Peace, please, please. Positive energy activates consistent elevation. You now tap into Supreme Minded Podcast. Will we inform and inspire those and create a supreme minded, the self-made God, Supreme Being, Supreme Energy, Supreme Thoughts, Supreme Vibe, Supreme Mob, Supreme Minded Podcast, Let's Bill. Season two, episode 19, Trauma Bond. Well, which is a incredibly, incredibly far and self-important topic in all discussion to have, especially the original culture, meaning the alleged blacks, um, African American, whatever you choose to identify with, or I should say, which you were programmed to identify with or by, you know what I'm saying? Because we're the original people, and that's the best, most respectful, authentic way to identify ourselves, besides choosing a nationality, right? And saying, oh, uh, you know, Jamaican, Haitian, African, so on and so forth. We're the only culture that calls each other black as a color and address every other nationality correctly. Chinese, besides Caucasians or Europeans, call them white, but most times um that's just the norm. You know what I'm saying? With those two alleged cultures, because colors don't identify with a nationality. White doesn't identify with European, and black doesn't identify with being African. You know what I'm saying? Or Haitian, Jamaican, so on and so forth. But it's like we give other cultures their respect and or identify them correctly, but we false identify ourselves and reduce ourselves to a color. All right. Peace, y'all. Hope everybody's vibrating highly. And if you're not, I've I will that you find a way to balance yourself, ground yourself, center yourself, to raise your frequencies. All right. Because that's important, right? When you live out your life low vibrationally, you are living in survival, right? You have no identity, you're living in fear, and things like that. So knowing who you are, being aware, you know, elevates you from living in survival into thriving, right? You're truly living life, and life is not living you, right? So yeah, let's talk about some trauma bonding. I'm sure we all know to a certain extent what trauma bonding is. Witnessed it, spoke of it, heard of it, was involved in it. You know what I'm saying? Like I'm sure it's it's happened to all of us. I'm just so sure because there's proof that trauma is passed down from generation to generation. Right. And that's all cultures. You know, things our ancestors have been through experience or pass down to us. We pass those experiences down to our children, or we harbor them for those that don't have children, right? So trauma bonding is unhealthy, it's lowly vibrational, it's slowly, it's low vibration upon cell phone. It's living in survival, right? It's not being aware of yourself, your value. It's also not being aware of how a person treats you and showing you that they don't value you. And not intentionally. Sometimes it's unintentional because they're unaware too. They're ignorant, they just don't know, right? They're selves. So you can't expect to know someone else. Like, you know, you loving yourself, cool. Then you possibly be able you're able to love someone else. But if you don't love yourself and you're not loving yourself properly, you're unable to love anyone else properly. And that's how trauma bother starts through toxic behavior, not being rectified and checked, or you know, being, you know, understood that this is you know what you're doing. If it's you yourself, or you know, not being able to stand up for yourself against the other person that's you know treating you in a toxic form or fashion. You feel me? So so yeah, let's get into the definition of trauma bonding. Trauma bonding, the emotional attachment that occurs when a victim becomes bonded or dependent or the abuser in the midst of an ongoing abuse cycle. So already it's saying that trauma bonding pretty much is making you a victim, right? Being a part of trauma bonding is you know, pretty much a victim status. You know what I'm saying? Like you're under the power of someone else psychologically, you know what I'm saying? Um but another definition a trauma bond is a powerful and unhealthy emotional attachment. I like this one that develops between a person experiencing abuse and their abuser, driven by repeating cycles of mistreatment and intermittent affection. Now that's the one we need to we need to adhere. Um that's definitely something you know you should evaluate within your own relationships, within your own self. Make sure you're not attaching yourself to unhealthy people, places, and things. It's not just people that are unhealthy that can create a trauma bond. We can have a trauma bond with places and things too that are linked to trauma. Whether it's a neighborhood, whether it's, you know, a public place, you know what I'm saying? It could be things like drugs and alcohol. You know what I'm saying? We can have an emotional attachment to those things. And those are the things we use as far as like drugs and alcohol to allege relieve ourselves or to try to