There was a moment in late 24 where I looked at everything that I had built, a multi-six-figure brand, millions and millions hundreds of millions of views, and I realized it was no longer big enough for what I was becoming. And I did something that barely anybody talks about because you usually see people either squeezing themselves into what they've built just to try to hold on to the success out of fear, or just burning it all down, having that emotional moment and starting again from scratch. But I did something that I think is a little bit more intelligent, and I want to walk you through the behind the scenes of what actually happened. So if you've already been in this podcast, listening to this podcast, you'll know that I've been gone for seven months, or you probably don't know because nobody's really thinking about you that much. And if you're new here, you're definitely arriving at the right moment. Either way, what you're gonna hear in today's episode is probably the most honest episode that I have ever recorded. My brand, Manifest with Mini, started in 2021, and the reason for that was because we were going through COVID. I had been able to manifest the vision board version of my life, traveling the world, working my dream career as a dancer, a performer, and a teacher, and I was achieving everything that I'd set out to achieve. But I had to go home to England because COVID hit, and I could see in that time as well, manifestation was exploding online because people needed that shift. The world was ready for a spiritual revolution. There was so many people that had a spiritual awakening around that time. My spiritual awakening had happened years and years before that. I really got into healing at the age of 16 because I was in such a dark place, self-harming, self-hating. And luckily, I had my sister who was able to be a light through that, who had gone through her own journey, and she was able to teach me a lot of things. Simple things like affirmations and also deeper things like healing. I worked with coaches, I did my own research, I read books, I love learning. So I dived headfirst into that. So I had all this knowledge, I had this personal experience, and I could see that there were so many people who didn't have that big sister, and so I decided I'm gonna be that big sister for them online, and I'm gonna actually become a coach. That era of my life turned into taking that knowledge and building it into, as I said, a multi-six-figure brand, but more important than that, spending every single day doing something that I love and helping people to literally change their life. Like before that, I was a dance teacher, so I was helping people to learn still, right? They would go away from that and they would have improved their flexibility, they've improved their rhythm, they know new dance steps that they didn't know before. But when they walked away from my coaching, they were now not living in survival mode, they were not living in anxiety, they were able to manifest healthy relationships, they were able to break generational patterns that had been weighing down their family line for centuries. And so you are always going to be financially rewarded directly equivalent to the amount of value that you're bringing to other people, and so of course, the what like my bank account looked like because of that value that I was bringing to people exploded, what my quality of life looked like exploded, and I was still a human, right? I was still going through a lot of healing at that time. A lot of times we teach exactly what we need, and so I was alongside my clients implementing things as well, working a lot on my relationships and healing those aspects of myself, being able to go on that journey myself, take my clients along on that journey, take my audience, and get hundreds uh hundreds of millions of views of people who are now able to like implement this these things, even just become aware of what manifestation and healing was, how to do somatic healing, how to do inner parts work. That is something that will never ever leave my being, my life, and my teachings. It was not a phase, it was not a moment, it was something that has changed countless people's lives forever, and myself included. But along that way, I realized that manifestation and healing wasn't going to grow my business for me, right? I had to learn strategy, and as I said, I love learning, so I was all ready for it. I've spent tens and tens of thousands on coaches to learn sales, to learn messaging, to learn marketing, to learn how to build a coaching offer that gets people insane results, and I've experimented with it all. I've had one-on-one offers, I've done group coaching, I've done a membership, I've done uh challenges, one-off masterclasses, low ticket offers, digital products. I've done it all. That's why I learned so much about entrepreneurship and not just the strategy, but of course the identity up levels, the decision making that's required, the abundance mindset that's required, the self-regulation that's required to be a leader and to step up as a leader. And the evolution of the business really started to come when those same manifestation clients started to ask me, how have you taken all of this spiritual potential and all of this spiritual knowledge and grounded it down into something that actually changes your physical life? Because there is one thing to be it's one thing to be able to heal within yourself and to learn spiritual knowledge and to expand into that realm. And it's another thing to be able to balance that with grounding it down into your physical life. Are you actually healthy? Is your body healthy? What does your bank account look like? Can you actually have freedom of choice to live how you want because you have the finances to do so and you have the security within yourself, the security within your financial plan to know that you are going to be good for the rest of your life? Are your relationships actually good? Do you actually have good friends? Do you actually have a good partner? That is the physicality of spirituality, and that's what business is incredible at doing because it doesn't let you just live in this high vibe bubble. It is going to show you very clearly in numbers and data at the end of every day, at the end of every week, at the end of every month, this is how much money you made, this is how many views you got. So if something, if you think you're so spiritual, if you think you're so enlightened, if you think you've got it all worked out, those numbers are going to reflect whether that's true or not. So it faces you with the reality of where you're actually at and what you're actually able to manifest. And so I loved playing that game of being able to improve myself by improving the numbers and letting those numbers or seeing how those numbers are a direct reflection of where you're at, without letting the numbers