Let's build. Peace. Season two, of course, episode five. Titled Balance. Or Peace to the Supreme Minded Fan base. All those that tapped in, tap in, check in with me, vibe with me, support me, share my episodes, and you know what I'm saying. Put the time and energy into checking out my content. Or whether it be on the Supreme Monday Podcast website, whether it's the Supreme Honda Podcast Facebook page or Supreme On the Podcast Instagram page. Grateful for everyone that's tapped in with me. So if you ain't already following the platforms, go follow Supreme on the Podcast on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. World. Season two, episode five, titled Balance. Let's get into what it means. Balance is the ability to maintain stability and prevent failing. Pardon self. And prevent falling, whether standing still or moving. That's the basic definition. The etymology definition of balance means be equal with. Alright, so let's talk about it, y'all. Let's build, let's exchange critical thoughts. That's one thing that I do very well. So, yeah. Um grateful to be in existence, you know what I'm saying, regardless of what may be transpiring in my life, you feel what I'm saying? And is why this episode is really why this episode, you know what I'm saying, has been orchestrated. Most episodes that are orchestrated are, you know what I'm saying, representations of things I may have thought about, think about, experienced, or know someone who's experiencing the same, and you know, I can relate, right? So, like I said, um, regardless of what's going on in my life, you know what I'm saying, I still should remain balanced, right? Meaning that whatever's going on outside of your world in the external is probably going on in the internal. So if you're in turmoil or you're not at peace, or you know what I'm saying, you feel chaotic internally, then your external world will reflect that, right? So what I'm saying is, regardless of what you're going to going through, still try to maintain balance, right? If you're sad, still try to find something that makes you happy or something you're grateful for. Right? If you're mad, find something to be happy about, right? Find that balance. If you're mad, I'm sure there's something that happened or that's happening, you can be happy about. Right. And when you're sad, find something that raises your vibration, that makes you smile, that changes your mood, right? When you're confused, give yourself time to figure it out. Don't say, Oh, I can't figure this out. All right, I recommend you saying, I'm doing my best to figure out a solution, right? So now that's teaching your subconscious to be calm, right? During uncertainty, during chaos, right? It's teaching your body to manage that fight or flight response that we all have, right? We don't need to fight, we don't need flight, we just need to be still, right? Be able to hear ourselves think, be able to hear ourselves talk, be able to, you know, just hear ourselves in general while we're, you know, internalizing or dealing with or experiencing, you feel I'm saying, a certain energy or circumstance that's not panning out how we want it to, right? Balance and maintaining balance, obtaining balance is definitely not for the weak. It's not easy, and anything that's great, anything that come that that is to become great takes time. Again, anything that takes, anything that has the potential to be great takes time. Right? Simple example to grow a flower, to grow a plant, plant the seed in nurturing fertile and healthy soil, maintain it right, water it right, properly, adequately, give it proper sunlight, spend time with it, even talk to it. And you will see through time and consistency, this flower or this plant will start to reveal itself, or will start to manifest, or will start to grow and elevate, right, through being nurtured properly, right? So you have to nurture yourself properly to be able to maintain balance, right? If you've given up when everything got tough, then it's hard to maintain balance, right? If you're willing to do more for others than yourself, you're not able to maintain balance, right? Because balance comes with boundaries, right? And being able to balance comes with a set of boundaries, right? Knowing that you not necessarily must, but you should be able to take the light with the dark, the up, the down, the in, the out, the good with the bad, right? So to speak. And that is the manifestation of your balance, is being able to remain still, remain in the same energy, remain in the same mind frame, remain in the same emotional state while you're going through a challenging circumstance, right? While you're going through challenging experiences, whether you created the challenge or it's something someone else created and you just happen to be a part of it. But there's no such thing as happening to be a part of it, because that would mean things are happening coincidences, which they don't. They happen for a reason. So if you are a part of something that you quote unquote didn't create or was aware you didn't create, then it's still just showing you a general outlook or a lesson, right? And sometimes if we're not aware enough, we won't realize what we are creating, right? The things we do put in our own way, right? The things that we do block and limit ourselves with, which start with our mind. That's the first, that's the first tool and power we use against ourselves is our minds, right? We want great things, but