feel better from you know traumatizing situations. That's how some of us deal with trauma. We say we okay, but we smoking crazy, we drinking crazy, and expect, you know, that not to be another problem or start to create another problem, our health. You know what I'm saying? Like a trauma bonding is attached in in reference to your emotions. You know what I'm saying? Not necessarily your physical, but anything that happens within your body, whether it's mental or emotional, you know what I'm saying, or just deals with your energy, period, can affect every part of you, regardless of where it started. Right. So again, a trauma bond is a powerful part of self. A trauma bond is a powerful and unhealthy emotional attachment that develops between a person experiencing abuse and their abuser, driven by repeating cycles of mistreatment and intermittent affections. All right, so trauma bonding is in reference to your emotions. If you possessed emotional intelligence, you wouldn't be in trauma bonding relationships, situations. And relationships, too, also don't just correlate with a person. Like you can have relationships with places and things, too. It's about spending time. A relationship, in so many words, is you know, it's something that you nurture and put time into. You learn it, you get to know it. Whether it's a person, it's a place or a thing. You get to know him, you get to know her, you get to know this, that, you get to know, you know, places, you get to know things, right? So, you know, realizing that, you know, attachments from the emotional self aren't only attachments to people, right? They you also can be attached to things. You feel what I'm saying? Trying to escape a traumatic situation. You know what I'm saying? And I'm sure we all went through it. We we've gone through it because I know we have, you feel what I'm saying? And I know majority of us, all of us, have gone through a traumatic situation or trauma bonding. Why? Because it's documented that trauma is passed down. Dr. Droid the Group, the post-traumatic slave syndrome, is pretty much a manifestation and or understanding that we can pass down traumatic occurrences, experiences, right? And they have been passed down. You know what I'm saying? Psychologically, and most things start within a mind. So when the mind's affected, the body's affected, your emotions are affected, your words, your ways, and actions are affected. So you know, that's what's so important about balance, right? Having that balance, mind, body, and spirit, being able to manage, govern, and um protect yourself, being able to guide yourself, govern yourself accordingly, to put yourself in beneficial positions and keep yourself out of um unproductive situations. And I feel trauma bonding or trauma bond is the lack of emotional intelligence. It's the lack and/or awareness or acknowledgement of traumatic occurrences that have happened, right? You're unwilling to accept it, so you you overlook it and make it seem like you're healed, nothing's wrong. In all reality, you're all your relationships are shit. You feel what I'm saying? Or they went to shit, meaning you're still in shitty relationships being treated like shit, or vice versa, or it could be going both ways, and or you know, situations you know gracefully have ended because of a trauma bond. You know what I'm saying? And when I say gracefully, because you would want a trauma bond to end, because no one's gonna benefit from a trauma-bonded or bonding relationship. Why would that? Like, what what could you gain from you know being in a trauma-bonding relationship? You know what I'm saying? Like it's nothing beneficial about being traumatized. But the point is, we have to heal, we have to know first and foremost from being aware that we need to heal first before we start to heal. You know what I'm saying? Because a lot of people can say, oh, they're healing, and they could think they're healing. But in all reality, you haven't even identified with what you're healing from. You haven't even accepted the things you need to heal. So you're not healing in all reality. You know what I'm saying? And that's what leads to trauma-bonding relationships, the lack of awareness, the lack of knowing you, the lack of the acceptance of your entire self, or the high and the low self. You know what I'm saying? The light and the dark self. Again, that goes back to being in balance. And being in balance means mind, body, and spirit. You accept your whole self, right? You're not a half. You know, they say, Oh, I'm not better at no, I'm not half of anything. I'm a whole highly vibrational spiritual entity. So awareness literally is the key to understanding things about yourself, mentally, emotionally, as well as things about others. Right. And if you're aware of trauma bonding and you're aware of your traumas, you will prevent yourself from being in trauma bonding situations because you know that there's nothing beneficial to operating in trauma. There's nothing beneficial that there's nothing gonna, there's nothing beneficial