Back In New Downtown Studio

SPEAKER_02

Says video sword.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, hey, hey, hey, people. Guess who's back? We back, we back, baby. We're back. We're back in the studio with all kinds of cool shit and and new duds and new walls and new signs. And yeah.

SPEAKER_02

New digs, man. New digs, baby.

SPEAKER_00

It's a big big nice room, dude. It's a big room. We need more or less echoey stuff. I can hear echoee. Think that's yeah, we need to. We tried adding as much. They make some other ones that we can get that are actually more dense, so it sucks the more like more like the the uh uh eggshell ones, maybe. Yep, yep, exactly. So guys, we've been gone for a minute, haven't we?

SPEAKER_02

We haven't been gone. We just haven't been uh we just haven't had a place.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we haven't had a place. Yeah, we've been homeless, bunch of homeless dudes. But I'm happy and glad that we're back. We've got our uh our new space down in downtown Salt Lake City on Regent. And it's badass. Dude, it's so cool.

SPEAKER_02

It is so fun.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's we did so good.

SPEAKER_02

You know what? I'm I'm running along, I'm running along behind you. You found this bad boy, dude, and you told me about it. I'm like, let's see. You know, we get we get we we get here, and I was like, what is going on? Whoa, yeah. And then watching it come together, dude. Our our training room, our I mean, just our coffee, our coffee lounge up front. I mean Yeah, guys, it's legit. But guys, it's we got 9,000 square feet of the stuff. And then Dean has this ridiculous office. Ridiculous.

SPEAKER_00

We want to take them on a tour.

SPEAKER_02

We walked in and he we walked in and he's like, and this is me.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, there was no question. I was like, this is my office. And I'm like, hello, hello, hello. Yeah, well, you know it's badass, dude. It is badass, but I love your office and and you got better views than I got.

SPEAKER_02

Bro, bro, my I'm I'm I ain't mad.

SPEAKER_00

I mean it's and actually your office for the first time I've ever known you actually looks like an office and not some shit hole. You know with shit piled everywhere.

SPEAKER_02

You know what? I think it's you got your boxes out of there yet? No, but it's no I'll tell you what, it's it's because you know what, dude? It's because uh just it feels it feels like it's it's time to land. Right. You know, right, it really does. Well, I landed at that at the last brokerage. You sure did. But now I've really landed. Yeah, uh man. Like I've moved in. You know what? I did too. I got a I got a futon in my office now, just in case I got a crash.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_02

Well, dude, it's what it's within walking distance of all the fun downtown places. I mean, literally, parking, uh, I mean, it's I don't know, it's perfect. Our our training room, it holds right around 20 people comfortably, which is kind of it's kind of a perfect size. Um, all the exposed brick, all the I mean, all the different pieces of it. We have we have we have a parking lot that we can park probably 50 cars probably for free. Yeah, I mean we have we have the best parking in Salt Lake, dude.

SPEAKER_00

And we don't have to pay for it. No, we're paying for it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. But comes with what we're paying for. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's our lot. It's man, it's just it's so cool. My wife asked me last night, she's like, You sure have been getting home late every night. And I'm like, Well, I'm working and I I love our space, I love being there.

SPEAKER_02

Well, you know, it's hard to so I've I've started to feel a little bit of this, and I think this is what you were dealing with when you were when we were in Midville, is there's a little bit of a plan when you're gonna go around traffic. Right. So if you're considering that, I could see why you would go when you did be previously, and not like you stopped working, but previously you got because I was trying to be. I think you got ahead of traffic, right? And then so I'm now I'm dealing with that, but I actually like it because Well, it's making you stay here longer. I love dude, I'm actually really enjoying it. I mean, the the it's it's part of because I landed in the office, it's comfortable. Um, but there is so much to do. Right. Our our bit, I mean, let's face it, to dean, our business is going well. It is, and it's different than it was.

SPEAKER_00

It's our people are going well. We've man, guys, we have so much to talk about today. Just to catch everybody up. Yeah. So did we do an episode after we switched?