we don't think so great. We want to accomplish great things, but we don't feel so great, right? Thinking great and feeling great, meaning your thoughts aligned with your emotions, right? That's how you manifest. Those emotions come with passion, right? Come with drive along with a logical, mapped-out plan. That's how things transpire, right? You have confidence in your thinking and your ability to accomplish this thing, right? And that takes balance because things aren't gonna go according to plan all the time, right? Healing isn't a straight line, growing and self-developing isn't a straight line. There's gonna be bumps, roads, slips, dips, ups, downs, lefts, and rights. Right? And you have to maintain balance dealing, going through or experiencing circumstances that are necessarily out of your hands, or just experiences you don't understand. Right, remember that you are the observer only of your thoughts, right? And you can choose which thought you actually align with, which thought or energy you connect with, right? And be mindful, you don't have to react all the time, you don't have to respond all the time to what people say and what people do. That's a sign you're off balance if you're responding to every little thing someone says, you're not emotionally stable as you think you are, all right. And speaking of emotions, go check out that EQ series um on Supreme Monday Podcast. Of course, it was uploaded in season one, so go check that out. Subscription link will be in the episode description of every episode and or in the bio of Supreme Mind Podcast platforms, which are Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. So go check that EQ series out, it's noteworthy. Alright. So when things don't pan out, happen, or transpire how you want them to, that's the perfect time to practice balance. Remember, you're the observer of your thoughts, your thoughts don't choose which ones you align with. You have the power to do that, but you must be balanced in this instant to be able to think right logically, to use your intelligence, to use your emotional intelligence to benefit you, to benefit the situation, to create a constructive outcome. All right, is a saying I use I don't lose because I learn. So, in other words, I learn when I lose, but am I losing in all reality? No, I'm winning because I'm able to grasp the lesson and apply it later on when it needs to be applied. That right there shows proof of my knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, right? That the information I've acquired, I'm able to utilize it wisely, not to only show and prove that I understand what I've acquired, but to show and prove, but to show understanding to those that own the understanding, to those that lack knowledge and wisdom, right? And through the knowledge I share wisely, through wise words, ways, and actions, they're able to internalize, realize, and recognize and simply understand what I'm saying, the importance of what I'm doing and why I do it, right? Because I don't only speak about this, I live it out. And what I speak about, I live out. So that means that I say what I mean and I mean what I say. So when a person lives up to what they say, that shows you how important a person is and how important it is to that person to be themselves, to be truthful. You know what I'm saying? To speak the truth. So make sure you're doing the proper research on yourself. That's how you obtain balance by realizing where you're not balanced out at in what area. It may be mental, it may be physical, it may be emotional, it may be financial. All right, and all those aspects affect how you govern yourself, affect your movements, your movements, your decision making, right? So having a balanced mind, body, spirit, emotions, and finances is the key to fulfilling your purpose, right? And if one of those things are unbalanced, nothing is balanced, right? Because everything must be in alignment. Like if you have an unblank, like if you have an unbalanced or unblocked or a blocked chakra, you won't be able to elevate to your highest form internally, right? The seven chakras are your power centers, the root, the sacral, solar plex, heart, throat, third eye, and last but not least, the crown chakra. And these are the most prominent known ones. There are other chakras within our bodies, in other words, energy centers that we consist of, right? But those are the basic most common ones that us earthly beings can internalize with and through the knowledge to understand, right? And if any one of those chakras are unbalanced, you're off in the slightest, right? For instance, if there's like a centimeter or inch of your sneaker soul missing, you'll feel the difference. You're gonna be slightly off balance, right? So remember, balancing yourself means being aware of yourself, right? It means being able to self-regulate yourself, which aligns with emotional intelligence, all right. Go check the EQ series, season one, episodes one to four, right? And balance also takes setting boundaries, being capable of setting boundaries. Go check that episode, season two, episode one, all right, boundaries. Shout out to Ali Moe. Um so we have to be mindful of how we react to things we do in times where we're not feeling so well, we're not so inspired, right? We're not so driven or focused. That means we're off balance, right? Balance is not just keeping the weight even on each side as you're training in the gym or training at home, right? Balance is deeper