going to come from being in a trauma-bonding relationship. Simple. Shout out to the Weird and Ery podcast. My man Brad Kwan were interviewing me last week and shit. The edits are still being um taking place. The edits are still in progress, I should say. So that interview of yours truly, supreme minded guard, will be up soon. Or you can view the full episode on YouTube. As soon as I get the link, I'll be sharing it. Or shout out to Brad Kwan and his platform With and Every Podcast, where he highlights prolific, thought-provoking conversations. It was an incredible interview. Shout out to you, King. So let's get into seven stages of trauma bonding. Seven. One, love bombing. Right? Intense infections, grand gestures, and charm to build quick dependency, right? It's almost like always wanting to do something for somebody to the point where they always like their programmed, it becomes a habit to depend on you. It becomes, you know, a habit for them to always expect you to do something, for you to come through. You know what I'm saying? And sometimes it's it's it's hypocritical, it's not genuine. They're doing it so you can develop dependency upon them. Right? And that's one of the top examples of trauma bonding. A person always willing to do something, you know what I mean? So they can be the one praised for doing it, and then you always depend on them, and it becomes a habit to you stop depending on yourself. We start depending on this person for love, affection, for validation. You feel what I'm saying? Which is unhealthy. Because if you depend if your validation of yourself depends on someone else, you will never be valid. Right? Because if you're valid one day and valid than not, then what's that mean? That means you ain't valid at all. You're either valid or you're not. You feel me? And you validate yourself. Two, gaining trust, right? The survivor feels secure and deeply attached to the abuser, right? Because they're dependent on it. It's psychological now. Yeah, they beat on me, or maybe they're emotionally abusive or verbally abusive, but they still what? Show affection, buy things for me, give me things. But they're not respecting you, even though they're showering you with materials or time and affection. It's just to gain control of you. That's it. It's to manipulate you in being dependent upon them, insecure with them, but insecure within themselves. So you're looked at as the head, the person to come to, to go to, the fixer, so to speak. You know what I'm saying? The one that, you know, makes everything right. You know what I'm saying? Three, criticism, right? Subtle devaluation begins as abuser starts picking flaws, right? They start to, you know, they start to talk shit here and there. It seems light, seems like a joke. You know what I'm saying? It seems innocent. But then, you know, after you sit back after a while, you start to realize, like, hold on, like, this person is really judgmental. This person is, you know, acknowledging all of my flaws, throwing them in my face, right? Claiming they care about me, right? But they're judging me. The things that I do, the things that I say, who I am, my choices that I make, things I decide to wear, music I listen to, the clothes I wear, right? They start to become controlling pretty much. You know what I'm saying? And they want to break down your your independence, right? Your self your self-empowerment. So you only feel empowered by them when they're around, right? By their presence, by what they say and what they do. Pretty much want to, you know, be your boss, control you. They want you to do exactly what they want to do. You know what I'm saying? So they'll make you feel less than right to to bring you up as if they wasn't the one that put you down. All right. So again, it becomes habitual, and once it's a habit, this is what you're used to. This is the program that seems normal to you, right? Because you're continuing to be around this person that doesn't value you, right? And you're putting time, energy into it. So psychologically, you start to believe this is normal. Right? This person really loves me, this person cares about me. Right. And trauma bonding is the furthest thing from love. Know that. All right, number four, the fourth stage of trauma bonding, manipulation. Yeah. Gaslighting, control, what I say, and shifting rules, leave the survivor off balance. You can never do nothing. You're walking on eggshells. You say this, you do that, right? And then now it's this. Feel what I'm saying? And then you do this, right? Now it's back to that again. And then it's something else. And then it's something else after that. Like it's just, you know, you can never do enough for them to be satisfied, right? They're going gas like you will make you feel like something isn't. When it is. Alright. They're gonna make it seem like they care when they really fucking don't. They're gonna try to make it seem like they're you know protecting and guiding you, but they just trying to control you. Alright. They're gonna keep changing the rules up