This is episode 17 of um my version of an audiobook for a herald, Jesus of Nazareth's Bride in the United States of America. So I'm calling this uh this episode sort of a conclusion part two, if you will. My uh summary of all these other episodes and of course uh the content of the book. So again, I call this the 17th episode. It's conclusion part two uh for this is some additional summary information of this book that I just did all these uh episodes for as an audiobook. First, here is the list of the twelve stones that the spirit seemed to impress upon me beginning in 2012. The two trees, which God, the actual presence, the fear of the Lord, the true gospel, the first and the greatest commandment, materialism, psychology, music, Americanisms, marriage, and leaders. If you'd like to know how I got these twelve issues, as well as how the Spirit confirmed them, read pages 155 to 162 of the last chapter in a book I wrote actually for my children and my grandchildren, titled Moments with the Holy Spirit, a personal memoir. So in that last chapter titled My Assignment, pages 155 to 162, I actually describe how I how the Lord seemed to bring these 12 things to me. As I said, I'm sure these are not the only issues plaguing Christianity in this country. I'm sure there are others, at the very least, those that Jesus himself, the ultimate forerunner, pointed out in his letters to seven congregations in the Revelation, chapters two and three. He definitely had some things that he said, I don't like. You need to fix this, and these are some things I do like. And speaking of these seven letters, in only two of these letters did the Jesus have only good things to say to the Christians in Smyrna and Philadelphia, who were enduring severe persecution. He had not one thing, one negative thing to say to them. Everything he said to them was very positive. Which says something about the importance of persecution to per to purify. Out of the remaining five letters, the Jesus told the Christians and these communities some things that made him glad and something that made him sad. The church in this country should pay attention to what he said to these groups of his followers, what he said not to do and to do. In only one letter to the Christians in the Odyssey did he have not even one nice thing to say to these people. Everything he said to them was severely serious and non-negotiably negative. I don't know what it means for thee, Jesus, to vomit people out of his mouth, but it doesn't sound good. Today there's still a little something of a Christian witness, sort of, in six of these locations. The only thing left where Laodicea used to be is a grassy field with a few uninteresting ruins. Clearly, the people did not earnestly repent, and the Jesus vomited them. As for the twelve stones, which is a reference to my assignment from Isaiah chapter 62, verses 10 through 12, of removing the stones from the highway and raising the banner, which is the Jesus Himself, here are a few summary comments about each. Most, if not all, of the eleven stones relate back to how a person lives his or her life. Do they live it by the tree of knowledge of good and evil, which is man's way, and which Colossians 2.8 warns us not to do? Or does the person seek to live this life by the tree of life, who is the Jesus Himself? See Revelation 22, 1 and 2, and thus his way of living this life. In Western culture, there is the idea of a God that is spoken about. But the question is, which God? For there are lots of gods or higher powers, that's what the English word God means. That the most high God created. For example, read Psalm 82, 1, which Michael Heiser explains in his book, Supernatural. Very interesting book. You might want to read that. We know them today as either angels, some good and some evil, and of course demons. For me, I try to be as specific as I can be, saying the Jesus, or the Jewish bridegroom king, or Jesus of Nazareth. Sadly, Satan has done a good job at muddying things up to the point that even these can still be confusing as to which God and which Jesus a person is talking about. This is why it's important to emphasize this God's foundational quality of holiness. This does at least separate him from other humanistic and watered-down and modernized versions of a God that overemphasized some of the most high God's other qualities, especially a humanistic version of love that winks at sin. In the Old Testament, the actual presence of the living God was somewhat limited. In fact, the Holy Spirit only engaged with the prophets, a few leaders, and a few of the judges, and a few of the kings. In the New Testament, the Spirit is offered to whosoever is willing to repent, to entrust themselves to thee, Jesus, and to receive his Spirit to be born again. Now, the presence of the living God can be in individuals as well as among a group as small as two or more. What an incredible thing humans are being