than that. Balance is more important than just, you know, keeping equal weight on each side of your body, right? Which is definitely important. You know what I'm saying? For all my gym goals, all my physical fitness people, or my health and wellness influences that live it out. And I'm one of them. Shout out to y'all. Definitely keep your weight balanced, full range of motion, make sure you're breathing properly. You feel what I'm saying? And, you know, believe in yourself. It's a mindset. Feel like you've done it already before you actually do it, and that'll increase your frequency while you're doing it. Right? And take your time, don't rush through your training sessions. Right. Um, and again, training physically is a balance too, because you're not just training yourself physically, you're training yourself emotionally, mentally, and energetically, right? Being physically fit affects your mind and your body connection, right? And the main part of physical fitness, and a huge part of physical fitness is your diet, right? How you eat, the things you put in, and what you're gonna get out of them, what you put in your body at what time and how much, and what does it consist of, right? That also takes balance, right? If you know you're on a workout regimen, a training regiment, and you have to be in bed at a certain time to be up at a certain time, you're not gonna go out, you're not gonna accept no invitations to go out pastime when you know you should be resting, right? That's balance. That comes with boundaries, right? Again, if you're you know into fitness and trying to complete a fitness goal, you're not going to accept invites to eat things that don't contribute to your physical growth. You're not gonna eat fried foods, right? You're not gonna eat dairy products, all right. You're not going to indulge in a bunch of soda drinking, sugars, drinking alcohol, and things like that that will affect your growth, all right. Balance comes with boundaries, all right. So, you know, pace yourself once or twice out the month, salute and celebrate yourself for being consistent on your journey, all right? And you know, do it with balance, and when you do decide to eat something fried or that's out of the ordinary from what's recommended for your physical fitness, make sure it's in moderation and it's created in the ties form. Meaning, if you want a burger, so to speak, don't go to Burger King, don't go to McDonald's, go to a reputable restaurant that you know has fresh Angus beef, so on and so forth. You feel me? Balance comes with boundaries, all right. Um, maybe one weekend you want to go out, save it for a time that's that's sentimental, that really means something to you, right? So it can be exhausted and or utilized in the highest form, all right? You're not worrying about, oh man, I ain't supposed to be doing this and doing that. No, you know that you practice proper balance and did what you needed to do, Monday through Friday, as far as your workout regimen is concerned. You did it for a few weeks straight. You stick into your dietary routines and things like that. So now you deserve to celebrate yourself. So go ahead and go out, go hang out at an event, or you know, something you wanted to do with someone, or something you just wanted to do with yourself. But again, balance comes with boundaries. You gotta know what to do, how much to do, when to do it, and when not to do it, when not to say it, when to say it, things like that, right? Practicing balance is very important, and it is key to your growth, right? Because it's also saying that your light energy is accepting of your dark energy, it's saying your higher self is accepting of your lower self, right? It's saying your outer world is accepting of your inner world, right? Because we know that we're this and we're that, right? We exist simultaneously in other realms, in the past and the present, as well as the future, right? So we exist in duality, but we must balance that duality. You feel what I'm saying? And that's how we're able to use necessarily the areas of ourselves that are not so productive in a productive manner, right? And remember, dualities is having two distinct opposites. Like I said, light and dark, up and down. So just be mindful of yourself, most of all, like just be mindful of the things that you say, be mindful of the things that they do that you do, right? And remember that your words have power, right? And they will start to create if you start to believe or feel what you're saying is right, or believe what you're saying is correct, or believe what you feel about yourself. But if it's a low vibrational energy that you feel about yourself, that means you're operating in a low vibe, right? And you chose that. No one chose that for you. That's why I emphasize so much that we are the observers of our thoughts. We are not our thoughts, we are separate from our thoughts. We're conscious, right? But we are in our thoughts. We're separate from them existing in this realm and being conscious to ourselves, most of all, right? And that's another underrated skill to have is self-awareness of yourself, right? Realizing who you are, and most of all who you are not because it's just as important. Because that leaves what's necessary when you remove what's unnecessary, right? That gives you the leeway and availability and capability to see who and what you truly are and where you're at, but you have to accept that, right? You have to accept the