on you so they can control you. So you can do what they want. Manipulation. You can do what they want when they want you to do it and how. Trauma bonding is about control, man. It's about being the only one that can do and say what they want. Alright? As an individual and to the abuser. I can say what I want to them. I can say, well, to the victim, so to speak. I can do what I want to them. You know what I'm saying? I can say what I want to them. I can treat them any type of way. That's what they're gonna feel like. Alright? The abuser is gonna feel like they can do whatever they want. Because they're in control of you. They're the one taking care of you. They're doing everything for you because they love you. Some bullshit. Feel me. Number five. Resignation, right? Self-blame. Alright. The survivor accepts responsibility to keep peace, meaning you're never gonna step up. You're never gonna speak out. You know what I'm saying? And stand up for yourself. You know what I mean? You're gonna continue to be quiet and go with the flow, regardless of how you feel, regardless of how you're treat it, regardless of, you know, what they do or what they say. When they say it or how they say it. You know what I'm saying? You're gonna accept it. You're gonna go with it. Right? You're gonna accept the fact that this is what it is, and it's all my fault. So I'ma just be quiet, stay out the way, and do what they say. But that's some bullshit. Never let in or accept things from people that you wouldn't accept from yourself, right? Like that you wouldn't give yourself. You know what I'm saying? But the way you allow people to treat you is a reflection of how you treat yourself, right? The more healthy relationships you're able to maintain shows and proves that the relationship with yourself is healthy. First and foremost, with mirrors. So whatever we possess inside, we're gonna reflect outward. So if we love ourselves, if we're peace, if we possess peace internally, we're gonna, you know, show and prove peace and love in our lives and how we act, how we move, things we say. You know what I'm saying? How we treat ourselves, things we do, don't do. You know what I'm saying? How we choose to spend our time, who we choose to spend our time with. All right, that's all a reflection of who we are and who we say we are, who we perceive ourselves to be, and how we treat ourselves, how we value ourselves, or the lack thereof. And it's majority the lack thereof. Why? Because 85 to 90% of people are deaf, dumb, and blind. The ideology of the nation of gods and earths, peace to the gods and earths, father of law, justice, and the first non born, peace to God, whole university, you know what I'm saying? We believe and know to be true that 85% of the world is deaf, dumb, and blind to themselves, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, as well as those around them in the universe. But in all reality, it's 90%, though. All right, because it's the people that know that aren't applying what they know. So they just know. So they're unable to set a proper example. That's foolishness. The 85% is just the percentage of people that don't know. But I feel like the 5% is the people that are claiming that they know and claiming they 5% and adding on to the 85 in all reality. They may have knowledge of self, but they're not acting like it. Right. And that phrase, action speak louder in words, is not just a light statement. That shit is um evidence of who and what a person is. Because not all the time a person is gonna say what they mean or mean what they say. All the time a person's actions won't align with their words. So now that's showing you who that person is. That's showing you that person don't mean what they say and they don't say what they mean. Right? So that means they can't be truthful. You know what I'm saying? So how is that love? How is that respect? It's not. Right. So make sure that you only keep in the peace when peace is given. Right? You keep the peace when you obtain and maintain peace, right? Because once you maintain peace, the peace will already be kept. Because once you possess peace internally, your outer world will remain in peace. Number six on the list of stages of trauma bonding, distress, walking away, feeling terrified or physically impossible, right? That person got you stressed out, depressed, dependent on them. You know what I'm saying? Got you on an emotional roller coaster. You're feeling less than yourself, you're feeling down on yourself, talking down on yourself, looking down on yourself, right? You're starting to dislike yourself. Unless you're with this person, unless this person validates you, unless this person's around you, unless this person is doing something for you, unless this person is trauma bonding with you, because that's all you know. And if it ain't trauma bonding, then you know, it's not connecting for you. Right? That's why a person that has been abused emotionally or mentally, right, it will it's gonna be hard for that person to feel loved mentally and emotionally