We have a lot to talk about today, do we not, aaron? We sure do.

Yeah exactly so when they start chatting it'll happen. So how's everybody been? I hope really well. I'm coming from the new home office and Aaron's in his home office, and right before we got on we were talking about how we absolutely freaking hate this home office bullshit. So that's going to come to an end real soon.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it needs to right away. We got to get, we got to gather our peeps, we got to gather our you know. Are you talking, dean? I'm not talking. What are you doing with your voice?

Just like everybody else. All right, I'll quit. Yeah, I can't wait to get us back together.

Speaker 1:

Man, get our get our crew back together and be able to be in the office I forget how much I need and enjoy that moved our licenses and our team over to the Rill brokerage. We'll talk about Rill. It was just. It was a really good fit for us and the direction we're going with not only our team but with our VIP 50 program. And Rill is basically it's a virtual brokerage that they don't have any brick and mortar, so anybody that's in that brokerage that wants office space basically has to go out and get their own space, which I'm totally fine with. And, quite frankly, there's so many reasons and we'll talk about some of them right now. Now you know honestly, aaron, traditionally when it comes to being in real estate and having your real estate license and being with a brokerage, that pretty much all entails about the only way that you can possibly go out and make money with most brokerages is to go out and find real estate transactions and work your way through them and get paid right.

Speaker 2:

Right, yeah, go sell real estate. And the traditional model is you pay a hefty fee to the office because they provide a space and they provide the environment, they provide the systems and tools and we've moved our business to. I mean, what we're doing with our coaching and the VIP system is putting us into a virtual environment where, golly, you know, we're not necessarily in proximity to the people that we're helping and in relationship with we're. You know, we're providing virtual meetings and trainings, you know, and we're moving nationally here now where we're heading out of state, and so it just it makes absolute sense to have more of a virtual national presence.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely so.

Speaker 1:

One of the big reasons why we made the change over, guys and you know we talk a lot about our team and our team is very, very important to us and it's really important to us that we give the guys on our team and the gals on our team the the biggest chance to go out and and win and be an absolute baller in this industry, and that's one of our main reasons why we switched over to real, because we just opened up by making this switch.

Speaker 1:

We just opened up about eight or nine different channels or ways that that the, the teammates on our team now can go out and have income streams coming in in multiple different angles and ways, which I think is fantastic. Aaron um, you know, first and foremost, you can still make money by doing exactly what you've been doing, and that's selling real estate. So that didn't change, that's exactly the same. But on top of that, you can now start recruiting people or other agents into the real brokerage and also onto our team, and there's a big difference there. You know, if we just bring somebody over to real that wants to place their license over there, then there is an absolute opportunity to make money off of the transactions that they're doing, which is pretty darn cool. What do you say, aaron?

Speaker 2:

Dude, that's a huge piece of it. I mean, dean, the traditional model. You know the broker houses, all of these, you know the space and the environment and the tools and all that, and so there's a commensurate fee you would pay into a traditional brokerage. And I, dude, I think when 2020 happened in coven, we all got forced home and you know, that's why you see so much vacancy in commercial space is because they're they re businesses realize, hey, we can run our business and we don't have to have all this overhead, save a shit ton of freaking money. Yeah, and consumers are going hey, I don't want to drive 30 minutes. Or, you know us agents, I don't want to drive 30 minutes and come gather back in an office oftentimes and I can still make my living and still do a good job.

Speaker 2:

And technologies have have been able to bridge all of those gaps and basically allow for that. That that virtual roaming, uh, professional, and so that's what real, real kind of cracked that open and they're basically, you know, instead of that traditional model, they've they've decided do this very virtually and then that cap, that cap money that would normally naturally go to the house, go to the brokerage. Big brother, they're paying it back to us. Yeah, it gets to trickle back to us as an opportunity and a value and benefit if you bring people over and work underneath you. It's really a cool concept and opportunity, which is why we gravitated to it especially for our team.

