Tom Quinn is a Partner in the Birketts Family Team and heads up the London Family Department. He advises clients on all issues resulting from the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership, or co-habitation, as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements. Tom has significant experience in dealing with complex and high-value financial disputes (from the low millions to hundreds of millions), often involving trusts, and jurisdictional issues.
