At seven years old I walked into a gymnastics club for the very first time. I was hooked. For the next twenty one years, I dedicated my life to becoming an Olympic champion. I'm going to share with you the life lessons, experiences and stories that have shaped the man I am today. In January 2023 we recorded the first episode of The Sam Oldham Podcast. Since then, we have released one hundred weekly conversations and have accumulated over 65 thousand downloads and 120 thousand streams through Spotify and Apple Podcasts. I've had the opportunity to sit down and interview 48 amazing men and women from the world of sport. Every episode has been available to watch on YouTube and this year we are going to produce our own documentaries sharing incredible stories from the world of sport. Together with my co-producer Sam Lindley we have created something that we are both very proud of. And this is our story.
