Hey, hey, hey people, it's Friday and this is Beards on the Street. I'm PDW. That fat cat right over there is Mr AA Wrong, aa, wrong. Welcome to the show. What's going on?
Speaker 2:It's not doing it.
Speaker 1:It's not connecting, uh-uh, why not? I don't know. These are things I need to know. I need to know.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I wish I knew it's not pushing it through to the.
Speaker 1:It's not you hit, go live.
Speaker 2:It hasn't sent over the acknowledgement that it's connected.
Speaker 1:Well, I guess we'll just keep on rolling's. Only on mine, you'll have to take it and post it over all righty. So, uh, another week, another, uh, fantastic week. Well, I know we've both been super busy, yes, uh, not only with the vip 50, but uh, but going after business With our awesome clients with our awesome 50s. Yep, with our awesome 50s man. Our 50s are serving us bro.
Speaker 2:You know what? It's amazing. What I'm most excited about, dean, is our dude Gabe.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:That kid has been living it, busting it, pushing it for a year.
Speaker 1:Yep.
Speaker 2:And he has hit, I mean, an avalanche of opportunity. So it's so cool.
Speaker 1:He's definitely hit his stride, so to say. Put your face closer to your mic. There you go.
Speaker 2:Yeah, when he, when, when these turn into actual closings, I mean he's, I think he's got five or six, you know now opportunities that he's. You know he's helping a couple people list he's been referred by like qualified buyers and I mean dude, when he's put in the work, dude, dude, when this hits. He's never even seen this kind of money in his entire life Like it's the opportunity.
Speaker 1:So once he kind of catches, hold and then oh, it's going to light a fire under his ass like no other, and when his crowd sees him in action, doing the business, it's going to be just. And dude, he's going to be an amazing agent.
Speaker 2:Yeah, he is, he really is, it's exciting.
Speaker 1:I know, I talk about it all the time, like in our trainings and when we're chatting with other brokers about the change that has come from him. It's so funny because, like I said, when he first got here, dude, he was a typical freaking right out of high school jock. You know shorts, a tank top, you know flexing all the time. Yo, dude, what's up, man. And now the kid's running his own masterminds and and and has like legitimate freaking VIP professional people out there referring him to their clients.
Speaker 2:Yeah, he's, he's earning it, he's, he's taking a space, taking a spot. Yeah, I love it. Yeah, it's good.
Speaker 1:Way to go Gabester, way to go buddy boy Nice job dude, yep, and you're going to do so.
Speaker 2:Good for him too. Yeah, it'll be awesome.
Speaker 1:Well, tell me VIP 50 doesn't work. All right, absolutely, that'd be awesome. Well, tell me VIP 50 doesn't work. All right, absolutely. That's all I can say. I mean, you know we talk about our coaching group that we're doing right now. I know that our last one, and we've got another coaching call today with them, but I know that on Tuesday there was at least five or six deals, and I mean some that are like in the works, yeah, Happening, yep, and I mean some that are like in the works, happening Freaking, love it.
Speaker 2:So just over a month into the program and they've already got actual fruit Like legitimate Well. And then beyond that, some of the other courses of action that we teach them about their own personal events each month, yep, their own little communities they're building. I mean there's we're creating mayors. Due to the change in their actual worlds and how they're functioning in business. There's already been an impact. Now it's just helping them maintain and move through it.
Speaker 1:Yep, exactly, and keeping them forward. Momentum, which is the value of our 12-week program Exactly.
Speaker 2:We have a 12-week boot camp, essentially, where, when we're doing our trainings, we provide them Everything, literally, I mean everything, all the way down to every single tool we use. They don't have to use us, right, but the 12-week program it's just like anything If you're going to be serious about something, you commit to it and you take it on. And so 12 weeks, we're literally just over a month, I guess six weeks into our relationship.
Speaker 1:We're halfway.
Speaker 2:We're halfway. This week is halfway and their businesses are already different than they were and they're already having fruit.
Speaker 1:And let's talk about this too, aaron. It's not just their businesses, it's them. They are different people. They are getting it that you have to have systems in place. They're actually treating it now like it's a business.
Speaker 2:Yeah, when I was referring to business. Actually, it's more, it's a life and a life. So you get up, we teach them when to get up.
Speaker 1:It's actually paying freaking attention.
Speaker 2:It's giving them a sense of direction on every part of their functioning and all their day-to-day life, how they're showing up in their homes, in their relationships, creating groups around them. It is changing their lives. It is, and none of it's for the negative, no, it's kind of fun to watch it develop.
