At seven years old I walked into a gymnastics club for the very first time. I was hooked. For the next twenty one years, I dedicated my life to becoming an Olympic champion. I'm going to share with you the life lessons, experiences and stories that have shaped the man I am today. On February the 11th 2024 my son Ozzy came into the world. Overnight there was a seismic shift in my reality and the weight of responsibility to now care and provide for two human beings nestled on my shoulders. The first year of Ozzy's life has been the most rewarding, challenging and at times overwhelming chapter of my story so far. He's the happiest little boy in the world and I'm soo proud to be his Dad. And this is my story.
