Tara Gretton is the founder of Solution Revolution. She fell in love with the Solution-Focused (SF) approach in 2002. Tara is on a mission to share the magic of the SF approach with schools, children, young people and families. She also feels passionately about young people’s voices being heard and loves to train young people in the solution-focused approach. Vicky Essebag is an experienced educator, school leader, family therapist and certified solution-focused coach. As a relational comnmunication specialist, she is widely known for teaching solution-focused practice to support effective communication for ALL. Vicky inspires and motivates parents, schools and organizations to cultivate and strengthen relationships that are grounded in equity, inclusion, success and well-being. In this new episode, Tara Gretton and Vicky Essebag have the pleasure of interviewing Naomi Whitehead, a passionate and inspirational solution-focused leader. Naomi resides in Sheffield, England where she is a freelance solution-focused practitioner whose current portfolio includes managing her own coaching and training company, providing coaching services to the social justice feminist charity - Young Women’s Trust, guest lecturing at both Sheffield Universities, being a director at Solution Focused Trainers Community Interest Company and delivering coaching fundamentals and mentor coaching for Solutions Academy. In our conversation, Naomi sheds light on personal and professional experiences that have shaped her love for the solution-focused approach, and ways in which she builds relationship and community.