Speaker 1:

So if you're an agent out there and you're, you happen to be watching this podcast pay attention, guys, and I mean that pay attention to what I'm going to tell you right now on the opportunities that that are available by not only being an agent at the real brokerage but being on our team, because there's major benefit. So all of you guys out there that aren't in real estate, you know I know that a lot of you are friends and family and people that we care about, and I know you care about our success and so we're pretty excited about this move and want to let you know. But if you're an agent, holy cow, pay attention. So, number one if you go out and recruit anybody into just real the brokerage whether they join our team or don't join our team doesn't matter.

Speaker 1:

You will get paid 5% of their production up until you've made $4,000 per year off of that. Now think about this, guys this is giving an opportunity to agents to be able to go out and not only have to cover the nut by chasing down deals every single month, but if they can get five or 10 people that they've actually brought over and those people are producing I mean, guys, you can build this thing up to where you can make five or six or even more than that, thousand dollars every single month just off of your what we call or what real calls rev share. So that's a pretty big deal. And then the big carrot on top of that, aaron is, is, if they join our team, we've committed to also matching that figure and giving them an additional 5% from the luxury agency team. So now anybody and everybody that's out there, that's an agent that comes over to real and joins our team, they're going to make 10% up to $4,000 a year on every single person that they recruit into this business. Are you kidding me, massive?

Speaker 2:

So think about it.

Speaker 1:

Aaron, what's an average commission on a transaction? Let's just say it's $10,000 to make the math easy, right, yeah, $10,000. So for every transaction that somebody does that you've recruited over to real that they that their commission is a ten thousand dollar commission, you as the agent are going to be paid a thousand dollars of that commission. So how many agents can you go out and recruit in? Because that's major to me, aaron, major to me. And even if that's not attractive, we're going to talk about that, aaron, we're going to talk about that.

Speaker 2:

Oh, okay, it just makes sense. As an agent, the financial decision as an agent, let alone the retirement and stock options, we're going to talk.

Speaker 1:

Don't be giving away the whole freaking pie here.

Speaker 2:

Aaron, settle down it's exciting.

Speaker 1:

So a lot of you agents might be asking yourself well, I'm not a recruiter man, I'm not. I didn't become an agent to go recruit people, and I agree with you and that's not what we're asking you to do. But here's the bottom line, guys, if you haven't partaken in or been at one of our VIP 50 trainings that is, eight hours of intense, intense we give you all of the tools, all of the everything that you need to go out and run your, your business as it, as if it is a business with a business plan, a business system, a business model, and it's. It's fun. It's not making a whole bunch of freaking phone calls to a bunch of people you don't know. It's actually building relationships, better relationships with people that you already know, love and care about, and in return, because you're actually making those people feel important, they're going to refer you people that they know of that are going to buy or sell real estate. I mean, come on, it's like the oldest bartering system in the world, seriously.

Speaker 1:

So bottom line is you don't have to be a recruiter. All you have to do is anybody that you know that's in real estate. Just get them to come to one of our free trainings. Did I mention that it's Free? I mean, how hard is that, Seriously? And then Aaron and I take over, and this is what we do, guys. This is what we do. So all you have to do is get somebody that's a potential person, get them to come to our trainings, and I can tell you right now, that's all you have to do, and by the time we're finished with them, if they don't see the light at the end of the tunnel, if they don't see the benefit of moving over to real, then that's okay too. But the fact of the matter is, you don't have to be a recruiter to do this. All you have to do is open your mouth and talk to people that you know and get them to come to a freaking free training that's going to give them so much value. It's not even funny. How hard is that, aaron?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I agree, dude, and you know, you look back to why people make decisions and where they go, and largely it's culture and community, you know. And then it's having a game plan, a daily approach of what you're going to actually do to go get business, and our VIP 50 provides that. I mean it provides a framework and a structure, a common goal and an interest that we're all working towards together as a team.

