Kelly Mohr of Blissfully Whole with Kelly talks about her experience in living a life not fulfilled and how she is working through that because she don't think her story is unique. She talks about overwhelm and how we get stuck living on a hamster wheel going through the motions and what we can do to step off of it.

Blissfully Whole with Kelly

I love everything health/wellness, however, having worked in Corporate America for over 20 years originally, because I viewed that as "success," all the while feeling pulled to helping others help themselves.  I viewed Corporate America as "safe".  Learned that the feeling inside me was a sign that I didn't have to define "success" in the traditional sense and that what I really wanted to do was help women live their lives fully AND "safe" doesn't really mean safe.  For me, it meant compromising and quieting my inner voice and not showing up fully.  NOW, I am working on building my business and figuring out a life of living by my own rules (a step at a time).

I am a life coach helping women overwhelmed in their daily life get clear on who they want to be, so they can live their blissfully whole life. I believe that investing in the foundational, messy work is the only way to make sustainable changes, so we don't keep ending up in square one. Building self-awareness and challenging our existing mindset/beliefs can help women make the changes they want.