by an emotionally intelligent person. There's gonna be a disconnect because the person that's been abused mentally and emotionally, right, they don't possess emotional intelligence. They don't possess the awareness of themselves and they don't value themselves and realize the power they possess in being themselves. Right? So every action of the person that is emotional intelligent is gonna seem threatening in some form or fashion. It's gonna seem like they're boasting, they're bragging, they think they're better. You feel what I'm saying? And you know, you're gonna feel inferior, you're gonna, you know, be over-emotional about it. You know what I'm saying? And, you know, perceive it to be something that it's not, because your mind state and mental state is used to dealing with trauma. Right? They're used to dealing with being love bombed, all right, being criticized, being manipulated. You know what I'm saying? Having to keep the peace and unable to have a safe space to express how they feel, and then not be judged after ex after they, you know, express. You feel what I'm saying? They'll feel terrified after or attempting to protect themselves, right? Them standing up for themselves is almost impossible because they've created dependency to where you have to depend on them for everything you should be providing for yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. Right? That's our responsibility. We're accountable for providing for ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally, taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, right? Nurturing ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. That's our responsibility, no one else's. And you can't give that type of power to anyone, right? Anyone. That's what makes you conscious, that's what makes you civilized by realize, recognizing, and internalizing with the knowledge of yourself. Right? Possessing knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of who and you who you are, what you are, where you are in life, and where you're on your way to. What's your purpose, right? What's your passion, what drives you. Alright. You have to be civilized, right? And to be civilized means that you're complete within yourself, mind, body, and spirit, through your knowledge, wisdom, and understand it, mentally, physically, spiritually. Alright? And possess that understanding of yourself, those around you, and the universe. You're complete then. You understand, you have a clear mental picture of not only yourself, but those around you. You'll sense and feel and see the trauma within people, the way they act, the way they talk, the way they move. You can see it. They do everything to try to stand out, to be the best, to be seen and to be heard, and they ain't even saying shit that's worth hearing. Right? They do the most outlandish shit to be seen, and they ain't doing nothing worth seeing. Right? That's how you know a person doesn't see themselves. That's how you know they have trauma that's unhealed, that's unchecked, that they're unwilling to accept. All right. And they created a bond with that shit. So they have to act out, speak out, and do things, you know, in an unproductive manner or low vibrationally, so they can feel valued. All right, everything unhealthy feels valuable, right? Because you have a trauma bond within yourself, first and foremost. You know what I'm saying? That trauma bonding starts within. It's created from within. Right? Because either you're not aware of the trauma, then you're repeating a traumatic cycle, you're creating a bond, or you're aware of it, but unwilling to accept it, and you're still perpetuating that same traumatic energy. So now you've created a bond to it within self. So now having a trauma trauma-bonding relationship with self, that relationship, that trauma-bonding relationship is gonna reflect without into all your relationships. You know how they say being married is not gonna fix you or make you a better partner. No, it's gonna expose everything. A healthy relationship exposes everything you're unwilling to face and see. That's what's so great about a healthy relationship. It helps you reflect and become better. Period. All right. Y'all make each other accountable, y'all stand up for each other, support each other, protect each other in this development. All right, you're not judgmental, you're not walking on eggshells, right? You're not criticizing, you know what I mean? You're analyzing, you're internalizing to recognize so you can improve. All right. Number seven on the stages of trauma bonding, repetition, right? It keeps happening. The cycle restarts often. With, you know, and it's more intense. The more and more something continues and keeps happening, the destroyed, you know what I'm saying? Like that's like you working out seven days a week. You're gonna be strong. You know what I'm saying? Hypothetically, of course, you need rest, you're supposed to stretch and be eating properly, but let's just say hypothetically, you work out seven days a week for six weeks, you