Speaker 1:

I mean, it's just, the community we're creating is so exciting, bro, it's so exciting, aaron, and the fact of the matter is is because of the way that Real has set this up. It's like Aaron said, they don't have any brick and mortar, which is normally where the cap is that we're paying as real estate agents. You know, and every brokerage is different. You know, when I started up at EV, if I remember, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we've been in the most expensive shop in town, huh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I started the most expensive shop in town. If I remember right, I think my cap was like $34,000 a year.

Speaker 2:

I mean 30% non-negotiable Non-negotiable Yep and a $34,000 cap.

Speaker 1:

Yep, I went over to Windermere. My cap there was 27,000. You know, our cap over at at at a century 21 was 21,000 guys. The cap at real is $12,000. And the cool part is is they're taking at least $4,000 of that $12,000 and they're giving it back to us as the agents and so you can get paid five tiers deep on simply people's production within your organization. And trust me, let me tell you right now that can build up to hundreds thousands, tens of thousands of dollars every single month. What would it look like to you as an agent if, all of a sudden, every single month, you knew you had $5,000 coming in, no matter what? Well, guess what, If you're recruiting over agents that are producers and they do one thing that's unheard of.

Speaker 2:

Dean. That's unheard of in our industry, Isn't that crazy? It's a residual opportunity where you have bankable opportunity that can come, whether or not you're up and running Every day as an agent. Every day you're like where is my paycheck coming from?

Speaker 1:

Well, that's it. You're constantly chasing your money. So bottom line is, guys, you know you can make. You can make money from us on our team. You can make money from real by out recruiting. Real is also a publicly traded company and so they have stock options, multiple different ways that you can either earn or buy stock in that company. And listen to this, guys, as an agent, because I haven't heard of any other freaking brokerage that has something like this, aaron. But we as agents, we're independent contractors, which means we're not paying into a 401k, we don't have a retirement plan period, paying into a 401k, we don't have a retirement plan period. And because of their stock options, you have the ability to actually start with every single check, as little as 5% and as much as 10% of every single check that you get, buying stock within Rill and having that sitting on that nest egg and real will, will, will. Once it, once it vests, they'll, they'll contribute even more stock to it for free.

Speaker 2:

It's insane, incredible. Yeah, it really is exciting how this is going to develop and and the stability it's going to provide us and our people. Um, it really, it really is exciting and not to mention.

Speaker 1:

I mean I could go on and on. I'm just giving everybody a quick taste. But guys, also any any of you agents out there that are bringing other agents to our training and they sign up for our coaching system, we're willing to give you money, we're willing to pay you a pretty, a pretty nice commission for being the one that instigated that. So if you're an agent, you're starting to see this wait a minute, I can make money doing traditional real estate, just like I'm already doing. So no harm, no foul, I can. I can bring people to the training Aaron and Dean take over and get them to come over to Real and then I get paid a commission. I can get paid up to 10% of what they're producing. Then, on top of that, I can also get paid multiple levels or multiple tiers deep on that commission. I can buy stock or I can earn stock. I mean, they have a program at real if you become an elite agent, which it's not easy to do. But you know what it's not. It's not out of the question.

Speaker 2:

Dean. It's. It's Dean. It's less than 30 deals, and that I mean it's 20, it's what is it? It's? And our sales prices in our it's it's harder in other, in other economies. Our, our, our area it's like 17 or 20 deals and you're an elite status.

Speaker 1:

You're an elite status and you get guys, listen to this. They give you sixteen thousand dollars worth of stock and then that stock just sits and once it vests for three years, they'll add an $8,000 in stock to it that they actually purchased at the time when they bought these $16,000, not when you invest it, not three years later, and that stock is all yours, guys, $24,000 worth of stock that you can get for free from Rill every single year. What would that look like for your retirement plan? What would that look like for your future? I mean, oh my gosh, dude. I mean I know I get excited about this, but it's just ridiculous. All the different avenues that are available to our people this isn't just to me and you. We're not just fat cats sitting on top of the pile, man, this is every single person that happens to come over and be a part of what we're doing. It's pretty amazing.

