The title says it all Samesies, we're giving the space to talk about sad things in this one and talking about grief.
This was recorded just after Leah had lost a pet, so, the feels were strong. We dig into different forms and levels of grief, difficulty of addressing it and what we've each tried personally, the various stages of grief, how hard it is to cope sometimes, and how grief is an ongoing part of life we'll always have to deal with.