SPEAKER_02

I can't remember. I think we did, we did one. Did we do one where we it was down at Black Rifle? No, we didn't do it there.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know. Anyways, guys, let's

Why We Joined Real Broker

SPEAKER_00

catch you up. And if we're if you already know this stuff, then then so be it. But quite frankly, we we switched brokerages. We're we're now with real brokers, LLC here in uh Salt Lake City. And there's very many specific reasons why we switched and came over to real. Uh, one of those being that they have uh um stock options and and multiple other ways that we can actually earn and buy stock that uh for real, that uh quite frankly, Aaron, it it to me it's retirement. I actually I actually for the first time in my entire adult freaking life feel like I have a retirement plan.

SPEAKER_02

And excited how you're building it, huh?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then on top of that, we uh we switched over because it gives us the ability to basically recruit other agents not only to our team, but over to Rill. And they have a Rev share system where normal agents, guys like me and you, Aaron, can can actually make money from recruiting, from bringing other agents over. And trust me, real's program is is badass enough that that I mean against any other other other program out there, hands down.

SPEAKER_02

Dude, it's uh the just at a high level, it's 12 and it's $12,000 cap.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. That's like five or six transactions, bro.

SPEAKER_02

Which is which is danger unheard of, but but being a big company that it is and being a virtual brokerage, the technologies, the tools, the systems, it all supports our business system that we've created. Yep. And and you know, as you're as you're out pushing an idea and as you're out building a culture and an environment, uh it gives up it gives a place that actually supports being able to s facilitate that nationwide. Yeah. And uh, which is fun. We've we've been off into Idaho and we've been off to Idaho Kansas and Arizona, Nevada, and Arizona, and Colorado.

SPEAKER_00

Um guys, it's just we we have so much going

Rev Share And Recruiting Nationwide

SPEAKER_00

on. If you're a real estate agent, I'm just telling you right now, every Friday from one to three, we're having what we call the uh Friday Collective. Um, it's just basically a hangout here at the office. We got a pool table up on the the top floor. Uh we've got we've got three floors of of space. Uh this middle floor here where the studio is is is pretty much vacant right now. We've only got a few people here. And guys, we're looking for agents. If you want a badass place to come and hang out every single day, if you want a system and a team and community and way more ways to make money than just freaking transacting.

SPEAKER_02

I think, dude, I think I think what the big value of our what we're doing is it's a common, it's a common interest, it's a common way of doing business.

SPEAKER_00

And we're we're we're Jeff Lake said, What's up with my dudes? We're what up, my bro. We're finally back in the saddle and doing our show. Uh uh Jeff Lake is is with UMortgage up in Idaho.

SPEAKER_02

He's one of our Idaho partners.

SPEAKER_00

He's one of our Idaho partners and a total freaking badass stud. Absolutely. Jim McNamini, his his wife, man.

SPEAKER_02

He's got a great little thing he he puts on every Friday called Getting Jeff'ed Up.

SPEAKER_00

Getting Jeff'ed Up. Go check it out. Jeff, we'll have you on our program maybe next week, brother, on Friday, if that'll work. We always do them Friday at 10.

SPEAKER_02

He sits and he sits and basically shares mortgage insight, teaches small average average people some of the some of the ins and outs of mortgages that you know you really don't know. So he's he's a wealth of knowledge.

SPEAKER_00

And we now have an absolute killer organization, uh, not only on our team, but it but in our system, the VIP 50, living living the VIP 50 life and and thriving. Man, yeah, it's it really is cool to see what we're creating and what what it's what it's doing for people.

Building Business Through Real Relationships

SPEAKER_02

You know, there's a there's a thousand ways to do business and find business, and being able to actually revert all your attention back and actually focus on the relationships that matter most and be able to earn a living. Yeah. And not have to look outside. I dude, I was raised in I was raised in business in real estate, and I was thinking of this mantra. I mean, literally, this is the this is what was pounding into my head. I paid for I had coaching for five or six years, paid better than a thousand dollars a month. Okay. The mantra or the way that they and I know they weren't they they they were never saying don't look at your SOI, but what they said was, think about this, dude. You there's there there's so much how many more people do you not know versus you do know? Like, so you're gonna call the few people you know, or do you want to call all the people you don't know? Which one's the better solution? So literally, I spent my entire career calling everyone I didn't know looking for business and neglecting all the relationships a better moment.

SPEAKER_00

You were afraid to call your people admit it.

