So let’s start with……

#TimetoTalkDay on 1st February raising awareness about mental health and encouraging open conversations to break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Organised by Time to Change, a mental health anti-stigma campaign in the UK, Time to Talk Day provides a platform for individuals to share their experiences, offer support, and promote understanding.

To get involved on social media, use the official hashtag #TimeToTalk, share personal stories, educate with mental health facts, encourage discussions, and participate in challenges. Amplify the campaign's content, connect with mental health organisations, and contribute to creating a supportive online community. Together, let's normalise conversations about mental well-being.