know what I'm saying? Four weeks, twelve weeks, eight weeks, you know what I mean? You're gonna you're gonna look pretty good, depending on where you started. But you still, regardless of how you look, you still will have a substantial amount of improvement. You know what I'm saying? Three, six months worth of uh physical training, definitely gonna look right. You're gonna feel better. Your energy is gonna be higher, you're gonna be stronger, right? So that's anything. The more you smoke cigarettes, the more you get hooked to them shits. You have a trauma bond to smoking, to nicotine. You know what I'm saying? And why I say a trauma, because smoking cigarettes is doing what? Leading you to the trauma center. It leads to all types of diseases. You know what I'm saying? And you done bonded yourself to this habit, right? Thinking that it's a reliever, ah, that's that's that's from having a traumatic bond. You know what I'm saying? That's from allowing something that's unhealthy to continue to repeat itself without checking it. It's gonna get out of hand, it's gonna become a habit, it's gonna be something you automatically do. It's gonna be a part of your culture. And sometimes I hear certain conversations within our culture and how we don't have a culture, us blacks. And that's that's and it it's it's ironic that I started out this episode speaking on it, how we call ourselves a color. That speaks for itself right there. Feel what I'm saying? That speaks for itself right there. That's not culture. We're not a color. We didn't our parents are not Crayola, the Crayola box and shit. You know what I'm saying? The crayon box, nah. We came from a place, we came from a from a from a community, you know what I'm saying? We came from a lineage, an ancestry that was connected to a land, a Pacific land. You feel what I'm saying? So, in a sense, you know, technically that's kind of true. We don't have a culture, you feel I'm saying, because if we're not aware of who we truly are, then our thought patterns and what we think and believe we are are false. You feel what I'm saying? So it's not true. So that's not culture, right? That's trauma responses from trauma bonding, from not realizing, you know, we are traumatized in times, and part of self-not times, and we're traumatized at times from things we didn't do, we didn't create, we didn't start. You know what I'm saying? Like it's from our ancestors. Again, trauma is passed down psychologically, right? And it's a study on you know, why, of course, health-wise, why it's not good, besides health-wise, and the health aspect, why it's not good to eat animal products. Because the way the animals are housed, then maintained. There's a hundred in space capacity that's built for 30. It's nasty. They crying out. Animals have feelings, they cry, whimper, and ween, whatever. Like you see it all the time. Watch the Nature Channel. You know what I'm saying? Or just from a domestic's point of view, just a dog's like dog get his tail caught in a dog, he's gonna whine, wince, bark, or something. You know what I mean? So they have feelings. They're live beings, they're alive, they're living, very much so. You know what I'm saying? And we just gotta be mindful, period. You know what I'm saying? That we all have feelings, we all have emotions, but we shouldn't let these emotions and or our feelings towards these emotions control us, manipulate us, right? Allow us to not value and/or care enough about ourselves to stay in anything or be a part of a person, place, a thing that's not beneficial to us, to ourselves, partners. That's not healthy for our development, because that's our responsibility. If you keep putting yourself in shitty situations, fucked up situations, then who else is to blame? I mean, yeah, you may not know. You may be ignorant to whatever's going on, but that's again, that's still your responsibility to learn for yourself. You're supposed to do the knowledge yourself. You're supposed to want to learn yourself, then learn others. So simultaneously, of course, every day learn yourself and then you know learn others, learn people's patterns, what they do versus what they say, right? How they move versus what they telling you. All right. What they showing you versus who they're trying to say they are. You gotta look at all that, but you gotta look at that shit from the internal view first. You gotta look at yourself first. Are you who you say you are? Right? Are you moving accordingly to who you think you are or who you want to be first? Like, you know, you gotta be truthful with yourself. Are you doing that within yourself first? Before, you know, anything outside of you? Are you keeping it real with yourself? Because we seem to want to keep it real with everybody outside, but we ain't keeping it real with inside, meaning we're lying to our goddamn selves. That's trauma bothering of self or with self at its highest, right? Lying to yourself, knowing you're not capable of doing something, knowing you don't have an ability to do something. And yes, you're gonna