Speaker 1:No, it's hard, it's not easy. No, like it's freaking hard, yeah, and we told them that straight out of the gate, and you know I mean. The fact of the matter is is is the numbers aren't going to lie. You know that there was 15 other people that that took our training and sat for two days, and I could pretty much guarantee you 15 of those people that didn't take on our coaching haven't done a single freaking thing since we did the training.
Speaker 1:How much you want to bet? I don't doubt it. Yeah, we actually need to talk about that in our trainings. It's like why.
Speaker 2:I think that's kind of the overarching message that. I think we figured that out in our last training, but it was it was. So when are you ready to take on your life?
Speaker 1:Exactly? When are you ready to say enough's enough? When are you ready to stop trying to bullshit yourself? When are you ready to to actually take freaking action, man, to move forward to, to do what it takes to put in the work to make yourself different than all the other schmucks out there, man? That's what it's about, seriously.
Speaker 1:You know, aaron and I signed up for a program with some. It's called Creator U and these guys have sold hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars worth of content all online. They started in in, basically, baseball coaching, uh, came out with a course and and now they help other people build their system out. That's cool, yeah, I mean, I mean these dudes, I I know for a fact that they've done at least three or four hundred million in sales. Anyways, we we hired them to to coach us and to assist us in in putting our online system together and, uh, it's really interesting because what they're having us do right now is we're writing an ebook, um, that's that's kind of based around our system and and the ebook is basically a 15 minute or less than 15 minute read that is very 30 minutes for some of us.
Speaker 1:Right, that's very specific about the way that you present the information, that you're presenting it to kill false beliefs, to actually let them know that that you know what the hell you're talking about, and then give them a step-by-step process. Just one tiny little thing, dude, just one thing that can, that can really serve them and help them take the take a step. And so it's. It's going to be really interesting to see how this goes with this ebook that we're writing. Well, it's going to be really interesting to see how this goes with this e-book that we're writing and it's something that we'll throw out there for pennies, like maybe $10. Yeah, you know, and it's again. It's giving away secrets that we've paid thousands of dollars to figure out. Bang your head against the wall.
Speaker 1:Well, it's not even that, it's all our trainings and it's all of coachings and all of our. I mean, dude, we've paid top dollar for this knowledge that we're giving to them for $10. Right, at first I didn't get it.
Speaker 1:But that's why it's valuable. At first I was pushing away from it, but that's what the value is there. It's called a lead magnet. We're basically we're going to throw this out there and it's very specific to agents and you know, with the hopes that they'll spend their $10 to get our knowledge that cost us thousands, and put it to use, and it's just. It's basically building rapport and it's building confidence and it's building trust and it's building truth and all of that stuff, so that we can help them get to the next step, which, of course, is our training, and then the next step after that, which is our coaching, to actually have a coach that gives a shit. It's not all about the money that gives a shit. It's not all about the money. It's about actually making them better people and giving them the necessary tools and pushing them through the hard spots so that they actually get to that next level After the end of 12 weeks.
Speaker 2:it's a viable functioning. It's a true blue way that you can go get business.
Speaker 1:Dude, we are changing like literally and I know I say this a lot, but I'm saying it now with absolute conviction. Do you know what I mean? We're changing people's freaking lives Like major changes. You know when we can take somebody that's either a brand new agent or an agent that's been in the business for years and we can actually, after 12 short weeks, have them up and actually producing and getting business. And it's just the first step to setting your business up the right way and getting the proper attitude to just move forward with force. It's pretty fulfilling.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it really is. Last night we had a mixer and we had, I mean, a great turnout.
Speaker 1:Gabe had, gabe had half the room, nice he must have took it to heart when I was giving him shit.
Speaker 2:I actually had several of my siblings call me and they're going, hey, so I'm gonna try to be there.
Speaker 1:My my, your boy, said, sent me an invite like good, awesome, mm-hmm yeah, I had to miss last night and I'm sorry guys, if you, if you're watching this and I and you came the mixer. I'm super sorry I wasn't there, but it was important. I have a client that I'm serving right now that we're on a timeline because we went under contract on their house actually last night and we are not under contract on their new house, so there's massive urgency.
Speaker 2:These are parents of some really close people to you, correct, and you know anybody VIP 50. What, well, the thing is, though, is you know, at an age, just the prospect of moving when they've had a whole life somewhere? Right, I mean it is, oh, it's massive.