control you and consume you and decide and define your worth. Because there's a very different a very big difference between knowing that those numbers are a reflection of our data that shows you what you need to improve versus letting the numbers just mean this is what you're worth as a being. There is no number, there is no money in the world that can measure up to what you're worth. Our worth is not a number, it is not a financial outcome, it is not amount of views, it is not an achievement to accomplish. Your worth is so much more than that, right? When we start putting numbers onto humans, that is a hugely dangerous thing. Your human worth comes from the fact that you're a divine, and we have to be able to separate that, and that's part of the mindset of being a leader is that you are able to be obsessed with the numbers and the data where it serves you, and you're also able to know that that is nothing to do with your worth as a being, and that's what I is able to keep you going. And so I played that game and I enjoyed that and I loved that, and I got so much value out of it that other people saw that. My clients saw that, and they started to ask me, I you know, I've been working with you for years, I've been on this spiritual journey for years, I've been on this healing journey for years, I've worked on my health, I've become a mother, I've done all these amazing things, and I'm at this job that doesn't feel like it reflects my true potential. I'm at this job and I'm kind of feel like I have to dial down my authentic self and my expansive self to go into this office and kind of play a part of something that gets the bills paid, but it doesn't feel like I am thriving and excited to get up and go to work. It doesn't feel like I am going to be a millionaire from this, and you know what? There's a part within me that actually wants to have that, and so they started to be able to, through the reflection of working with me, not only just acknowledge that within themselves, but give it permission to actually be quote unquote realistic, right? Because if I'm able to do it, why are they not able to do it? And so obviously, I'm always ready to help when there's a problem here that I actually have the answer to. So I started to work with those clients on taking them through the things that people were not saying to them in the spiritual industry, right? Feminine flow without masculine structure is just another form of spiritual avoidance, right? And it's gonna keep you stagnant. Self-leadership and building a business is a huge part of a spiritual practice, and extraordinary women don't just need soft advice, you don't just need validation, right? That's a huge part of our journey, that's always gonna be a part of our journey, and you know, our inner parts, our younger selves, they need that validation. But your badass bitch adult self that is ready to be a millionaire, is ready to change her family's line, is ready to create a huge impact in this world, is ready to be taken seriously as a thought leader for the knowledge and the experience in life that she's been through, she needs to be held to a higher standard, not just soft advice. And so there was literally one moment which was I think around the start of around mid-2025 when I because before I'd just been kind of like within the manifestation container that I was working with clients, we would start to talk about business and it would like bleed into that, and I would of course like share all of my resources and everything with them and like create certain plans for them and all of those sorts of things based off of what I was doing and what I had learned. But around mid-2025, I had a previous client come back to me and she wanted me to help her specifically with content. She was already a business owner, right? So she knew how to like ask for what she needed. She was already she had made 10k months in her business before, but she wanted to transition into not just having that small audience and making local connections and coaching them, but she wanted to actually take that online and have a huge online impact as well and get that message out there. And so I was like, this is the moment, right? I created a container, a plan for that uh for that purpose, and it was a content growth container. Now we started working together, she got millions of views. This woman, shout out, my girl. She is ready to implement. She has been in my healing containers before. She knew about the self-regulation, she was doing that with those things. She already had the tools that she needed to be able to hold herself and regulate herself through the mindset and energetic things that come up, but she needed real strategy, and that's what we did. That's what she implemented. She got millions of views, she grew thousands and thousands of followers, and I saw the difference that that made within her. I saw that she had created this asset that whether she was gonna use that for monetization right now, whether she was gonna use that in the future, she would have this skill of being able to create content that nobody would ever be able to take away from her, and that would always give her the option of financial freedom. And I knew this was the way forward. And so from there, I started. As I said, I didn't burn it all down, I didn't just say, Oh, but like I'm manifest with mini. I have the manifestation podcast, I have this, I have that, this is what I do. I have all of these courses, I have all of these trainings about spirituality, I can't possibly change now. No, because that is golden handcuffs, that's the same thing that keeps people stuck in a job because they're like, oh, I gotta just start a business from scratch. I've never had a business before. I already have this job that pays me like pretty well. It's okay. I have stability, I've been here for years, I know what I'm doing. Who cares about the stability of where you are or where you've been if it's not in alignment with the expansiveness of what you know you could do? Are you gonna look back at the end of your life and say, well, thank God I stayed in those golden handcuffs? No. And so that's exactly what I did. I stayed true to the expansiveness that built my manifestation business. When I built my manifestation business, I had like a graveyard of failed businesses behind me. A graveyard of failed attempts because I was new to business, I didn't know what to do. PS, why did those businesses fail? Because I was planning, I was doing the things, I was taking action even, but I had just didn't have a clue, right? And so and I wasn't working with, I didn't know anyone who's had a successful business, right? Like no one in my family has done anything like that. So I was just winging it basically. When I actually started the manifestation coaching business, I believe it or not, I signed up with a coach, right? Believe it or not, working with someone who's actually