balance of yourself. You gotta accept that you're gonna do great things, you're not gonna and you're gonna do some not so good things, right? You're gonna accomplish great things and you're gonna fuck some shit up. Alright? Again, that's the balance of life, right? If there wasn't no downs, you wouldn't appreciate the up. If it wasn't dark, you wouldn't appreciate the light. If there wasn't pain, you wouldn't appreciate the joy. If it wasn't sad, you wouldn't appreciate happiness. That's duality, man. Perfect balance that comes with boundaries, right? And remember that when we create through our thoughts, we're responsible for those things, all right? And if we don't create a balanced experience for ourselves, all right, it's gonna affect how we live our lives, right? Because if we're off balance, we're not in the best position for ourselves, let alone anybody else. And when we're unbalanced, we're not good for ourselves, so in return, we're not good for anyone, right? If we're unable to be what or who we need for ourselves, then we're definitely uncapable of being there for anyone else. Alright. As within, so without. So if I possess this thing, I should be able to give it out. But if I don't possess it, I will not be able to properly and or accurately distribute this thought or idea or whatever it may consist of. Alright, so you must be balanced inside, right? To be able to appreciate balance, be balanced, and be the example of balance, right? And learning how to go with the punches, roll with the downs, you know what I'm saying, be grateful for the ups as well. It's showing that you're balanced, you know what I mean, and not just the ups. It's maintaining a mentality or mind state of being elevated when the circumstances are low, you know what I'm saying? When they're making you feel like you should be low, right? Or it may even feel heavy to you, like it's bringing you down. But remember the balance that you have, remember the balance that you have to have, right? To be able to regulate yourself, to ground yourself, right? Which is also a part of balance, is grounding yourself, is accepting what happened that you didn't like, but at the same time being grateful for what you are content for, right? And what contentment you do have within your life, right? Par and so, like for instance, you may not have all the necessarily groceries that you might necessarily need, all the clothing you need, buy a certain brand, but you have it, right? You go, you don't go without eating, and you're not naked, you have clothes on your back and food in your refrigerator, right? So, yeah, you may not have that Angus beef I've talked about, you may not have that big 10-ounce steak, you know what I'm saying. You may not have design or or name brand clothing, but if you're eating every day, you have clothes to cover you, you have clean running water and a roof over your head, you're living in perfect balance to me. And not in its entirety, because you may not know about balance, but you're living out balance because you accept what you have right now, but you know that there's more to come, right? Or you're grateful for what you have right now, but you're working towards more, right? And enable and then to enable yourself to obtain more, you have to release, you have to let go. Alright, it's a part of balance too. Letting go, right, of how you think it should look, letting go of how you think it should feel, letting go of the picture and how you think it should manifest. All right, just stick to the thought with the proper emotion and do the necessary work. Don't worry how things are going to transpire. All right, because that creates anxiety and depression, trying to figure out how something is going to create itself or manifest, all right. Have that balance to know that the thought, the emotion, and me putting in the work is how it transforms, all right, how it transpires. The universe does the rest, all right, and knowing we're a part of the universe, again, that's recognized the balance. We're a small part of the universe, right? But we are the universe. So we're able to govern ourselves in a balanced manner, right? We give in areas we receive. You know what I'm saying? We treat others how they treat us. And no, I'm not saying if you're treated with ill will or f or you know in a foul manner that you should treat that person that same way.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_00You balance yourself, you ground yourself, and you move forward. You know what I'm saying? The best you can do in situations like that is again accept the lesson. Realize what these this person's energy of actions are showing you about themselves and possibly even you, and take it on as a lesson, and you know, use it somewhere down the line, or um share that lesson with someone else to help them along their journey, and so on and so forth. All right, and balance is also realizing that we're not other people, and other people aren't us, you know what I'm saying? Balance is also recognizing that people won't understand us, but then there's people that will understand us, right? And there's people that will accept us, and there's people that won't accept us. But um, like I told the youth on the last day of um after after school program, which was what, the 10th, I believe, June 10th, Wednesday, I grabbed a couple boxes of pizza for them and some soda. And just had a little talk with them just to let them know I'm grateful for them, to spend