J-Min’s path to the CFL is a unique one, featuring time in the Canadian junior football league with the Calgary Colts and Okanagan Sun before returning home to play for the University of Calgary Dinos. J-Min was selected by the Edmonton Elks in the 2022 CFL supplemental draft and after his first two seasons with the Elks has sign a contract extension through 2025.
J-Min and I talk about his football journey up until this point, dealing with adversity head on, and his mindset going forward in his pro career.
