In this discussion, we explore the misconception that clarity is a prerequisite for taking action. Movement and progress often emerge from taking imperfect steps rather than waiting for the perfect plan to unfold.

• The illusion of clarity keeping people stuck
• Differentiating between those taking action versus those waiting for clarity
• Importance of taking small actions, even if they feel inadequate
• Embracing failure as part of the growth process

Speaker 1:

all of the most successful people that I know do not have complete clarity. I've been in business for five years. I love my business, everything is moving forward so, amazingly, I have so many goals. Do I have complete clarity? No, so if the people who are not seeing success, not seeing the results they want, not seeing the movement that they want, and the people who are thriving, seeing abundance coming in, helping people, creating amazing things, building communities, also don't have clarity, what's the difference? What is the key difference between these two archetypes? It is whether they take action or not.

Speaker 1:

Your ability to take action without the answers is going to be, I can promise you, one of the most defining factors of whether you actually find success and move past the level that you're at. All of the answers that you're seeking are probably three steps ahead, but listen to those words very carefully Steps right, not three thoughts ahead, not three plans ahead. Three steps ahead, three steps in the game. You have to be in the game in order to figure out how to win the game. You can to figure out how to win the game. You can't figure out how to win the game from the sidelines, no matter how many years you spend in your bedroom reading about playing tennis. None of that will equate to the same amount of progress and growth and value that you would get from just getting into a tennis court having a tennis racket in your hand and practicing for 30 minutes, and you're going to be really bad. And that's the thing what looking for clarity protects us from. We create this illusion in our head that if we can figure out the answers, if we can figure out how it should be, if we can make the perfect plan, then we won't be bad and wrong and look stupid and be embarrassed and have to start all over again and prove to everyone that we're actually not good enough and feel the discomfort of that. But what do we actually do? By trying to protect ourselves from that, we also protect ourselves from the possibility of success and having everyone see a shine and having to step into a version of ourselves that's more successful than what we're familiar with. And so it's an amazing protection tool. It protects us from the failure, it protects us from the success, and we stay exactly where we are.

Speaker 1:

But after a certain amount of time, we often realize that staying where we are is a fate more painful than any failure or any overdose of success ever could be Because we start to feel this swamp effect. You know, when water is not moving, it turns into this ugly, smelly, radioactive swamp, right full of bacteria, and this is what we start to feel in ourselves when we're not moving. Our soul needs to move. Our soul needs to progress. There's, of course, so much value in being grateful for where you're at, in accepting where you're at. That's going to help you to take action. That's going to help you to move forward. But staying there is going to lead to this just emptiness that I wouldn't wish on anyone, and a day when you're failing is always going to bring you more soul fulfillment than a day where you're just staying still.

Speaker 1:

There's a million strategies and methods that you can learn of how to take action in business, how to take action in growing your social media, how to take action in getting healthy, getting the body you want. How to take action in getting healthy, getting the body you want. How to take action in finding the right soulmate partner, finding a husband, whatever it might be that you want, and all of these things are useful, but you want to always check that you're spending twice as much time taking action than you are learning, and so every single time you spend an hour learning about something, you want to clock that in and say, okay, I owe myself two action hours now. I must shut this off, I must restrict and you're going to want to keep taking in more of it, because learning about stuff is energizing. It's like sugar, it's kind of false energy. We feel all this energy, all this knowledge, all this power, and it satiates us for a while, but it's going to burn out and and we need something of more substance. That's something of more substance is the implementation, is the acting on it. And so keep a track of your time with that, with the things that you're learning and the action that you're taking.

Speaker 1:

And when you take action, make sure that your, your aim is in the right direction, that your aim is to grow and to be in the game. If your aim is to grow and to be in the game, you're going to find that every single day, you're going to bed feeling successful because you've taken action. Again, whether that quote unquote, failed or succeeded, you know, you're going to know that you're achieving your aim of growing and of being in the game, and there is absolutely no one in the world that can give you the answers to that. There is no clarity that you're going to find. That's going to make taking those first steps easier. You just have to do it fast, bad and wrong.

Speaker 1:

Fbw this is a technique that I think comes from from writing, and obviously people get writer's block and they get these creative blocks and they, they, they need something to break past that and this technique of just write one page, make it fast, bad and wrong. It's something that I apply to every area of my life, because it removes all of the excuses, it removes all of the waiting time, it removes all of the need for clarity and it brings you so much freedom because it's always easier to correct, to course correct and to analyze something that already exists. You know, it's like that, saying you can make it perfect later, but right now just make it exist, and this is the illusion of clarity that keeps us stuck. This is the illusion of clarity that keeps us stuck. A lot of times we also haven't spiritually earned the clarity for the answers that we're looking for, for things that are 10 steps ahead, because we haven't even moved two steps ahead yet. Maybe the answer to how you're going to monetize your social media is at step five, but you're at step one and you haven't even created a page yet.