time with them, get to know them, and it hasn't been easy, but again, that's the balance in it. You know what I'm saying? If you don't know a person, how do you expect the communication or the interaction to go smoothly? No, the balance in that situation was knowing that I have some getting used to to do, and getting used to the youth and their mannerisms and how some of them conduct themselves. There's some that I already knew from the previous year, and it was some I'm just getting to know this year. So, you know, it took time to balance out with how to deal with them, you know what I'm saying, and to provide proper balance for them to deal with me, right? So, but I told them that the most important thing I told them was that you know, don't allow people to force you to do anything, right? Don't allow people to force you to be something that you're not, or not accept you for who you are, right? Because the people who love you and the people that are for you are the people that will accept you for who you are. And anyone that's trying to convince you to be something that you're not, those are the people you should move around. Those are not your friends, they don't know themselves, so they clearly don't know you or care about you, right? Because they don't care enough to know about themselves. You feel me? So focus on your self-development, your growth, right? And focus on the people that are uh focus on the people that are encouraging your growth, that are encouraging you to elevate, that are encouraging your balance and your boundary setting, that encourage you to be the best that you can be, your higher self, because that's your best, and that's what we are growing for, right? To reach the higher self. We started out low as a seed, right? And the idea is to grow up, to elevate, to increase, right, to improve, and through balance, we're able to improve and realize that we have more room for improvement, right? Realizing that we learned and knew enough and gathered the information that was required for this level. Now, release what was unnecessary or unbenicial, store and save what is beneficial, right? And then move on to the next level. Release what needs to be released so you can elevate to the next level. You're not holding on to things that are unnecessary for that next level, all right. And that's how you remain balanced. You're releasing what needs to be released to be lighter, to elevate, and you're holding on what's beneficial that you can use for that next level to add on what you're going to need or acquire for that level. You feel me? So make sure that you're staying focused, all right, and you're staying consistent with who you are, all right, and what you're trying to become, and that takes balance, that takes time, that takes effort, right? That takes that takes sacrifice, right? It takes most of all the knowledge of yourself, it takes having a higher awareness of who you are, where you came from, where you're at, what you are, and what's your purpose for being here, right? Find that by discovering yourself, all right. You find things by what searching, seeking. Alright. You do the knowledge by learning and observing. But make sure you're learning and observing yourself, not with everybody else doing being a busybody, right? Be busy worrying about your body, not no one else's. And what I drink won't quench your thirst. Alright, so be mindful of your words and how they affect you, your life, and those around you. Be aware and mindful of your actions and how they affect you, those around you, all right, and how it's affecting your life, your words, ways, and actions, all right, will manifest themselves in the external. Your movements are reflections of your thoughts. I can't press that enough, stress that enough, or emphasize that enough. And remember, no one's perfect, and nothing's gonna happen overnight. Alright, that's a part of balance too. Realizing things happen in their own time, and their own time means alignment, which also means when it's meant to transpire, manifest, align, connect. Alright, so again, like you're not worrying about when it's gonna transpire or how. You just know, not believe, you just know it's gonna transpire because you did the work, right? You stay in focus mentally, and your emotions are aligned with those thoughts. And as you manifest that within your spiritual self, it will start to manifest in a spiritual plane and then reveal itself in the physical, right? But you have to do the work, you have to be balanced, right? You have to set boundaries, you have to put yourself in the most beneficial positions you have ever put. Alright, can't put yourself in positions that are making you a liability if you're working on being an asset. And there's no if because you are an asset already, but you just don't realize it. And you only will know that, realize it, internalize and recognize it if and when you do the knowledge to yourself. And this is not just about supreme mathematics or the nation of gods on earth. This is literally about divine order. If the world had no order, which in a sense it doesn't, so to speak, it would be chaotic, right? And the world is chaotic in a sense. And I had this conversation with the with the wisdom, peace to you, about it's how we picture things inside ourselves, it's our self-concept, right? It's the it's it's our perception towards the world as we know it, and how the world as we know it will transpire, right? And it may seem like I'm