done this before and got a lot of other people the same result and following those steps was the game changer, and that was the reason why I was able to on month four, like be hitting on month four of starting my manifestation coaching back in 2021. I was already hitting five thousand dollars a month and a move to Spain. So I was like, okay, let me do the exact same thing. I invested in support on how to pivot. I also, of course, at this point, I'd been in entrepreneurship for a year, so I knew the the principles and the concepts, and I knew how to lead myself as well. And so I started to transition from purely manifestation content into more of mindset, manifestation, spirituality, but more around you as a woman, the woman that you want to be, the relationships that you're having and who you're becoming, and more stepping into that side of things, which would bridge into actual business. And so I've been on that journey for the past, you know, since mid-2025. So now it's like 2026. I've been on that journey for a while, and in that time I've been able to transition out to I now have, I think I have two long-term OG spiritual clients who I still work with. But aside from that, I only sign on new clients who are wanting to sell out their first online business coaching offer, whether that's because they're currently working another job and they know that this is, you know, that they want to have that business, they want to share their message, they want to be able to help other people and they want to have financial freedom, or similar people like my original client who I did the content coaching with, where they are working with clients as a coach, but it's more through networking, it's not more through personal connection, they don't have that huge online platform where the business is able to scale through the roof and it's able to be a lot easier for them to attract people rather than having to like be constantly starting conversations or networking and things like that. And so that's where I'm at now. I have developed the most insane method, the page coach method, which people have been going through now for months. People have been signing clients, been changing their lives, been getting millions of views, all of those sorts of things from what I've been able to create. And it's very it's a I'm working with the same woman. I'm just working it with her on the next level of her journey, right? The woman that this podcast, this coaching, this platform, my work is for right now, is for the woman who is intelligent, she's intellectual, she's spiritual, she's obsessed with growth, she's been on the personal development path now for years, right? She's not new to the rodeo of healing, spirituality, manifestation. She knows, though, that she is meant for more than where her current reality is at. She's done that healing work, she's got those tools. But when it comes to actually taking that to the next level of having her career be aligned, having the freedom to work for herself and to do what her soul is here to do, that's where I come in. And I'm not here to just tell her that everything's gonna be easy. I'm not here to be a pacifier, I'm not here to tell her to manifest harder because it doesn't matter how hard you manifest and how aligned you are, if you're not ready to go through the discomfort of building the systems and the structure that it's required. And is this because I want them to struggle and I'm like, business is so hard, it has to be hard all the time? Absolutely not. Like, if you were a fly on the wall of my life, like literally, if you could just be here like looking through a little camera, you would see me every day living a life that to most people is an absolute dream. I have no, I have a I was gonna say I have no alarm clock, but I recently just bought a puppy, so I call her my new alarm clock because I used to sleep in like every day to like 10 or 11. Um, but she wakes up sharply and promptly every single day at 9 a.m. So that's that's really cool because it was on my vision board to wake up earlier this year, and she is getting that job done for me. But I'm waking up, I'm having my slow mornings, I'm spending time with my partner, I'm spending time with my puppy, I'm investing in training classes for her, I'm investing in food delivery service so that I don't have to stress about that. I have uh cleaning service, I get to literally like I'm I'm working right now, having this chat with you. Like, can you believe that? Like, this is my job. This is like literally what I get paid for, and then talking with my clients, creating content. I'm I'm a picture girly, I love aesthetics, I love creating content. I literally I'm living a dream, and I never ever take that for granted. But I also know that there's a quote, it says, Never envy someone else's blessings because for whatever you see, know that a price was paid. A price was paid, and the reason that a price was paid is because our vessel is here to earn the light. Whether that light is a relationship, your business, millions of dollars, an online thriving community of people that really resonate with you, that you're able to help, your dream body, your dream house. That light is something that we earn through this lifetime through going against our natural instincts to seek comfort and ease and to fall back into our protective mechanisms that we learned as a child and bettering ourselves and growing and improving. And that is why a price is always paid. You can never you think, oh, that person was born rich, it's easy for them. No, trust me, a price is paid on their end as well for whatever that that may be. And so I'm not here to push some type of a hustle culture that they're gonna be working 247 and it all has to be hard, and I'm not here to sell. Some dream just to like line my pockets that oh my gosh, you're just gonna be drinking matcha every day and aligning, and bam, the vibes are gonna flow and you're gonna have money because of that. No, every single truth comes back to finding the middle path. There's a middle path between the both. You need the feminine energy, you need your your visionary, expansive, healing self to guide others and to guide yourself through the difficult moments, and you also need a masculine structure in place, which is not gonna make things harder, it's gonna it's gonna make things easier. High performers thrive with structure, and you probably crave that, right? Like you know that you do better when you have a morning routine, you know that you do better when you kind of like have that feeling that all your ducks are in a row, and that's exactly the same in business and creating money, and that's what I do with women, and that's what this podcast is gonna do, and that's like obviously you're here listening to this podcast, so I want you to know that if you're like absolutely not for me, I never want to have a business, it's not for me.
