The Church in this country is at a time in which there will be no Isaiah 64:1-3 without Joel 2:13 first.

This is episode sixteen of my version of an audiobook related to the book I wrote titled A Herald to Jesus of Nazareth's Bride in the United States of America. I'm continuing with the uh conclusion, or I'm sorry, the the solution and the conclusion. So I left off with um Jesus not fixing churchanity, and I gave the example of um the weeds and the and the wheat growing up together. So and I concluded also by saying it's not about going to church, it's about being the church. And so now 2 Corinthians 6, 14 through 18. Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. Those in the Odyssey were former unbelievers. In other words, they were so compromised you couldn't tell the difference. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Bilal? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said, I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they'll be my people. Therefore, come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I'll receive you. And I will be the f be a father to you, and you'll be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. For the person who wants to pursue Jesus of Nazareth, this pursuit is impossible to do among people who are lost unbelievers or worldly compromised, name it and claim it, health and wealth, lukewarm believers. To spur one another needs to be with others of like heart. In other words, when a group of people like David, wanting the presence of the living God no matter the cost, for they are sick of being in the tabernacle of Moses, that is churchanity, with its with its empty ritual and lack of the presence of the living God, those are the people the living God is drawn to be around. So once again, come out from among those who are settling for churchianity, and join with those, even those few who are in hot pursuit of Jesus of Nazareth himself. Don't settle, don't compromise, don't drink from a cistern. Demand that Jesus give you his living water, for it is better to die of thirst than to drink from a cistern or a sewer, and thus die spiritually of dysentery, which is far worse. Besides coming out of churchianity and connecting with even a few who want the Jesus by his spirit, for example, in someone's living room. Another thing that is critical to pay close attention to are the things that Jesus says to do and the things he says not to do, and the seven letters he dictated in the Revelation, chapters two and three. Lastly, remember who you are pursuing. And here's how Isaiah said it. These are rebellious people, deceitful children, children unwilling to listen to the Lord's instruction. They say to the seers, See no more visions, and to the prophets, give us no more visions of what is right or straight. Tell us pleasant or smooth things, prophesy illusions and deceptions. Leave this way, get off this path, and stop confronting us with the Holy One of Israel. That's who we're dealing with. Not just the loving one or the merciful one. Not that the living God isn't loving and merciful. He is. But even in his love and mercy, and before his love and mercy, he is the holy one. Jeremiah said it this way This is what the Lord says. Do not let the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength, or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this, that he intimately understands and personally knows me who the Lord actually is, that I am the Lord who exercises kindness, justice, and righteousness on earth. For in these I declare, I delight, declares the Lord. My point is Don't be among those who reject prophetic words of what is right, in other words, straight. Don't be among those who prefer pleasant things, that is smooth, and illusions, deceptions. And most importantly, be sure you actually and intimately know the Holy One of Israel who exercises kindness, justice, and righteousness, the Jesus. In fact, being forceful and violent, hungry and thirsty to have the Jesus is step one. For anything less than this quality is either being cold, which is bad, or being religious, which is worse, or being lukewarm, which is significantly worse. Those who know the Jesus intimately and deeply are people who have an insatiable hunger and a driving thirst to have him intimately and deeply. So if you do not have this characteristic, then ask the Holy Spirit for it. For one of his assignments is to reveal the glory and the magnificence of Jesus of Nazareth to those who must have him. And once again, the Song of Songs is critically important and helpful in this pursuit, for it contains the process by which the bridegroom king forms his desire that he expressed in John 17, 26 in a person. One last thing. There's a well-known passage in Second Chronicles that has been profoundly misunderstood by many in this country. Chapter 7. When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land, or send plague among my people. If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now, this is not a promise to the church, much less the church in the United States of America. This is a promise to the people of the nation of Israel who were at the time under the Mosaic Covenant. And in the Mosaic Covenant, the people as a nation received either curses for sin or blessings for obedience. This is because the Mosaic Covenant is a national covenant. Those of us under the Messianic covenant, which is individualistic, we receive rewards and or suffer losses at the judgment on an individual basis. Therefore, the point of repentance is personal, not national, in the sense of healing this country. Jesus has no covenant with the United States of America. Jonathan Winthrop may have had a cute ceremony, but he did not cut a covenant with the Almighty. For man cannot initiate a covenant with him because man has nothing to offer him. Thus, the Jesus is not seeking to heal this country. He is seeking a faithful, lovesick bride, some of whom live in this country. So if you want to apply this a passage to yourself on a personal level, that is, if you want to humble yourself, pray, intimately seek his face, and turn from your wicked ways, great, go for it. This is the whole point of this writing, or this podcast. Being healed of one's relationship with the Jesus. Remember, there is no hope of Isaiah 