Speaker 1:I mean they've lived a whole life somewhere, right, I mean it is. Oh, it's massive. Oh, it's it's. I mean they've lived in this house for 30 years. This is the house that my friend grew up in.
Speaker 2:Bro. So when someone takes on that an idea of a move like that yeah, you got to be there last night they need to know where they're going Exactly. So you go under contract and we have a mixer and you know that's what we're here. I'm here for our, our team's here, exactly Is your people came in and they were, I was, and they were fine. Yeah, they were great I mean I miss seeing them. And you were. You were exactly where you needed to be, because that couple, that those and they were they are.
Speaker 2:Yeah, they need to know where they're going. I mean, they don't need that extra layer of stress and, quite frankly, elderly can't handle it. No, and shouldn't.
Speaker 1:So that's what you're doing, no, Well, the fact is, I got them, man, you really do, and that's what it is. And that's every one of my clients, whether you're family or not, family or friend or not. Friend, it makes zero difference to me. And you've seen it over and over and over right when, when, when I take on a client, they are they, I've got them, I am, I am the freaking bulldog, I will, I am the dude that's got their back. Nothing gets through me to them, right?
Speaker 2:And it shows in this, in this instance, as as many others really.
Speaker 1:Yep, so yeah. So I mean I've got, I've got that going on. I was able to to communicate better with with some other clients. It's it's multiple clients in one deal, which is always a hard, hard thing to take on as an agent, especially when you got, you know, four or five different attitudes and opinions, anyways. But we're back on track there and we've now got the pricing where I think it needs to be in order to start seeing some traction there. Hopefully that was the move.
Speaker 2:So, yep, should be. I mean very well, should be. You're moving through the process, you're advising, and you've got their back in that regard as well. Yeah, really good people all of them.
Speaker 1:I'm, I'm, you know, I'm enjoying working with all of them and and getting it figured out, because I mean it's, it's again, it's just a whole other thing that's just stressful as can be, you know, it's. It's about a trust where, where the parent has passed away and and I mean there's a lot of emotions there, you know what I mean, cause this is mom's house, all right, so it's hard. So, uh, that's about our, uh, about it for what we got going on with that. We've got, uh, wow, aaron, we've, we've.
Speaker 2:I built a fire under your ass, dude, over the next six weeks. We're burning, dude, we are burning. We're getting the message out. Yes, we are, it's going to be fun and, quite frankly, the exciting part is all the lives we're going to change, teaching the system.
Speaker 1:I'm so freaking, fired up dude. It's going to be so cool and so good. So what we got going on, guys, is we have set up now we have trainings most of the way through June. I think maybe we might have one more slot in June, but we've also got multiple out there that we're working with, just trying to figure out a date that works for their brokerage. But yeah, I mean, starting on the 21st and 22nd of this month, we've got a training in Sugarhouse at US Title, and so if you're an agent or if you're in the real estate industry period, mortgage broker title doesn't matter. Speaker 1:so you can either hit up aaron and I on our, on our uh social medias. Uh, you can also go to our our social media, which is the vip-50.
Speaker 2:I mean it's, it's simple if, if you're entitled, if you're a mortgage person, all of this is applicable. I mean, if you're if're an insurance agent, if you're a CPA, if you're a landscaper, if you're a freaking car salesman Guys, if you're in the service people business, this system will absolutely serve you and it is applicable to every industry that we're referencing here. It's the 21st and 22nd. Reach out to us and come participate, come be there with us. It's four hours a day.

Speaker 2:All the tools With a new spark. All the tools with a new spark. Yeah, uh, and a clarity how to go do this business.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so so the the next one is going to be on the 28th and 29th and that one is at u mortgage in bountiful, which is right off of fourth north and fifth west. Like you literally come right off the freeway, you go to the the light Next to the donut shop right.
Speaker 2:No, there's not a donut shop?
Speaker 1:I don't think so.
Speaker 2:For some reason I don't remember. No, there's a gas station right there.
Speaker 1:Scratch that Right. Fort North and Fifth West, there's a gas station on every freaking corner. If you turn and go north on Fifth West and go like 20 feet Next door to the gas station and turn into the parking lot, you can't miss it. It's on. It's on the northwest side of that corner, right next to the gas station. And again same hours, 10 to 2. That's on the 28th and the 29th of May, then we're out in Tooele on the 4th and 5th and then we are. So if you're out in Tooele, reach out to us, because we can absolutely have you come and join. We're actually teaching a brokerage there, but they've given us permission to bring in a few extra people just agents.
