Welcome to our podcast, exploring what it means to be an early childhood care and learning professional in rural BC.

Once a month we will talk to someone in the field about current issues and how they relate more specifically to educators who live and work in rural or isolated communities. This month I speak with Brandie Cristales, an Educator and fellow member of the Leading Change Initiative with 20 years of experience in the field and a passion for being a voice for others.

Our reflection question this month is:
What steps do you take to combat burnout and who can you make a connection with to continue that work?
