Too many men make New Year's resolutions that ultimately are nothing more than just a wish that something would happen.   Rather than making meaningless wishes, you should be setting goals and objectives that you WILL accomplish because you've made them SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound).  In this episode I explain how to go about setting SMART goals and how to set tactics in place that you can execute daily to ensure that you accomplish your goals within your stated deadline.  I also get into a tool that has been very influential in my life in helping me achieve more than I have in the years prior to using it.