Speaker 2:

Well and again, with the active energy we're putting into the community and culture and the business system that people can come and participate in. God, dude, it's crazy. It really is just open fields and opportunity to create some stability in your life. I mean, it's really fun, dude.

Speaker 1:

Well, and here's the bottom line, aaron and I want to throw this little piece of information out there. If you're a broker and a brokerage that has invited us to come into your shop and teach you our VIP 50 system, I just want to be crystal clear. We are not trying to recruit your people. As a matter of fact, if anybody that was in your brokerage came to us and wanted to switch over, we absolutely would not allow it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they're hands off.

Speaker 1:

They're hands off. Sorry, man, but you guys are hands off, unless there's been a period of time and maybe you've made some changes. And, quite frankly, what it really comes down to it, aaron, is I'm not going to let anybody join, make a switch over, unless we have the blessing of that broker period. So bottom line is guys, guys but that doesn't mean those people can't still go out and bring people to our training and recruit people in and get paid from us because they're joining our coaching. That's still an extra avenue of income coming in. So, guys, pretty, pretty strong message here. That's why we're making the switch, or made the switch over, to real. We are going to be getting a brick and mortar office in Salt Lake City and, you know, as we progress with this business, as things start happening, who knows, maybe we'll also open up an office up north in the Ogden area and maybe down south in the Utah County area, who knows, in the Ogden area and maybe down South in the in the Utah County area, who knows? But the bottom line is is starting in July, we have also, we're also pulling the plug and we're going nationwide with our VIP coaching. So, guys, you have an opportunity, you agents have an opportunity to go out and actually bring in agents in other States and other cities and they still fall in your organization and you still get paid a rev share on all of their production up to $4,000 a year. It's insane. So big, big thing.

Speaker 1:

Here and again, I just want to reiterate that you're not a recruiter. You don't have to recruit. All you got to do is talk to people about the VIP 50 and how it, how it absolutely made a difference in your life, and then tell them you know what? I know where there's going to be a free training. You should go. How hard is that, aaron? No kidding. So that's, that's our, our, our big change. We so that's our big change. We've pulled the trigger on it. Hopefully, we'll have office space for everybody on our team here locally within the next month or so, and we're being really picky about what space we want. We want it to be the right space that we can grow into as well as have everything that we need and all the tools for the people that that do join our team.

Speaker 2:

Aaron Dean, you know what's fun about. So I I'll keep going back to this because I'm, you know, you've seen I'm 27 years in the business, you've seen that I'm, I am so man, I'm so old school, I'm, I'm the guard dude. I remember when we first started talking about moving this kind of a direction I mean it was.

Speaker 1:

Oh, you were fighting me tooth and nail, freaking, all of it. I'm a traditionalist. I can barely function.

Speaker 2:

I can barely function at home. Okay, that's why we're getting an office, so we can, you know, you and I get together and we can collaborate and play and have fun and lead. But, man, when I started to investigate and actually look at this you mean when you actually opened your brain.

Speaker 1:

The new business model.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, hey, we teach about growth and fixed mindset, right, I've definitely had a little bit of a fixed mindset here, but when I really got to start looking about the excitement, the buzz, the community that's inside of this new brokerage that we're in, and I mean I don't know if you're paying attention I know you are, you are paying attention all the time but there is so much progressive, growth-minded excitement, collaboration that's going on and I'll tell you what that I don't know.

Speaker 2:

I'm glad I'm bro, I'm glad we made this, that we're looking, we made this look, that we made this change and we're off in this new direction. It's going to require the absolute best out of us, but it's going to get the best out of us because how exciting it is and and the and the buzz of the community that's around it. It everybody, everybody's at their, is on their game. I mean you got people who are running in the social media space, that are high-level producers, that are doing that. Dude, I'm just sharing. If you're watching this, take a look. Go look at who's really making moves in real estate right now.

