In almost every professional discipline there is a lack of diversity amongst those involved, especially those who have decision-making power is a challenge. Museum are some of the most segregated spaces. Dr. Tameka and her guest, Executive Director of the Massillon Museum, Alex Coon will discuss the diversity missing in museums and what can be done to combat these issues.