offered. So why in the world would people who claim to be Christians opt for the lifelessness and the presencelessness of the Christian religion, what I call churchianity. For truly, once a person tastes the actual presence of the Lord, he or she can never settle for dead religion, even hyped up but still lacking his presence religion, like the people in Sardis did. Revelation 3 1 through 2. Christianity in this country lacks so very much, including wisdom, as evidenced by all the foolish stuff groups do. And wisdom is lacking due to there being no fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. Of wisdom 101, just as Proverbs 9:10 says, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge, knowing the Holy One, is understanding. Instead, the church in this country comes up with some really stupid stuff, most of which is for the glory of leaders who want to appear successful. Leaders have nothing in common with the Apostle Paul, and lots in common with Corinth's Corinth's superapostles. The true gospel, or is the title of the book that I wrote, the original gospel, the gospel the apostles preached, and were martyred for preaching. No one would be martyred or even just persecuted for the watered-down gospels being preached in this country that make a person feel safe about heaven while he or she lives for the world. Why, most people don't even understand that the gospel does not begin by telling people that God so loves them, due to the mistranslation of John 3.16. Why? Because the person who is forgiven much due to being cut to the heart with conviction of their serious sins loves much. Those who've been forgiven little due to a lack of heart-rending conviction of their serious sins, and because they have been told that God just so loves them, no matter what, those people love little. Luke 7, 47. The first and the greatest commandment is first and greatest. Why is it that so many of those who claim to be the Jesus' followers pay virtually no attention to this? In fact, this seems to be completely ignored. People will focus on the second command to love others, and yet never grasp that the only way to truly know how to love others comes from loving the Jesus first and most. And one of the reasons this command is first and greatest is that it is out of our love for the Jesus that produces a desire to obey him, as he stressed in John chapters 14 and 15. So if you want to be serious about the Jesus, you need to begin to grasp how his spirit develops and matures love for him, as is laid out in the Song of Songs. The book I wrote, titled A Bridal Paradigm of the Song of Songs to fulfill John 17, 26, can begin to help you with this critical and foundational issue. Materialism. Need I say any more? This is a huge issue in this country, even among those who claimed to belong to the Jesus. In case you didn't know, Jesus had more to say about the issue of materialism than he did about hell. For one cannot serve God and money. Period. Psychology is one of three significant deceptions unleashed into the world beginning in the 1800s evolution, psychology, and communism. Christianity has rejected evolution and communism for the most part, but is but it has utterly been duped by psychology, which seeks to eliminate sin. Why in the world would any serious follower of the Jesus involve him or herself with this demonic deception and pseudoscience? Warning, if you're taking any drugs prescribed by psychology, do not stop taking them cold turkey. This is very dangerous. You need the help of a real medical doctor to help you slowly slowly wean off the drug. Then begin to take note of some sin issues that are at the heart of your problem. Once you have these, confess them and ask the Holy Spirit to help you to repent. Which music one listens to may seem like no big deal, but it is a big deal. For music moves the human heart. What do you want your heart moved toward? The world or the Jesus? You probably noticed that I ended each episode with some worship music. Hopefully, your heart was moved toward the Jesus with each song. Americanisms. There are people who claim to be the Jesus' followers who have not only twisted the historical facts about the founding of this country, but who also believe some really unbiblical things, such as Christian nationalism, which claims Jesus wants his people to take over the world by firmly establishing his kingdom before he returns. If this is true, why does the Lamb of God pour out eighteen judgments, seals, trumpets, and bowls upon people in the last three and a half years, yet most of whom refuse to repent? Jesus' kingdom is here, but not fully. Thus some people are converted, but not all. Some people are healed, but not all. Some people are delivered of demons, but not all. And people, including Christians, die and are not raised from the dead before Jesus returns. I suggest reading some of the books I've listed by real historians to know