SPEAKER_02

Well, no, it dude, it's it it feels if the way it the way it felt the way they were teaching you is it was it was groveling. It was groveling. It was basically, hey, I'm not it I'm not doing enough business, so I need to ask you for business. It's kind of how it was treated. Right. And reality is is spend all the time with those people you love, and when and if they ever hear of anything happening, they'll you'll get an opportunity.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. By the way, Jeff said he appreciates both of us, man. We appreciate you, brother. Yeah. Freaking send them, send them lots of our love up your way, bro. We'll we'll see you in a couple weeks. All right, so uh, anyways, guys, uh yeah, if you're if you're in the real estate industry, come and join us on Fridays. If you're not, come

The Rad Witch Networking Moment

SPEAKER_00

and join us. Dude, I went into okay, so I pull up to my coffee shop this morning, right? I go to the same coffee shop every day, and the the line with the cars to go through the drive-thru, because I always just go through the drive-thru, was clear backed out to the road. So I went in and parked and walked in, and none of the girls and people people in there ever see, they only see this much of me. And the one gal's like, oh, it's nice to see the rest of you. And and as soon as I ordered my drink, they know exactly who I am. Yeah. And uh, anyways, uh, I ordered my drink, and I just went and stood over where you wait for your drink, and there's a gal that was just sitting there, total eye contact, just looked right at me. And so I looked to her, I'm like, good morning, how are you? Just did the paridine and just started bullshitting with her. And anyways, I invited her to come out today to to the the collective, the Friday collective. But check out how cool this chick is, dude. Her name is is Micah, Micah Nowsey, and she calls herself the Rad Witch. Oh, cool. Tell me that's not cool. Yeah. And here's what's even cooler. Guess what she does? What? You know the you know the mobile business offices like big heavy construction use, the big trailer thing. Yeah, trailer office. She has a business where she works for the companies that rent out those mobile offices, and she basically, when they come back in after being on a job, she refurbishes it, paints it, gets it back up to par where it can be rented back out, and she's and she's busier than can be. That's mine. Wow. I got it on Do Not Disturb, but wow, that was a loud.

SPEAKER_02

That's right. Yeah, there's cool. Yeah, I I saw one where And I won't be shocked if she shows up today. She's smart, she she's networking, she will. Yeah. Yeah.

Friday Collective And Team Momentum

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So I mean, it's guys, it's stuff like that. You know, uh last week we had our first uh Friday collective and met a really, really cool couple, one of the the gals on our team, Annette. Uh she was supposed to be on here today, but her and her husband are taking a little break, so good for her. Um anyway, she invited some of her VIP 50, James and Carla, and I got to sit up in my office last week for, I don't know, 20 minutes, a half an hour, and just sit and talk to them. And they they have a coaching business uh that that that I'm really interested in hearing more about. Uh they came to our training this week. Just, I mean, dude, it's just stuff like that.

SPEAKER_02

Dude, they their contributions, every time she they every time they opened their mouth, it it it totally contributed to the point and deepened and and further clarified where we were talking, what we were up to. They're they were as sharp as can be.

SPEAKER_00

And you know what else I absolutely freaking loved was was Kate and and uh Jera and just seeing their minds, yeah, because they've been on our team for a while, but that was their first training, and to just see their minds opening and going, holy cow, yeah, watching the training. Right. And like the message from Jera, and just I mean I say it in the training and and and I I truly a hundred percent freaking mean it. Dude, my my big my big reward from doing what we're doing is is seeing the light come back on in people's eyes, seeing seeing people that you can just tell that they're just going, holy cow.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, dude, this is really uh again because depending on the office they're in, there's a whole other focused direction, and it's the only way to do business. Yeah. So there's again, it this is a way that you can actually spend the time with the relationships that matter and actually earn a living, and you don't have to neglect people.

SPEAKER_00

That's the best part, Aaron. Like today, our Friday collectives, we're actually working, right? But we're not.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

We've got a beer in our hand, we've got a pool table that we're playing pool on, we've we're meeting people and having a good time. Laughing, having fun, yeah. And and the whole entire time, technically, we're working.