64, 1 through 3 happening without first Joel 2.13 happening in your life. Much less in the bride in this country. Surrend your heart and not your garments. Then the Spirit will respond to you by giving you a deeply personal and wonderfully intimate relationship with the real Jesus. He is going to return. And uh I don't wanna I'm not gonna go through the details of it because I not only put it in this book, but I actually made it its own booklet. And it's also one of the um audiobooks I've done. So you can listen to it separate from this book. Um because this is the whole point is getting ready for Jesus' return. The time to build an ark is not when it starts to rain. When it starts to rain, it's too late. Um also, although I touched on obviously one of the stones is about the gospel, uh I've wro also wrote another booklet titled The Original Gospel, the Gospel the Apostles Preached, and I also did an audiobook of it. So there's more detail in that, including the last chapter, which is about spiritual vital signs. Because Paul says test yourself. Are you in the faith? So you might want to take a look at some of those. Again, either the books or the the ebook or the paperback, or of course, listen to the podcast. Here's the conclusion. This message is not for the unregenerated here in the United States of America. If someone in this category happens to come upon this, reads it, is convicted by the Holy Spirit, repents, and seeks to pursue Jesus of Nazareth, that is certainly a good thing. This message is also not for Christians living outside the United States. Again, if some follower of Jesus of Nazareth outside this country happens upon this message, and it helps them, that too is a good thing. This message is for those who consider themselves to be followers of Jesus of Nazareth and who live in this country. In Donald Miller's book Searching for God Knows What, he cites the following anecdotal story. A torrential rain storm came crashing into a community one night that was so strong that it caused a bridge over a swelling river to collapse. There was a man who lived along the river at this very spot. When he heard the loud cracking sound of the bridge tearing apart, he ran out into the dark night and the pouring rain to see for himself the damage. As he stood there looking at the wreckage of the bridge with his flashlight, he saw the headlights of oncoming vehicles on the other side of the river. The man quickly realized that with the combination of the heavy downpour and the darkness, the drivers were not going to see that the bridge was out in time to stop. Thinking swiftly, the man ran and got his boat's flare gun, and with it he began shooting flares at the vehicles as they approached the broken bridge. This tactic worked, as each vehicle stopped before it could plummet over the edge into the rubble and the river. The next morning, the local news station was interviewing several of these drivers about what happened. To a person, they each said that at first they thought some nutcase was trying to hurt them by shooting flares at them. That is, until they saw the danger that the person was trying to save them from. Maybe, if you've read or listened this far, you feel like those drivers. I understand. And I'm with you in this. Some of the things I've expressed offend me. For I understand the implications not only to the church in this country, but also to myself and to those I love. Unlike Isaiah, although I have received prophetic revelation, I didn't ask for or seek. Once I experienced it, I did not say, Oh, send me, please, please, please. For I recognized relatively quickly that most people would not like this message. Further, I identify much with Jeremiah. At the beginning, when when I was young in the Lord, I thought, cool. This prophetic stuff is awesome. But as things progressed, well, let's just say the message isn't a happy one. See Jeremiah 15, 16 through 18. In short, I'm the opposite of those who preach happy clappy messages. The messages of the false prophets who say, beer, beer, plenty of beer. Micah 2, 11. Those who say everything is wonderful, that life is good, that we're having revival, and that we should go for our dreams, are leading people astray to their doom, really. And like Jeremiah, when he told Hananiah that he liked his prophetic word and sincerely hoped it would come to pass. Jeremiah 28, 5 through 6. But like Jeremiah, who also told Hananiah that the whole purpose of a prophet, especially a prophetic forerunner, who is charged with preparing the bride for her bridegroom, is not to say, Hey y'all, God just wants you to know He so loves you. The main reason Jesus sends for prophets and prophetic forerunners is that things are not great, not even good, not even okay, and that repentance had better happen, or there will be terrible consequences. See Jeremiah 28, 7 through 9. Then in Matthew 24, Jesus says, Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you'll be hated by all nations because of me. He's telling the disciples what's coming at the end. At that time most will turn away from the faith. Most will turn away and they will betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and deceive most people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will go cold. But he who stands firm to the end will be saved. In short, those who do not prepare for the coming storm will be swept away by it. See Matthew 7, 24 through 27. One of my personal issues in anything, but especially in spiritual things, is always this. Is this you, Jesus? And the more serious something is, the more intense I become with is this you, Jesus? I can't help myself. For I do not want to be a Joseph Smith who has led millions to spiritual destruction with Mormonism. Neither do I want to be a Jim Jones or David Koresh who also led many to spiritual destruction and physical death. I do not want to be a false person with a false message. Hopefully, what I've expressed here is correct. If it is that Jesus of Nazareth and his bride are in the end blessed by it. Matthew 13. The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure found in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again. And then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. And when he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.