learn anything. You could pick up a skill, you could put time into practicing and trying to figure something out, absolutely. But I'm talking about things that's just not you. That's just not you. You're acting out of character, you're doing shit you won't normally do or you wouldn't do for these people, but then you act a certain way around somebody else. Yeah, you you know, you're about attention, and if you don't receive the right attention, then you're gonna go where that attention is that you seek. But you're truly seeking a trauma bond. That's what you're seeking. You're seeking unhealthy, codependent relationships, right? To where you're dependent on a person to love you, to care for you, to treat you right, to nurture you, to protect you. Oh, that's your job. You supposed to do that, and first before all of that, you suppose. Supposed to evaluate self and know who you are. And when you do the knowledge to who you are, you'll realize, like I've realized, our people have been traumatized, hung, shot, dismembered, eaten, burned. All the above. Play with, use this fucking lab rats, and you know what I'm saying? Let's make it, you know, let's make it make sense. We've been experimented on there's plenty of documents out there and books about how the culture has been traumatized, not just physically, but mentally, which involves our psyche, right? Our emotions, which connect to our feelings, right? We don't know how to control our feelings. Why? Because we don't have emotional intelligence, because we're not healing at no point. We think nothing's wrong. No, there's something wrong, but that doesn't mean there's something wrong with you, and that you're the reason why you're going through this shit. It's not always the case. We're dealing with our ancestors' troubles as well as our own self-development and the lessons that that brings. And again, you have to possess the knowledge to understand that first. You must do the knowledge to you, your culture, your history, who you are, where you are, what you are, where you came from, right? That's what God University is about, realizing your divinity. Right. That's what it's about. Gaho University is about recognizing and comprehending one's divinity, acknowledging oneself as God, a creator, the master of your life, of your thoughts, of your mind, of your physical, of your emotional, right? You should be the one in power over everything you do. Right. Of course, the physical form of God is the original indigenous um copper tone man and woman. But on an energy perspective, or from an energy perspective, God is a consciousness. God is energy. God is a source of energy that vibrates on a specific frequency, high level, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally. Alright? As a person that's conscious of their physical and their mental powers, meaning that they know who they are, what they are, where they are, where they came from, where they're going, what's their purpose, and how to fulfill it. Right? And they're gonna live out their life knowledgeable, wise, and understand it because they're civilized. They're complete within themselves. So they're gonna show and prove through their words, their ways, and their actions who they truly are. Right? And you do that first by accepting who you are. You accept the great and you accept the bad, the ugly, whatever you want to call it, or judge it or describe it as. Alright. But it's just your earthly self, it's your spiritual self and your earthly self, your physical body. You know what I'm saying? And you have to accept the powers of both. You gotta accept the light and dark of both. You know what I'm saying? You gotta accept the highs and lows of both. And that's why balance is so important. Right? Because you're able to live with clarity, you're able to live in its entirety. You're not able to respect the rain if it wasn't so hot, or if it doesn't get hot. Right? So it's things like that provide balance. When you know, challenges provide balance. When you're challenged, that makes you better, it makes you aware of something you need to work on, and it also makes you aware of something that you didn't know that you were that good at or capable or already had the ability to do. You feel what I'm saying? And whatever you put your mind to, you can learn. So even if you're not so good, this challenge is to make you better. Challenges are lessons to make you better. All right. And anything connected to trauma won't make you better. It's gonna take from you, it's gonna subtract from you. There's nothing wrong with subtraction, even though the nation of gods and earths, you know what I'm saying, feel like we don't subtract, we multiply and we add on, absolutely. But that from a spiritual esoteric sense, subtracting means you're removing the things that are unnecessary. You're removing the things you notice that you don't need, you're removing the things you're now aware of that you know aren't beneficial to your growth. So becoming better in that sense is about subtracting. It's not about adding