Miles Lacey
Miles Lacey is a Managing Director at Vista Point Advisors, having joined the firm as a Senior Analyst in 2013 and worked his way to Managing Director. Over more than thirteen years, Miles has helped dozens of founders complete successful transactions across a broad range of software and technology verticals. His transaction experience spans private equity firms, PE-backed strategic acquirers, and publicly traded companies across both domestic and international markets.
Prior to Vista Point Advisors, Miles worked as an Analyst at Advanced Equities, focused on private placements for emerging technology companies, and at United Capital Financial Advisers. Miles holds a B.A. in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California, where he was a member of the National Economics Honor Society.
