Kevin Krone, MBA, is a real-estate and investment-banking professional who most recently oversaw a $1.5 billion multifamily and retail portfolio at Related Companies. He is set to join IHP Capital Partners (IHP Inc.)—a Newport Beach-based real-estate private-equity firm that provides capital to homebuilders—where he will focus on finance, investment and underwriting. Earlier in his career, Kevin analyzed private-equity real-estate deals at Mathias Partners in Austin, executed middle-market M&A mandates at Corner Capital Partners and Cole Avenue Partners, and led licensing and compliance for publicly traded cannabis operator Jushi Holdings Inc. He earned an MBA with a Real Estate concentration from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
