We all tend to want to fit in. But God has designed you to stand out. The body of Christ, just like the human body, has many components. (1 Corinthians 12:14-27). Each of us is God’s custom design. (Psalm 139:13-16). The Lord’s purposes are served when we are natural, authentic, and true to Him and to ourselves.
When it comes to growing your success, authenticity will not limit you. Rather, it will keep the marketplace from diluting you.
Even if you are a franchisee, your authentic style and personality are your secret advantage. Your competition may duplicate your product, process, and procedures—but the one thing they can never duplicate is… you.