SPEAKER_02

Dean, I one thing I when we started our program, how how we've been out, it's been, I mean, literally boots on the street, gorilla marketing. Yeah. Face to face, invite you to our what we're doing, you know, just just dragging people in. Right. Right? Uh, but there's no more drag.

SPEAKER_00

You got to come down and be a partner, don't.

SPEAKER_02

That's what I wanted to say is is guys, you walk in the biggest thing. Remember when we're rolling into brokerages, inviting them, and we're like, we're the ones that open a brokerage. We're the ones that we're the ones that we're walking around the hallways and we're like our office, we're not a brokerage.

SPEAKER_00

Our office is more badass than pretty much anyone I've seen. Well, the the thing is Joey's got a badass. Oh, Joey, dude.

SPEAKER_02

This is cool.

SPEAKER_00

Joey Joey is, dude. I do. Joey, if you're watching, but buddy, I was too tired, man. I wanted to come up and smoke a cigar and have a whiskey, but my my tongue was dragging after the training.

SPEAKER_02

You know, beyond beyond really that one, and then the brokerage we left from, beyond those two, I haven't seen a brokerage that is hopping.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_02

Like we are. Dude, the scenery people in office, we're living what we're doing. We're speaking. Okay, yes, for sure. Yeah. And Kevin. Exit? Kevin, yes. Yes. I mean, holy crap. His shop is rolling. Yes, exit exit. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Kevin, if you're watching this buddy, you're you are a stud and you've got it dialed in, bro.

SPEAKER_02

And NRE. Okay, we've there's been a handful of really freaking cool, but but some of the big, big shops are ghost towns. Yeah. I mean, I'll be specific.

SPEAKER_00

I it doesn't bother me. Coldwell Banker, ghost town. It was a ghost town.

SPEAKER_02

Era ghost town.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, ERA was a major ghost town.

SPEAKER_02

Major ghost town. Well, dude, I I that's I guess what the message I'm hoping to send is come see what we're doing. Come enjoy just a few minutes with us to see what we're up to. Just come and you guys, we're not full of shit. We're here every single day doing our business, doing what we're talking about. We're living it, which is why there's a movement happening and people are noticing. Yep. People are noticing. They are. People are noticing. And which is which, guys, it's fun. It's and we're not, that's this isn't a no, this is a this is pat ourselves on the back. This is we're legit. We're calling you out. Come out, come check it out. And it's productive. Very like Annette, bro. Dude. Well, everyone on our team has business. Everybody. Everyone. Yeah. And it's all something. And it's all SOI. Hundred percent. Hundred percent SOI.

SPEAKER_00

Many, many in the works. Yeah. Like legitimately, I think, I think Annette's picked up eight to ten transactions, dude, or the possibility of transactions over the last two weeks that I've heard of. Yeah. Holy cow. Like every time. Bro, I picked up three.

SPEAKER_02

I know. I've and I've done four in the last in the last two weeks as well. Yeah. It's it's I got a listing point for it. It's freaking incredible. It's funny.

SPEAKER_00

I got a guy, my my buddy Corey, that I bought the creeper from, uh, hooked me up with a guy that's coming up here to open up a uh uh uh equipment rental company. Cool. And and then he's going to Colorado.

SPEAKER_02

So you got you got residence and probably commercial space opportunity there.

SPEAKER_00

And then I have another one from my buddy that that owns California Audio where he's got uh uh uh a home down in St. George that that I'm working on. It's just Wow, so cool, dude.

SPEAKER_02

Well, it dude and and it's all you and all we're doing is giving attention and spending time with the relationships that matter.

SPEAKER_00

And it's so freaking awesome. It's so fun.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah. And and fulfilling. So I was sharing this with uh with one of the gals that was in the class this week, Missy. Um it what's fun about it is you know, initially you you're building it and and there's a little bit of a uh-huh, sure. Yeah, you know, with you know, your initial response from your your people is like, because you're because we call and we make it very clear, we're we're back, we're we're we're gonna spend the time and talk and basically interact and be part of your life again. Yeah. The way we should have been. Yeah. Sorry I was gone. And the and of course their initial response is like, yeah, that's awesome, and we'll see. Right. And then you start following through, and then when it really takes hold, and then they they're calling you. They're calling and they're calling you and they're inviting you to do things, and it's and it's because everybody's hungry for this. Yeah. Everybody's been waiting for us to check back into our friendships and our relationships.

