I'm going to share with you the life lessons, experiences and stories that have shaped the man I am today. In 2025 Jamie Lewis became the British all around champion at the men's artistic gymnastics championships. He was subsequently selected to represent Great Britain at the European championships and went on to win team gold in Leipzig. Jamie is one of the most successful British junior gymnasts of all time winning total of six European medals. Since that early success Jamie has battled with injuries including a serious injury on the High bar which occurred when his hand guards locked in place. However he is now begging to replicate those junior performances on the senior stage and has had an incredible start to the LA 2028 Olympic cycle. And this is his story.