Speaker 1:

The spiritual reward, let's say, for our actions, is clarity, but we have to earn that clarity. It's not just something that we're entitled to or that we can find on any sort of overthinking spiral or mystical journey into what we think is aligned to our soul. If that was the case, then we wouldn't need a physical reality. We wouldn't have manifested into this human incarnation, where we have a physical reality, where there is such a thing as taking physical action steps as time and as space. We're in this game for a reason because we're here to play it. We're not here to evolve past the game, to ascend past the game and to not need to take any physical action. We're here to become the best players of the game that we possibly can be, and that's what action allows us to do.

Speaker 1:

The more action you take, the more evidence that you have, the more evidence you have that you can do it. The more evidence that you have that you can do difficult things, the more evidence you have of what works and what doesn't work. And, as I said, this applies to every single area of your life, from dating to health, to business, to career. And the people that commit themselves to a level of action that is beyond what their current belief level is are the people whose belief and Belief and faith and spiritual consciousness elevates the fastest. You don't have to believe it to do it, you just have to be willing to be uncomfortable enough to do it. You just have to be willing to do it fast, bad and wrong and the belief will come and you will spiritually unlock and earn a new self-concept, a new consciousness, a new perspective on the world by taking those actions that are above your current pay grade. And so don't feel that you need to heal yourself into becoming the version of yourself who can take the action Sometimes. You just need to act yourself into becoming that version of yourself.

Speaker 1:

And if you're not sure what action to take, first ask yourself what is the smallest possible step that I could take within the next hour that would be feasibly possible, that I would actually be willing to do and that I can do fast, bad and wrong, and just do that over the next hour. It's very, very simple, and that's what's so beautiful about it is because it's accessible to every single person, no matter where you're at in your journey, no matter what time of the day it is. Maybe the action that you need to take right now is that it's like it's midnight and you want to pick up your phone and start scrolling and you know that you've been setting this goal, that you want to have a healthier sleep schedule. Maybe the action is just to put down your phone. Maybe that's what you can do within the next hour. There's always an action you can take within the next hour that is going to elevate you. That's going to be more expansive than what you're currently doing or than what you would have done if you didn't ask yourself this question and what would doing it fast, bad and wrong look like in that?

Speaker 1:

In that example, it might be like oh, but I actually want to do a whole five-step nighttime routine and I didn't do that, and actually I wanted to be able to get to sleep feeling really peaceful and calm when I do do that. Well, right now you're already in this situation. What can you do in the next hour? You can. Maybe you don't have the five step routine, so maybe you're just going to do one minute of breathing and then you're going to close your eyes and maybe you don't just fall asleep beautifully and perfectly and feel like, wow, I am that healthy girl, I am that healed girl, my spiritual alignment is so on point. Maybe you've got some weird thoughts popping up, maybe you're kind of tossing and turning for a while and you have to put on a sleep meditation, or you have to turn off the sleep meditation because it's distracting you from falling asleep. That happens to me, but it doesn't matter. You did it fast, bad and wrong, and hopefully this gives you an idea of how it applies to every single thing. Just asking yourself what can I do fast, bad and wrong in the next hour?

Speaker 1:

And when we minimize it down to this type of time frame, usually you always know what it is and when you're trying to get clarity on, you know what your sole purpose is and how you're going to make this impact on this world and who your husband's going to be. Of course, you don't have clarity on that, but when you just bring it down to where your feet are right now, there's always an action step that you could take. Oftentimes we don't want to take the smaller action step because we know exactly what that's really leading to. We know that that one little new account on Instagram is actually leading to you having to face all of your fears of being seen and of being unworthy fears of being seen and of being unworthy or maybe that one response to that message from this guy is you know, it's leading to you having to face all of your fears of being vulnerable in a relationship or all of your fears of being abandoned. So you don't want to do it. So you don't want to do it.

Speaker 1:

Try to remove yourself from the bigger picture and just be in the present in those moments and then, when you're doing your healing work, when you're going into your shadow work problems, when all of that is happening, then you can look at the bigger picture and the deeper things that are holding you back.

Speaker 1:

But until that point, just start where you're at. Start where you're at, and all the answers will reveal themselves. I hope that this has pushed you a little bit a little bit of a stronger energy in today's episode to looking at what is the next action for you. Make sure that you write it down, that you don't just let this be another thing that you hear and another one of those sugary energy bumps that you're like oh yeah, that sounds really good in theory. I want you to write it down right now in your calendar, in your phone, in your diary, whatever it is, of what action you're going to take over the next hour and over the next week. I can't wait for, hopefully, if you're going to take some actions, you're going to send them over to me on Instagram. Can't wait to read them and I will see you in the next episode.