SPEAKER_00

Well, everybody, everybody, and I say this in the training, everybody is absolutely, I don't care who you are, if you're listening to this, you know what? Throw me some thumbs up or some hearts if you agree with me on this, but everybody out there is starving for freaking connection, for human connection.

SPEAKER_02

My buddy Ty's heckling me. He's you're killing it, and then he's like, You look marvelous. Good to see you, Ty. You look so marvelous. Casey's on here. Nice. Casey wants more attention.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Give me more attention. Is that is that Brandon's Casey?

SPEAKER_02

No, Casey, a buddy of mine, uh longtime friend of mine. Okay. Grew up with my brother and stuff, and he's yeah, longtime buddy.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, I mean, throw me a thumbs up or comment, guys, if you if you really, really, if, if, if more human connection or just connection with people, your people, or other people. Because there's so many freaking distractions right now, Aaron. There's so much freaking noise out there with our cell phones and our lives, and it's just everybody's just got their blinders on and their heads down, and they're just trudging through life on their own.

SPEAKER_02

Social media and jobs. Jobs, you know, is where we spend most of our daytime, and then we get retire and we go home. Yeah. And then most of our social interactions, social media, These days. And we're it's pulling us further. It's pulling pulling us further and further apart. So it's it's anyways. I I I think I think that I think our all of our communities are hungry for this, and that's why it's having such a uh a positive effect.

The VIP 50 Business System

SPEAKER_00

So guys, we do uh for those of you that are new to us or what we're doing, um let me kind of explain it to you. Rail is our brokerage, our team is the luxury agency, and our system is the VIP fits in the city. It's all powered by the VIP. It's all powered by the VIP. Yeah, the VIP, guys, is is is it's actually a business model or business system that we help you implement over a 12-week period that's three months, and in three months, when you're done going through our program, you will have a business model that will serve you for the rest of your career. And here's the really cool thing, Aaron. It's not just for real estate agents. I mean, in our class, we had a contractor, we had a title person, we had coaches, we had executive coaching agents. Executive coaching business. We have all kinds of freaking people that that they love our system. And I loved what James had to share yesterday about you keep kind of referring back to real estate, but he's like, bro, listen, man, this is this is the one tool that we offer, there's one layer of it that's specific to real estate, and even that is still financial. And then we got guys like Mike Anderson that that come out of the woodwork, and I love Mike. Mike's uh uh he's the one that came up with Captivate, which is a uh an incredible system. Aaron and I have been through it was eight weeks um going through his system, guys, and what's really cool about his system is his is when you actually get the deal, how you treat the deal and and shine and and and overachieve and all of that stuff. Our system, because think about this, guys, and again, I talk about this in the training. What do you spend the majority of your time doing? No matter what your business is, I don't care. What do you spend the majority of your time doing? Looking for the deal, trying to get your next deal or your next next piece of business piece of business. So our system combined with Captivate over with Mike, dude, like talk about marrying two perfect products together. Oh, yeah. And and then the things he's done with Lofty, the CRM, and the the the things that he's added, and and we provide that to our team, dude. And it's it's just it's it's super, super fulfilling to have our peers and people out there that are super successful people looking at us going, man, this is really cool, guys. Yeah, it's fun. Yeah. So today, one to three, come on down and and hang out with us, have a beer or uh or a glass of wine and and or a water. Or water or or a or a soda pop or whatever you want. And uh come and just hang out with us and and chill with us and and see what we've got. Hell, just come down and see our space. It's freaking cool.

SPEAKER_02

Tell you what, too, if you're lonely in real estate, because I early in my business, before I actually checked in and I joined the the brokerage I was with, um, I was in a little I was in a little brokerage and it was just me. So I didn't have any of the that's lonely. I didn't have any of the synergy in that that part part of I was I was so hungry for it. I can tell you, guys, if you're lonely in your business or you're anywhere and you're stuck at home doing business, come check out what we're doing.

SPEAKER_00

Those three months that we that we were homeless and didn't have an office, man, that was hard. It was that was hard, bro. We're old dogs though. We're old dogs. We meant we powered through and we're we're fine.