Speaker 2:You missed one, the second and third. Oh, I missed the second and third. We're at Stratus, over off Van Winkle. Let me back up Yep.
Speaker 1:So on the second and third I forgot, we doubled up for that week. So on the second and third of June we will be at Remax, Stratus, which is right off of Vine, and basically 50th. No, what's it? The high Van Winkle, van Winkle Expressway, the big building that's on the north corner or north?
Speaker 2:side of Northwest corner.
Speaker 1:Northwest corner of Vine and Van Winkle. We will be there also on the 2nd and 3rd, and again 10 to 2. Training there and then out to Tootwilla on the 4th and 5th and Sunkey Realty, sunkey Realty and guys, we have a sign-up for all of these. So, like I said, just reach out to us and we're going to be posting it all over social media. Just hit the link for Eventbrite and just sign up Again, it's free.
Speaker 2:Guys, what this is. We're in all these different areas and these are brokers who have invited us into their shops because they see this as an opportunity to revitalize, make their business better. Right, there's a whole segment of our industry that doesn't have an answer to what this market's doing. Yeah, and you know the answer isn't spend your last $2 on leads. And the answer isn't.
Speaker 1:You know the answer isn't knock more doors. The answer isn't make more phone calls. The answer isn't go knock on Fizbo's. The answer isn't to bug Fizbo's, the answer isn't all of that.
Speaker 2:No, there's you guys. Guys, you have an absolute goldmine in your relationships and there's we have a system how to go after it and actually serve your people. So, guys, any one of these, One more. There's one more, yeah.
Speaker 1:So on the 9th and 10th we're going to be up north in Ogden at Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors. So that's the board up there. For the north Guys. This is a killer opportunity. If you're in Davis or Weber County or even Box Elder County, come to this training. It's going to be off the hook and it's at the board.
Speaker 2:Yep that tells you how powerful this training is. Yeah, you know, I just come out and take a look, come and enjoy it with us. Yep, this I mean. You will not. You will not be sorry, you did you know what I mean.
Speaker 1:I know that we kind of focus on the real estate industry because that's kind of our niche and that's our avatar, so to say. But yeah, I'm telling any of you out there that I mean, aaron, kind of hit on it. If you are in a service-based business and you work off of a referral system, where you're, you are actually looking for business from past clients or or people that you know, I mean you could be a freaking plumber, for that matter and the bottom line is is this, this, this training that we give you? I promise you, we'll give you the framework and the step-by-step process that you need to know to actually have a systemized business model that you can tap into any of your businesses, and I guarantee you it will serve you, it will help you get more business, more often and long-term. So come on out and join us for these trainings and and you know, see what, see what we're yakking about all the time Cause obviously we're pretty fired up about it and we're giving it away for free, dean can I share why?
Speaker 2:Yeah, you know we're. We're doing the business and we're having success with it. We're watching my son just turn 20 last week having success. From this we're having our own success. Well, yes, what's fun is watching our coaching clients have success.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it is. It's actually going out and actually taking just somebody you've never met before. There's no connection up until that point, Right, but then we do have a major connection. I mean dude, all of these people, I mean I feel personally like….
Speaker 2:They're close. Well, just like you know, just like, janea was was pitching out there.
Speaker 1:She was really, really frustrated. She's doing some tc work and she's really frustrated because she's having to go out and she's doing it the absolute hardest way possible and she just reached out for a little bit of guidance and in in two or three posts I guarantee it's going to change her life, dude a.
Speaker 2:TC could do that, could do our system. Oh yeah, holy cow Yep.
Speaker 1:I mean, dude, it's on and on and on and on it, really, when we say, if you are in any kind of a service-based business where you count on having referrals, or if you're spending a shit ton of money buying, buying your leads to try to get business, if that's your business model, come and let us serve you, because you're doing it the freaking hard way. I can tell you right now you are absolutely doing it the hard way and our fit, our ways. Fun. I mean not the fun way, dude.
Speaker 1:Not the fun way, dude, this is the fun way, I mean the fact of the matter is we have a mixer every single month and it is so much fun and it's so magical, and every single time we have one really, really fun and cool and amazing things happen and we're working.
Speaker 2:Hey, last night Wes, he's on our VIP, referred by a VIP now part of our VIP, part of our service Rolodex Dude. He walked in, he already got one piece of business from me and he picked up two new clients Like dude.