on, it's about removing, right? If we're divine by nature, then remembering who we are is first. And then second, we're supposed to know who we're not, right? Then we're gonna govern ourselves accordingly because we know what not to do, because we know who we're not based upon who the fuck we are. But if you don't know who you are, you won't know who you're not. You're gonna think everything's for you because you think you know you, but you don't. What you know is trauma. That's what you know. We don't know anything but trauma, and it's not your fault directly, right? Unknowingly. Because again, if you're not aware that trauma is passed down, you're not aware that you're dealing with your ancestors' traumas, you're not aware, you know, you're dealing with internal things that you just can't explain. So that's not your fault. But it's your responsibility to figure it out, to know who you are, to know the things that operate within your mental, the things that you deal with physically, the things you deal with emotionally, right? And recognize what is and what isn't, and do what you need to and do what's necessary, right? To maintain your health mentally, physically, and spiritually, to remain highly vibrational mentally, physically, and spiritually, mind, body, and spirit, right? To keep a healthy, overall, whole, well-balanced life, right? Culture. You know what I'm saying? Live a well-balanced, a healthy way of life, right? Without trauma, through healing. And we heal every day. The more we accept what we're not, we're healing. The more we accept the things that we've done, we're healing. The more we accept the flaws and the lows within ourselves, we're healing. The more we love ourselves in the times of hurt, we're healing. The more we protect ourselves from people that don't deserve us, we're healing. The more we make better decisions for our minds, for our bodies, for our emotions, we're healing. All right, healing ain't just meditating, you know, reciting affirmations and mantras and things like that, which are, you know, spiritual practices to balance yourself, heal, etc. But it's also the things you don't do. It's also the things you do do, right? Or you're still doing, or need to do, or should be doing, right? To maintain the balance within self, to maintain a high frequency, you know what I mean? Which shows that you value yourself. You don't need people, right? You need yourself, and then the right people will gravitate to you based upon you supplying the right needs to yourself, your all self, meaning your mental self, your physical self, your emotional self, all right? Your mental, your physical, your emotional, and your spiritual self as well. Spiritual self is very important. Spirituality is not religion. Just because you go to church, you're a part of a religion, you read a specific book attached to a religion, doesn't mean that spirituality doesn't mean you're healing, doesn't mean you're still not dealing in trauma. Right? I don't mean none of that. Those are just titles. Right. But that doesn't mean we're not moving different in a way that doesn't correlate to the title that we hold. So I'm doing another episode coming real soon, titled Hypocrisy. People not being who they say they are, people not acting out who they think they are, right? People are not, people are performing and not actually being present. They're acting instead of being genuine and intentional. You know what I mean? And I feel like being a hypocrite also could stem from you dealing with trauma. You're unable to see yourself, be yourself, or want to be yourself, or want to see yourself, right? Because of the trauma. Because of a person devaluing you, criticizing you, breaking you down, putting you down, stepping on you every chance they get, not helping you learn, right? But always trying to discipline you. No better than you, but trying to control you as if they have all the answers. Release those trauma bonding relationships because your life depends on it. And things that affect your life start with things that affect your mind, your body, your emotions, and your spirit. So if you're not paying attention to them or protecting them, or protecting, I should say, those aspects of yourself, then who will? Right? Who's gonna protect you from trauma if it's not you? Because that's your responsibility as you. And release any survival energy, right? So you're able to replace survival energy with thriving, with prosperity, with productivity, with love, healthy love, right, with trust, with balance. You know what I mean? Trauma is something every earthly being has experienced in some form or fashion, whether they want to believe it or not, or accept it. But that's what makes you foolish, unwilling to accept what truth is. Right. Because you not being able to accept truth means you don't tell yourself the truth, you run from it. That's a trauma response. Gratitude for pulling up an A The Vive on me at Supreme Minded Podcast. My low you listeners, please don't forget to rate and review. I would love your feedback.