SPEAKER_02

But but man, that was I didn't like it. No, no. It's I enjoy having somewhere to go. Yeah, I enjoy the synergy of just being around people.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, even being around your ugly mug. Right. You don't have any just just having our people around us. And like I said, I I love looking up and seeing in that space across the across the way. I love that, you know, just everybody, everybody that that's here in the office and and hanging out. I loved yesterday that Jet showed up and just hung out. Yeah, dude. And it's so funny because he came up to me after and he Mike had sat down with him and showed him the software on on Lofty, and he was like, holy cow. Yeah.

The App That Tracks Progress

SPEAKER_02

Dude, you haven't said talked about your app.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I haven't.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because that came out since.

SPEAKER_02

Since, yeah. And you know, guys, so so there's a again doing business and be just keeping track of how you're doing business.

SPEAKER_00

Um well, that's having systems. Yeah. You don't have systems, and more importantly, if you don't have a way to track your progress, how do you know if you're doing better or not doing better? And how do you know if you're wasting time and not wasting time?

SPEAKER_02

You know, what's moving the needle? Are you are you really being productive?

SPEAKER_00

And and how many, how many of you out there at the end of the freaking day? And again, come on, guys, talk to us, throw us out some, throw us out some some some love or at least a thumbs up. I mean, that's kind of lame to just do a thumbs up, but you can actually talk to us. But how many of you out there at the end of your freaking work day, you just you you felt like you were so busy, but what did you really accomplish? What did you really get done?

SPEAKER_02

Far too often that's actually the case, especially in real estate. You can you can get caught in the minutiae and doing anything.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you're just out doing a bunch of stupid shit that doesn't do anything for you. But yet you want everybody to think you're busy, busy. Yeah, that's what cracks me up, uh, Caressa. Thank you, Carissa. She said she loves how accessible we both are. But um, you know what? It's it's I even lost I lost my train of thought.

SPEAKER_02

Bro, we're here, we're here doing it. Yeah, it's keeping track and being able to know your.

SPEAKER_00

So bottom line is is is so many freaking agents. Now I'm talking specifically to you agents. I've done this. Yeah, you've done this. Oh, yeah. Like over and over. Yeah. And then mean crawls up in your ass. Then there is like, shit. All right, all right. But um, you know what? I mean, you can't lie to yourself, guys. So if this hits home, then then it hits home, and and you're the only person that can do something about it.

Too Busy Is A Myth

SPEAKER_00

But, you know, so many freaking agents that we've talked to over the last five or six months, you know, just trying to get them to take the time to come down wherever it is we're doing a free training, and we're giving them free lunch to just come and see what it is that we're giving them. And we hear this over and over and over again. Oh man, I'm too busy. Bullshit. You are not too busy.

SPEAKER_02

Guys, tell you what.

SPEAKER_00

You're too busy not to. You're too busy doing shit that doesn't do work for you to not come down.

SPEAKER_02

Guys, right now, this time of year, it it naturally slower. This is the time to come fold in a new piece of business and a new way of doing it.

SPEAKER_00

By the first of the year, you could have a whole new business model. Keep doing the the stupid shit you're doing that's not making you any money. Knock yourself out, but add our system and see what happens comes the first of the year. Right. I challenge you. Right. Big time. Yep. Yep. Don't get me fired up.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I'll tell you, it's guys, uh, this is this isn't this is everybody should be doing soi. That's I mean, that's that's another mantra that I had is is it's the only way that business ever gets easier is by taking care of what you did before, right? And uh this is this is the most productive way to do and work with your SOI and actually earn a living. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So for a long time, even before we were out actually teaching our system, I've always told Aaron that we need an app. We need an app because everybody has their cell phone in their hand all day long. And we needed an app to coincide with the message that we're putting out there that would be a powerful tool so that you can track what you're doing. You can you can hit check boxes on on certain things that you should be doing every single day, and you can see with a simple window of a number count how you're doing for that day or that week. You know, you need a CRM that you can you can track all the different touches that you're doing for all of your people. Because the fact of the matter is, is if you tell 50 people you're gonna start showing up for them and you're gonna do all these different touches, and then you don't, then you're a freaking liar. And you're not, they're just looking at you going, yeah. That's what I expected. That's what I expected. Yeah. So we put together an app, spent a ton of time on it, working out some bugs in it, but man, it's so cool because right in the palm of your hand, you can absolutely run your business from your app.