Speaker 1:Yeah, dude, it's so let me tell you guys here's a little spiff for Wes If you have any concrete work that you need done, where you've got sagging concrete, like in your driveway, where maybe it's settled and there's major gaps. He just started a brand new business where he can come out and he has specialized equipment that he paid a lot of money for where he can actually jack up that concrete and and re-support it and it's amazing.
Speaker 2:So if you have any any concrete that you need that you need some, some serious help with if he's your guy, you know what, if you're and he's a contractor, and if you're seeing sagging, if you're seeing there's, it's trip, hazards it, it. It's a new space for more water to penetrate. It'll be where all your flat work, all your concrete will fail and actually it'll be a big giant expense later and a potential hazard.
Speaker 1:Well, we've seen, even in a home where the garage settled because they didn't tamp it down, they didn't impact the earth well enough and the entire garage settles lower than what the foundation is or where it should be Something like that. This dude, instead of busting it all out and having to go to all that expense, he comes up. He has this specialized equipment where he basically pumps it up.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you do it. You drill a hole and you create an access point. You pump in concrete or the foam. Or the foam or whatever it is Whatever the product is, and it basically hydraulically pushes it back into place. It fills up the void in the space and re-levels your concrete and voila, Voila.
Speaker 1:Voila, all righty. So what else we got? Aa, ron I don't know man.
Speaker 2:The summer is coming. 80 degrees yesterday, bro. I'll tell you something I've been working on.
Speaker 2:I haven't even went and looked at my boat. You're not even aware of this yet, but in June we're working on I've been working on a summer party. It's going to be over. It's called the Crestwood Park. We're going to have a pavilion, we're going to have a pool, and so it's going to be hamburgers, hot dogs, cornhole pool, like a really cool summer party coming up. So I actually forgot to tell you yesterday, excited to share that for our team and for us and just for everybody.
Speaker 2:The more the merrier, but it's for our 50s. Yeah, I got a lot of people in my 50s Guys in June. We'll keep just dates coming, but this is going to be a lot of fun.
Speaker 1:Yeah and hey, quite frankly, in either my realm of people or in Aaron's realm of people, if you're somebody and we haven't approached you about our VIP 50, you know, shame on us, but we've got a lot of shit on our plate right now. But reach out to us and all you have to do is send us a DM and just say Dude, vip 50. And I promise you we'll include you because you want to be a part of this. It's fun. We do a lot of really fun cool. We serve our people. We give you our business Rolodex where you have access all the time. It's basically like an Angie's List, but it's our people. It's not somebody that you don't know, it's our people.
Speaker 2:Yep, our 50s that are in the service industries that we're giving you access to.
Speaker 1:Just like.
Speaker 2:Wes. These are people that we're close to, that we know like and trust Right that we're telling you that, if you need this done, and most of them will give you a discount because they're coming from us.
Speaker 1:They'll take care of you.
Speaker 2:They'll take care of you. That's what it's all about, right? So well, coolio dude, what else we got for um before we kick off in july? Uh, I don't know the the date. Uh, we'll keep this posted as well. But uh, I talked to mark last night. I said did dean ever asked you if I could borrow one of your bikes? And he just you could see the look on his face oh yeah, he uh.
Speaker 2:I'm like I'm like clearly he hasn't and I go. I've heard it's like lending out your wife, but yeah, he goes. He just he kind of puts his hand on me and he goes. Can you keep it upright?
Speaker 2:Mark is one of the nicest most giving people on this planet, but so I was just letting him know about the July Thanksgiving Heroes, right, yeah, that we're going to go participate in. Yeah, so we'll talk more about that. If anybody in our crowd has motorcycles, brandon wants to come and I have several friends I've already been talking about, but I'm going to borrow a bike. Good, yeah, you're not borrowing my wife, you're going to be on yours?
Speaker 1:Exactly Right. My bike's in sad shape. I need to pull it out and wash that sucker. It's got my covers buried in storage so I wasn't able to cover my bike over the winter and it's covered in dust. It's sad. It's still pretty it is. I'll pull it out this weekend when now it's warmed up.
Speaker 2:Brandon, I got to go get my boat out to Brandon. Came out yesterday to the mixer and he wrote his bike down. Nice I was just looking out the window like oh.
Speaker 1:I almost I've got a that reminds me I need to make a phone call as soon as we're done. I need some new rubber on my bike, yeah.
Speaker 2:It's looking scary. It was pretty low last year. Yeah yeah, it's worn, it's not safe.