Speaker 1:

I guarantee you're doing something similar to our VIP 50.

Yeah, yeah, no, yeah. And that's why we're drawn to it, because we're entering into our own. We're not adopting a brokerage's mindset and procedure and protocol. We've got a culture, we have a plan, we have a different way of going about business and this is the right move for us.

You can go with some of the forward-thinking programs and brokerages and take advantage of it, because that's, dude, our world is changing all the time and you know.

That we were in there, narrow-minded and focused in our lane, that we were in there. And the reality is there is a big, bad, broad, beautiful world out there and I'm glad you drug me and had me open my eyes, kicking and screaming. Yeah.

This is exciting, bro. Stop being a big baby, aaron. Nobody likes a freaking crybaby. I'm the biggest baby, you know, bro. Stop being a big baby here. Nobody likes a freaking cry baby. I'm the biggest baby, you know, bro. So, yeah, guys, we're so super excited about this and, quite frankly, the opportunities here. I mean we'll keep you guys apprised as we progress through this. We're going to share a lot of our wins and just really, really, really cool things. You know, when we start going out on a nationwide level and having, you know, 100, 200, 300, 500 people in our trainings, you know it's not unrealistic for us to talk about adding 50 to 100 people to our team each training, which is exciting to me, man, so exciting. So we're super stoked.

What do we have this month? We're going to be at 9th and 10th. We're out at Sunkey Realty. Sunkey out in Tule At 30th and 31st, we're going to be in Murray off of 54th. We've got a. Up July, yep, up July, we've got those. And then August, we're headed up to Idaho, right, yeah, we're going up to Boise guys.

So big, big changes, big changes around the luxury agency and the VIP 50, man, we're super stoked about it. So, so, aaron, let's switch gears a little bit and let's chat about our, our training that we just did, uh, yesterday and the day before.

uh, we appreciate you letting us come in and and sit down with your freaking people and you've got a good good group of people there, my friend, good group of people you can try dude, they they're, they're producing brokers, so they've got pulse. They got pulse of the market they're doing. They're basically doing a variation or version of their, of our system, and it's really exciting because, dean, they, they saw the vision of what we're doing and they, because, dean, they saw the vision of what we're doing and they're having us, they want us back monthly as a recurring coaching system to bring in and train up their new agents, which is what an honor. It's exciting. The trust and the appreciation for what we're teaching.

Speaker 1:

Um, yeah, yeah dude, and I love that they're big baller troy in that office. I mean, he sat through a big, big portion of our training and and I I appreciated his input and I mean, this is a cat that's doing 100 plus transactions every year and and it quite frankly, comes down because he has systems that are similar to ours, and I mean even a guy like that, I guarantee you dude, I guarantee you he, he got some stuff from our, our, our training that he's going to implement into his and make his business even that much better.

Speaker 2:

Bro, oh yeah oh yeah, it's gonna be fun to see how that crew, that that new training class that we've got, how they're going to take off and the legs are going to have, especially especially when they have producing brokers at the helm who are, yeah, I mean that environment. Remember, when we met with them, you know, they talked about the national average and how their, their per agent production is double the national average. That's, that is a that's that's a significant stat. That points back to, in my opinion, the leadership, because they're they're actively, they're actively doing the same thing and in the market, we're all participating in this. It's neat, you know, and to have them and then have them open up full arm, arms, and give us their space and say and give us their new, their people, and it's just, and then want us to come back over and over and over.

Yeah, yeah, it's going to be fun.

Speaker 1:

It is going to be fun. You know it's. The bottom line here is Aaron is is every training we do I get super stoked, as you know, and I'm a pretty passionate guy and you know I know and.

I love helping people become successful. It truly is. Call it a power trip, whatever you want, bro, but there's something to be said about taking somebody that that that is brand new in the industry and helping them become an actual force in the industry, or taking somebody that's already a force in the industry and making them become a freaking baller force.