SPEAKER_02

And it keeps track of it all along the way. So, I mean, I mean, whenever you're whenever you're working with any sort of a database, um, there's always the the people that are easiest to talk to, the the ones that are, you know, who you naturally gravitate to or whatever. I'll tell you what, um, there was a while where I mean I was I was I was churning, I was doing my I was working my 50, and I looked up and I realized I was talking to the same six people the entire time.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. And I was talking all the time. And no wonder you weren't getting.

SPEAKER_02

And I was talking all the time, Dean, but it was it it's because and I was still neglecting because I because it we didn't have the app, we didn't have a way to actually see what we were up to.

SPEAKER_00

The app doesn't let you lie.

SPEAKER_02

It hits itself. Well, but it's also busy feels busy, but it doesn't mean you're you're actually getting to what you need done. Yep. So the app the app is is a game changer. I mean the time blocking on the app. Dude, the app is a game changer. You you could be cruising down the road and you know you you've got your your 50 right in the top. And you know exactly who you need to speak with.

SPEAKER_00

Remember her?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Do you think she's in my business Rolodex right now?

SPEAKER_02

Guaranteed it is. And how did I do that, Aaron? You're talking and you're just enjoying each other, and you just hand the phone over and you say, Hey, let me add you to what my business Rolodex. Yep. Yeah, and share the idea of what it is, and of course they want to be a part of it. And sure as shit, she's in there right now. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. I've done that standing in line waiting for food. I've done that. I mean, dude, it's that's my business Rolodex is is strong. Yep. Likewise, like it's cool.

SPEAKER_02

Likewise. It's

Partner Rolodex And Vendor Space

SPEAKER_02

really cool. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And the business Rolodex guys is basically, you know, I'll I'll just do some shout-outs like to Mike Anderson, you know, and and his his uh lofty program with all the with with with a lot of really sexy stuff under the hood. Um, you know, Chad over at Ibex, uh you know, they sponsor a lot of our trainings and and we love them. And we've actually got a space down here at the office where we've got a two-foot by four foot area with a table that anybody that that has a service like like Chad with Ibex or or Chad with Wynn with Chad with Wynn with Wynn, you know, the home inspection company. You know, if if you're if you own a uh say a handyman business or something like that, you should come down and talk to us because we've got space that that you can have full access to every single person that comes into our office, and we do a lot of stuff in our office. We're just getting started. Our trainings, our Friday collectives, our our team, our all the interviews, all the I mean, constantly, constantly in front of people. Like Patrick and and Caressa over there with with uh Goosehead. Yep, you know, they're our preferred insurance company. Um, you know, I could go on and on and on and on and on.

SPEAKER_02

Steve sent a lame thumbs up. You're bro. Oh, he did?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Lame, lame. Hey guys, he promised me he's coming today.

SPEAKER_02

Is he? Yeah, awesome. I'll tell you what, um something I want to specifically call out uh in our

Hiring A Media Manager

SPEAKER_02

community. And then we need to wrap it up pretty quick. Yep, I know. Um we're looking for um uh a media manager, we're looking for somebody who who uh who understands all of our creative, all of our social posting, how to how to attract, how to message training materials, um invites, uh, all of that.

SPEAKER_00

We're looking for somebody that that can handle all of it.

SPEAKER_02

Videography.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. So like this kind of stuff. Yeah, this uh I mean I'm an amateur trying to set up stuff, and it's it's you know it's funny because James walked up to me on the first day of the training and he's like, Yeah, you need to have somebody else doing your your setup, so to say. Yeah, when we were pummeling a little bit to start. Yeah, but I mean, you know what? You gotta start somewhere, and right now we don't have anybody, and you know what's funny?

SPEAKER_02

That's gonna do it, dude. That would stop anybody in their tracks because they'd be embarrassed that it didn't go perfect. Yeah, I don't care. Yeah, we don't give a crap, dude. It's it it it was probably one of the best classes we've had. And you know, so good. Yeah, so good. Absolutely.
