Welcome to our podcast, exploring what it means to be an early childhood care and learning professional in rural BC.

Once a month we will talk to someone in the field about current issues and how they relate more specifically to educators who live and work in rural or isolated communities. This month I speak with Melissa Harris,  an educator and member of the Leading Change Initiative from Gitwangak B.C. currently living on Tshimsian  Territory in Terrace B.C.