saying there's different worlds. There is, right? Because there's different perspectives, right? You have a different lens, you have a different uh vantage point based upon the things that you've done, things that happened to you, the experiences you feel I'm saying, you encountered along the way, so on and so forth, your condition, things you've been forced to believe and programmed to believe, right? This all plays a part in your decision making, your self-concept of yourself, and who you think or know that you are. Alright. And you have to remember that it's your thoughts that create your reality, all right. So if your inner world possesses peace, calm, tranquility, happiness, your external world will be just that. Yeah, things are gonna go on around you that are opposite of that, because that's just what is in general in this 3D realm, the dense realm, the hardest realm, earth school is what we call it, right? So that's the point. Being able to manifest what you want in the midst of what is, right? So if you think the world's chaotic, you are thinking literally in your mind that the world's chaotic. You believe that. That's why the world's chaotic to you. And you'll get different perceptions and views from different people on how they feel about the world right now. And I told you how I felt, or maybe I didn't. But if you was to ask me, how do I see the world? I see the world as unbalanced. I see the world in duality. I see the good, the bad, I see the light, the dark. You know what I'm saying? I see the high vibes to the low vibes. You know what I mean? So it's different because I am in balance. I am aware of myself, those around me in the universe, and I'm continuing to refine that knowledge of myself, those around me in the universe, which means I'm just becoming more aware. I'm more capable of utilizing my information wisely to show and prove understanding and bring forth understanding, and most of all, to show and prove equality. That what I know, I'm able to share, right? I'm not gatekeeping. Whatever beneficial information I possess or acquired, I'm utilizing it, living it out, and I'm sharing it. So I'm setting the example for myself, that the information I acquired is proper, and setting the example to those around me, that I've used it and it's beneficial to me is why I'm sharing it. That's balance. What I know, and that's helping me, I want others to know so they can be helped, and they can help those around them that need help. All right. So balance comes with boundaries and of course equality, right? They're interchangeable, but they all are aspects of balance. Right? And let me get into the the equality part or the balance part of what I just said. See, like everyone's not gonna agree with you, right, or believe you. That's fine. That's because they're where they're at in their journey, and you're where you're at. You know what I'm saying? And we may be on similar levels of our journey, but still have a different aspect of understanding on a specific topic, right? So don't frown upon, you know what I'm saying, yourself, because you're not on the level as someone else. That doesn't matter. What matters is you realizing the level you're on, right? So you can have more understanding of yourself, right? Understanding someone else over yourself is insane. Alright? And someone else have a more understanding of you versus themselves is insane. Alright, that's not balance. Neither is that being accountable or responsible, right? Because you're not accountable or responsible for nobody else but yourself. And if you're being more accountable andor responsible for someone else versus yourself, what does that mean? That means you ain't focused on yourself. You're not self-aware, you don't possess knowledge yourself, you're not really in tune with who you are. Because you're worried about everything else outside of you. The government, these news stations, all right, MSNBC, CNN, you worry about Trump. Right. Instead of worrying about actually, upon itself, not worrying, but doing the knowledge of the things you can change, actually create a plan to create change. And everything else that's out of your power that you can't change, it will change itself by you changing your thought about change. Alright, they say hurt people hurt people, not necessarily. Hurt people that know how to heal are healing others, all right? And just because they know how to heal doesn't mean they're not hurting. And just because they hurt doesn't mean they don't know how to heal. Like all hurt people aren't ignorant to how to heal themselves, right? Some are aware. So they set the example on how to heal yourself for those that are still hurt, that don't possess the skill set or mindset or emotional state to heal. Right? So some hurt people do heal people because they have the proper knowledge of themselves and they're not letting the hurt devour them. They're turning their pain into power and being an example and being a leader and showing and proving that you're not what you've been through, what you're going through, right? You're divine by nature when you can change whatever the outlook is, as long as you change your outlook towards or whatever it is, right? When you change your perception and your thoughts and your mindset towards something, that changes the outlook of that something. Be mindful of that. You change how you think, you will rechange your reality, all right. Everything is not meant to hurt you. You can't have