decision that I was making because I felt like, you know, whatever I was doing, you know, it was to please others and not to, you know, not to please myself. I used to go to parties almost every other week, you know, or find something to do, or have drinks with friends, or, you know, just to get out of the house. And um it just didn't work for me. There was one time that I went to a club and um something happened home and I drank. I just wanted to forget it. And you know, absolutely nothing happened. Deep down inside, I knew that I wanted something more. I just didn't know how to change. I did not know what to do. And I always think I'm gonna fail before I even try. I always thought myself, I'm gonna fail because you know, in my mind, I just pictured it, you know, how things are gonna work out, and it never worked out the way that I thought it was going to. My mindset, I was very negative towards myself and to point to others because, you know, I used to look at others and want to be like them. So, you know, by doing that, you know, I hated myself to a point like, you know, why can I be like this person? Why can't I have that? Why can I have the confidence that that other person has? Why can I do like they do? It was a constant battle in my mind, wanting to be, you know, like others, trying to fit in. When I came into the church, first I was fighting for my deliverance. I wanted to be free, I wanted to have a peace of mind. Um, I was delivered from I used to go to the parties and drinking and stuff like that. I was delivered from those things. And um they were talking about the Holy Spirit, and then I learned that the Holy Spirit, you know, take your pain and all your suffering away from you, you know. If you don't have a peace of mind, you know, the Holy Spirit take that place that gives you that comfort that you never had. I used to go to other churches before. They read the Bible, but you know, there was no emphasis on the Holy Spirit. Occasionally you would, you know, mention the Holy Spirit, but I didn't, I did not know what was the Holy Spirit. Just the name. I was coming on a Wednesday, then the Fast of Daniel came. I used to try to come almost every day, you know, come to church more, you know, read the Bible more and pray more. I wanted change, I wanted a new beginning. So I made the ultimate sacrifice, and I received the Holy Spirit. The day that I received the Holy Spirit, I felt a peace, I felt a great joy, you know, I felt light, I just felt different. And the peace that I felt remained with me. You know, it wasn't just I felt a moment and it was over. No, you know, after even going through situations, it was different for me. Where I used to be stressed out and stuff like that. And when a situation comes, when a problem comes, you know, it was like nothing to me. I am not insecure anymore, I'm not doubtful of myself, I'm very confident. I make decisions on my own. I don't have to ask nobody their opinion. When this Holy Spirit came upon me, my life changed. You know, what he did for me, he can do for you. So, you know, I seek him, he will change your life.

In a few I'm going to pray against these negativities, these negative forces, evil, and perhaps you are always worrying, frustrated, you always look very upset. Always you are upset with yourself. Then you don't like your hair, you don't like your nose, you don't like your mouth, you don't like your fingers, you don't like your foot, you don't like yourself. So you are always having these um bad thoughts regarding yourself. I say to you, believe in God, but also believe in yourself. That is why today we're going to be reading this letter that was sent to Bishop Joshua. And for the privacy and the security of this person, we are going to say that it was written from Richard. It says like this Honestly, I've never felt so scared in my life. I remember this day just as if it was yesterday. I ate some food in Chow Hall, and a couple of hours later, my head was hurting to the point I had to declare a medical emergency. They had sent me back as if it were a small claim. They gave me medicine and sent me on my way, basically telling me to go lie down. I did just that. Within 30 minutes of lying down, one of my lungs went numb. And the back of my head began to hurt on my left side. My left hand began to close on me, and I was shaking like a wet dog. Very cold. Declaring another medical emergency, the nurse told me that I was hyperventilating. I guess why would I be hyperventilating? Days went by and I was waking up in the middle of the night, hands going numb and losing circulation. I don't see anything wrong, but day by day it was getting worse. My feet, my hands were tingling and going numb. My chest, kidneys, stomach, lungs, it all began to hurt. I started to feel strange symptoms every time after I ate something. Showered, sat down, or lied down. Strange. The back of my head was feeling as if it would be a friction of shaking and habitating. Sharp pains in my brain. Can't really explain it, but I felt a movement as if it was being pulled down. The part I dislike the most is that I've lost my ability to sleep. Just don't know why. It was as if my brain was just being reset. I am writing because just two days ago, you posted on Panjo a 17-minute clip about insomnia. Insomnia is what is going on with me. I don't understand. After I ate that food, it has changed my life. I have always been healthy. I have a life sentence. Thank you and God bless. I look forward to hearing from you. But the reality is when a person has an evil spirit, spiritual attacks, even what is simple becomes very complicated. Not even medication helps you.