the facts about the founding of this country, instead of the fairy tales that are typically told by people who have been deceived by some really stupid theology. This isn't in my notes, I just want to add this. I saw something on TV about a young man that was confronting uh some congressmen, and he was saying, you know, that God is mentioned in the uh in the documents, uh founders' documents, uh, four times, he said. And that's true, only in the declaration. The idea of a God is not even mentioned in the Constitution, because the Constitution is a secular government based on we the people, not on God. Just let that sink in. So the four times he's mentioned, they mentioned God in the declaration, which God? Again, Thomas Jefferson was a man of the enlightenment. He wasn't a born-again by the spirit follower of Jesus. So he mentions a higher power four times, but what who was Mr. Jefferson's higher power? There is nothing more foundational in human-to-human relationships than marriage. And Jesus' followers should have, as far as it is possible with each party, coolly loving relationships with their partner. For this is something of an indicator of the health or lack of health of the church. As I said, marriage between two born again by the Spirit followers of thee, Jesus, should be a testimony in miniature of the relationship between the bridegroom king and his bride, the church. That one of the greatest compliments I think anyone can pay you and your spouse is for them to say, gee, when I'm around you guys, the way you interact with each other, it's like watching Jesus in the church. Wouldn't that be a great thing for someone to compliment your marriage with? I think so. The bottom line for leaders is that they're held to a higher standard, not a lesser one. Most are not living up to this, and I do mean most. Most aren't even trying to live up to this. Finding a leader like David is almost impossible. Finding leaders who are like Saul are everywhere. They come a dime a dozen. So choose wisely. The whole point of all this is that Jesus of Nazareth's bride, the church in this country, is being fit is to be a faithful, passionate, and lovesick bride who intimately knows her lover, the Jewish bridegroom king, which includes knowing his voice and his form. John 5, 37 and 38. For this is what the Jesus wants. It is why he created creation. I've written a number of books, booklets, and pamphlets addressing related issues. I hope they will be helpful. They're all on Amazon.com. Just search my author's page under my name, Gary G-A-R-Y Kunz. P-U-N-K-Z. It is past time for The Jesus' bride in this country to clean up her act and to stop acting like a slut who loves the world and makes excuses and compromises for doing so. No one is perfectly perfect, certainly not me, but from the very beginning of my relationship with the Jesus, he put David's one thing in Psalm 27, 4, as well as Paul's one thing in Philippians 3, 7 through 15, into me even before I ever read them. Surely the Spirit will respond to you if you seek him for these. For at the very least you should and you can pray what Paul prayed in Ephesians 1, 17 through 19, and chapter 3, 16 through 19. Lastly, if you're a part of a group who is settling for churchianity, look for even a few other people who want to passionately pursue the very real presence of the Jesus Himself. Remember, it's not about going to church or doing church. It's about being the church, that is, the called out ones. Truly, when Christianity becomes became institutionalized and began building structure, including buildings, apostolic Christianity was utterly changed. His spirit did not produce this. Religious men did. So seek to come out of being a part of a passive people who simply participate in the religious ceremony of institutionalized churchianity. Instead, gather with others of like mind in each other's living rooms. This is Hebrews 10, 24, and 25. When persecution comes, you'll be glad you did this. Then seek individually and collectively to actually encounter the Jesus who wants to be encountered. Worship is a good tool to help with this as hearts are stirred toward Him. Thus, having someone who can sing andor play an instrument is ideal, but you andor your group may have to improvise. But start with worship. That's just a really great way for the Holy Spirit to begin to impact your heart. Because that's the purpose of music, right? To draw the human heart. Then, as you and others share various things with each other, scripture, personal story issues, etc., be sure to include Jesus in the conversation by also talking with him as if he is also one of the attendees. Because, well, hopefully he is. And in talking with him, be sure to also be quiet so as to listen to whatever he wants to say as well. Remember, he's a real person. Also remember that this is why he created creation, for he desires a relationship, not religious activities.