a victim mentality. You gotta realize that things are happening for you. People are showing who they truly are, your friends after all these years, or your mate. Accept what is that's what is. Why would you not want to know what it is? Right? The world, it is what it is, was really created because those are the people that was able to accept it, and that's what they said. It is what it is. They weren't mad at the person, they didn't react physically, they didn't talk shit behind the person back to their face, they didn't act crazy over the situation, and it is what it is. I'd rather a person show me, tell me exactly who they are versus me have to find out later on and then paying for that shit. You know what I'm saying? So continue to show who you are because I'm gonna continue to remove you, you know what I'm saying? Simple as that, and that's balance that comes with boundaries, right? I'm not gonna weigh myself down with people and their energy if it's not helping me uplift myself, right? Why would I want to be weighed down? I don't want to be. So I'm not gonna allow you to weigh me down, so I'm not gonna interact with you, connect with you, so that your energy can weigh me down. All right, that's a boundary I gotta set, whether it's family, friends, or a romantic partner. If you're not aligning with me anymore, or my energy and I'm not and you're not aligned with who I'm meant to be, or aligning with my higher self, you just align with my old self and my lower self. I gotta move around you. Right? To practice balance, to make sure that, right, I'm pouring into people that are gonna pour back, right? Simple. It's not being selfish, it's called self-awareness, right? Knowing where you're appreciated, knowing who's grateful for you, right? Versus knowing who's an energy vampire, versus knowing who's trying to steal your energy, your joy, your life, because they can't find theirs, or they see something in you that they haven't found in themselves, and what Nipsey says, rest of power, hustle man. It's not on you, it's in you, and that and what he's talking about, and what he's talking about or referring to that's in you is that divinity, that high level, universal energy that you were born with. You gotta cultivate it, you gotta nurture it, you gotta know it's there first. That's like having a that's like having a fresh seeds in a fresh garden or or a fresh plant given to you, but you ain't know somebody gave it to you. Like it was it was tucked away somewhere, and then you found out years later. If you don't know, then how could you properly you feel I'm saying? Like try to understand this thing. Without the knowledge, you won't be able to. Alright, so do your knowledge on balance, do your knowledge on setting boundaries because they're they go hand in hand. Balance and boundaries go hand in hand, and you must realize that. Alright, balance is a key point to staying grounded, to continuing to grow, right, and releasing things that aren't beneficial. When you feel heavy, when someone comes around or somebody calls your phone or someone texts you, that's usually a sign that this person is too much, right? You gotta balance that out. Because clearly they're taking more than they're giving if you feel heavy. And if you feel heavy, but your energy is light, you're off balance, right? Because that's not your energy that's being absorbed, it's someone else's. Helps with your digestion, your energy, helps with oral health too, your breath. It's just incredible. Helps for your helps with your digestion and things like that. Alkalines, your blood, and your fluids. So yeah, balance is important, y'all. Balance, boundaries, and equality, right? Boundaries and equalities part of self. Boundaries and equality is aspects and attributes of balance. And when you're practicing balance, equality and boundaries are needed, or boundaries and equality, whichever way you want to use them, but they will interchangeably be used, and be mindful of that, right? Because practicing balance means that you're not dealing with shit that's gonna bring you down, you ain't dealing with shit that's gonna fuck up your mood, you're not dealing with things that aren't for the betterment of you mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and any other aspect, right? So now you gotta set that boundary. Regardless of how I feel about you, regardless of your title, I have to move around you. Alright. You're a liability to me being an asset, all right. And the equality part of it is knowing that you didn't always know. So that doesn't mean wield your knowledge upon that person or make them feel inferior, small, or belittle them. That just means you're aware now, right? You know that they might feel some type of way, they might feel inferior. So you're calm, you're collective, you're peaceful, you know what I'm saying? You're encouraging at the same time, but you're setting that boundary, letting them know, like, you know, if things aren't in proper balance, you know what I'm saying? That's just something I'm unwilling to compromise, right? I'm not willing to engage with anyone that's not balanced and operates in equality. And to be equal doesn't mean that we have the same, but to be equal is to understand that at some point we were the same, right? And some of the same things affect us, but we deal with them in different ways. Why? Because we're different. Alright. Well, gratitude for pulling up an A to Vive with me, a Supreme Mondo Podcast.
